Fresh off the heels of my vacation, I was a little nervous about making it through customs and locating the shuttle at the scheduled time. Thankfully, I made it through with ample time and kept in contact with the driver Izzy. Once I made it to the agreed pick up zone at LAX it was a breeze. Izzy took care of loading everyone's luggage and offered a snack and waters. Five minutes before each drop off location, he would make an announcement so riders could prepare and make ride arrangements. He made me feel safe! The shuttle itself with clean and in great condition. The seats were comfortable and reclinable. The seatbelts were in great condition and must be warn at all times. I wish there was a little air freshener though. There were monitors toward the front that showed fun facts about both LAX and San Diego!! They offer gift certificates with discounts and can earn points for each use. I will definitely use this service again!! read more

Booking was easy, and their website clearly showed the pickup locations, schedules, and baggage fees. I was originally scheduled to board at Sorrento Valley, but I underestimated how long packing would take and ended up running late. Since the shuttle couldn't wait at the stop, they called me and helped switch my pickup location to Oceanside instead. I really appreciated that they worked with me rather than just leaving me to figure it out on my own. Once I got on the shuttle, they handed out complimentary water and snacks, and there was free Wi-Fi onboard. I had been packing all morning and didn't even have time for lunch, so the little snack honestly came at the perfect time The biggest surprise was the arrival time. We were scheduled to arrive at LAX at 4:55 PM, and I was a little worried about LA afternoon traffic. Somehow, we arrived at my terminal around 4:18 PM -- 37 minutes early! Overall, I was really happy with the experience. The price was reasonable, the staff was helpful, and being able to go directly from San Diego to LAX without dealing with transfers was especially convenient with three pieces of luggage. First time customer. Our driver Pedro was great! Regularly communicated and provided updates. What could be better? There was a musty odor upon boarding or an odor from chemicals or cleaner they use. My suggestion to management is to use non -scented cleaner - healthier for our noses and no lingering odor. Finally, I noticed the AC vents almost directly over my head was very dirty. This suggests to me that they don't have a routine maintenance process. Could've been the cause of the musty odor? If not for the odor and filthy vents I would've rated 5 stars! read more

I took this shuttle from San Diego to LAX area and loved the experience. Chris, our driver, drove very safely and was very friendly. The shuttle itself was comfortable. The shuttle wasn't full, but people were able to sit two in each row with a seat in the middle and one passenger in front. Maybe a shuttle full of folks might be uncomfortable, but room was good for the ride there. I also appreciate the snacks and water that came with the ride, but didn't need them. WiFi is available in the shuttle--I tried to do some remote work, but got a bit car sick (usually happens if I try to use electronics during a drive, but most folks seemed to be on their phone with no problem).
