Shawn picked us up on time, and was waiting for us to get back. Will definitely use again!

I looked for a shuttle service to the airport for 8 of us and Shawn's company popped up with good reviews. I gave Shawn a call to inquire about pricing and his price couldn't be beat. He was very communicative with pick up and flexible with time as well. Due to the gov shut down I had asked Shawn to pick us up an hour earlier and he was flexible with that. Definitely would recommend his services to anyone! He told me he would pick up at 0745 and he arrived even earlier than that! Just as his company says "On Time" he definitely is on time read more

Mr. Shawn with On Time is a must keep contact! He is an excellent communicator, arrives and picks up on time, and such a nice gentleman. We will always call him for our family vacations. Van is also clean and spacious. read more

No show and no response to my calls, texts. Also no reply to my complaint for over two years! Not acceptable. Not professional.

Amazing service from Shawn!! Called him the night before our early morning flight and he confirmed and was at our door ahead of schedule the next morning. Same with our return flight home. Shawn kept my family safe and plenty of room for all of us! Great prices too! Thank you Shawn! read more

We booked a shuttle with Shawn yesterday night last minute for 6:30am this morning. Luckily he was available. He showed up early to make sure we leave on time and even gave a courtesy call upon arrival. Currently at the airport waiting to fly but wanted to make sure we give a review. This was our first time using an airport shuttle. Private/not shared shuttle. Great service. Punctual. Clean van. Very kind and a gentleman. It was just us girls and we felt very comfortable. Highly recommend. Thanks Shawn! Shah rokh 5 stars read more

Shawn took great care of our family of 5 on our ride to and from the airport. Our departure flight was an early morning flight, with us leaving the house at 5:00am. He was here 15 mins early and got us there in perfect time. Our return flight was a last minute scheduling on my part but he was more than willing to accommodate! You can't beat the price, ~80.00 from San Diego International to Eastlake/Chula Vista, transporting my family with all luggage. On Time surpasses Uber and Lyft with the ability to schedule your ride well in advance of your trip, a functionality not offered by Uber or Lyft for larger vehicles. Keep this service in mind when needing a large van. You won't be disappointed. read more

I needed reliable transportation to the airport after a conference in San Diego. I tried a few places but they seemed shady. I called On Time Shuttle and spoke with Shawn. He answered all of my questions and booked the reservation. He kept every promise he made. He sent the confirmation, called me an hour before arrival, texted me a description of the van and he arrived 15 minutes early. His service was OUTSTANDING. I would highly recommend this service. He was so friendly and such a gentlemen. Great Experience. read more

Shawn with On Time Shuttle Service provided my family of four excellent shuttle service. On our recent trip to San Diego he was at the airport waiting when we arrived. He drove us safely from San Diego to Carlsbad for our trip to Legoland. Once we arrived at the hotel he was kind enough to give us an extra lift to the front of our hotel room. Our return trip from Carlsbad back the airport was just as great. I was extremely nervousness that he was going to be late because our flight was at 6am. To my relief, he was parked in front of our hotel door as planned at 3:45 am, right "On Time"! Shawn was very friendly, funny and very engaging. The shuttle was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this service! read more

All I can say is "Great Job Shawn!!!". After so many family vacations, I wanted to do this one right. A friend recommended On Time Shuttle Ride to me and he was right! The driver (Shawn) arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time like he said he would the day before when he called to confirm the pickup! Great attitude, awesome customer service skills and most importantly, he made sure my family arrived at our destination "safely"! Clean van, smooth ride all the way! Thank you Shawn! I will definitely let people know about your services!! read more

This is actually my first yelp review, but it is well deserved! My family of six (including two toddlers with baby seats and seven pieces of luggages) used Shawn's service EARLY in the morning (400 AM to make a 630 flight) and we live far south in Chula Vista from where he resides..he texted us the night before, ensuring he would get us on time, and guess what? He was ten minutes early! His shuttle was clean (and I'm a germaphobe) and he was so friendly!! Also, his prices were very reasonable compared to the other shuttle services. We also used him when we returned, with same excellent results! I highly recommend Shawn and will definitely call him again if we ever need him! read more

My girlfriend and I use Shawn every time we need a taxi. He is more than punctual, even shows up 5 minutes early!! He is professional and friendly. We will continue to use On Time Shuttle for all our shuttling needs!! BONUS: Great speaker setup in his van read more

Great experience, service and reliability. Shawn was great and picked up all 10 of us in PB about 40minutes after we called(10pm), on Labor Day Weekend at that. We were charged round trip per person which was a reasonable rate. After he dropped us off Downtown we agreed upon a place for him to pick us up and at what time. I texted Shawn to an hour before our scheduled pickup to change our pickup spot and he was there waiting with no issues. This is a great service, no having to hail down a cab at 2am either. read more

I literally called this shuttle service at the last minute, poor planning on my part and Shawn was there in 20 mins to get me and my family. Shawn, your awesome bro! See you in two weeks for a ride home from the airport read more

