He drove us safely from San Diego to Carlsbad for our trip to Legoland. Once we arrived at the hotel he was kind enough to give us an extra lift to the front of our hotel room. We used Shawn (On Time Shuttle Ride) for our family of 6 traveling from Chula Vista to San Diego Airport on our way to Cancun. Shawn kept the two child booster seats so we would have them for our return trip. He was on-time and provided a very clean van. We left early in the a.m. and he was there early. He texted us the day before our return flight to confirm. He was there when we returned. We chose this shuttle service because we didn't want to have to worry about our travels. Shawn lived up to previous reviews on Yelp. My one complaint would be his attitude when we paid him on our 1st leg of the shuttle. He had told us the price each way, not including tips. When we went to pay him, he said we didn't tip enough. He said he needed 20%. I wanted to tip him on our return leg making sure he would be there for the pick-up. read more

Uber suv was going to cost $70 I searched on yelp and found On Time and saw the reviews I gave them a try and didn't have to search anywhere else someone immediately answered and said yes to coming to get us with merely three hours in advance notice.