We used On Time Shuttle Ride Service to take our large family to the San Diego Cruise Ship terminal for our Cruise. Shawn was professional and courteous and arrived early just like the name "On Time." The van is large and well equipped to handle the ten of us with our luggage. When he picked us up at the cruise terminal he was waiting right where he was easy to find and we had no problem walking right off the ship and comfortably riding home. I will be using his service again for our next trip and would highly recommend him to anyone. read more

I called this company to inquire about getting picked up from my location to CBX for 2 people and 3 luggages. This guy name Shawn, was so honest and advised me to better take an Uber and it's less expensive. Even though he could have persuaded me to take his shuttle ride for a little bit more money, but he was so honest and did not want to take advantage of people like. God bless you, Shawn. May you have more clients to received. Thank you for being honest. read more

I appreciated that he called the day before to confirm since there wasn't an email or online confirmation. He was early for our morning travels to the airport and was a safe driver. I just wish he wore his own seatbelt! Very prompt and reasonably priced for three of us and all of our luggage. read more

They don't lie about their name ! They were literally on time to get me to the airport and on time to pick me up from the airport i highly recommend this shuttle service ! They are friendly and no hassle ! Look no further this is the shuttle for you !! read more

We used Shawn (On Time Shuttle Ride) for our family of 6 traveling from Chula Vista to San Diego Airport on our way to Cancun. Shawn kept the two child booster seats so we would have them for our return trip. He was on-time and provided a very clean van. We left early in the a.m. and he was there early. He texted us the day before our return flight to confirm. He was there when we returned. We chose this shuttle service because we didn't want to have to worry about our travels. Shawn lived up to previous reviews on Yelp. My one complaint would be his attitude when we paid him on our 1st leg of the shuttle. He had told us the price each way, not including tips. When we went to pay him, he said we didn't tip enough. He said he needed 20%. I wanted to tip him on our return leg making sure he would be there for the pick-up. read more

Absolutely impressed Daniel drove us on both legs of an airport shuttle for a 2 week Europe vacation. Smart, personable, talkative and friendly. He worked traffic and airport issues with great skill. The company promptly answered calls, Daniel monitored our flight arrival and we waited mere minutes from our zone at Lindbergh. Would use this company every time! read more

Arrived on time and got us there prompt and safely. Shawn helped us carry a ton of luggage and the van fit all 10 of us.

I selected "On Time Shuttle Ride" to transport my family to the airport for our Christmas vacation to the Philippines. The driver Shawn arrived at 4:30am as requested. He was professional and polite. The Van was comfortable and clean with plenty of room for the five of us and all of our luggage. Pricing was good which was a plus. As a bonus Shawn offered to pick us up upon our return to the U.S. which I took him up on. Shawn made the commute experience easy and I will definitely be using "On Time Shuttle Ride" for future commutes and would definitely recommend. read more

Shawn was an excellent driver! Extremely polite very helpful. Even got there early to make sure we were "On Time". Very fitting name. We now have a wonderful resource in him and I highly recommend him. Used plenty of companies in the past but none have ever been so people orientated. Thank you Sawn from the Dornin's/Armstrong's! read more

I called Shawn last minute. He gave me an immediate quote over the phone. I received a text from him the minute we landed. He wanted me to know he was there and ready for us. He packed our luggage, drove us safely home. He was so caring about our comfort, making sure the temperature in the van was good for all of us. Unloaded the luggage and was very gracious. He didn't add anything additional to the quote he gave. We will use him again. read more

Shawn was not only on time, he even showed up early for my ride at 4:20am, he even brought a car seat for my toddler (but we didn't end up using it) the van was clean, he helped load the heavy luggage, he was very friendly, and tried to make us as comfortable as possible for our ride to the airport. Great shuttle service read more

Shawn was great! We were flying out of San Diego and had 3 big suitcases and we were worried that if we got an uber we wouldn't know what kind of car would come. Uber suv was going to cost $70 I searched on yelp and found On Time and saw the reviews I gave them a try and didn't have to search anywhere else someone immediately answered and said yes to coming to get us with merely three hours in advance notice. I thought that was great ! Shawn saved us money by charging us only $59. Shawn helped with the luggages, had plenty of room in the van, it was very clean. He accommodated the temperature very well; got us there on time. He even offered to pick us up when we return so it was nice to go ahead and schedule it in advance this time with someone we are now familiar with and know provides great service. We will definitely call him whenever we go on another family vacation ! Thank you much Shawn , you are great ! read more

Was looking for reliable roundtrip transportation to the airport, could accommodate 4 people and a baby in a car seat, and large luggage. Saw Shawn had great reviews and decided to contact him. He was very easy to communicate with from the beginning, no surprises. I received reminder call the day before to confirm. He showed up at our house 10 min early, took our time loading the luggage, and heading to airport. Coming home from vacation he texted to confirm the day before. He communicated exactly when to call him to notify of our arrival, and where he would be for pick up. Called him upon landing, texted him when we got all our luggage, and he was outside right where he said he would be within minutes. Will definitely use his services in the future and recommend him to anyone. read more
