Absolutely phenomenal! Seriously, if I could give PTK Auto more stars, I would. They're deserving of 10 stars! This was the first time I hired a driving service and I couldn't be more pleased with the results - especially considering how wary I was at doing so, initially. The office was incredibly helpful and their communication was top notch - going above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns I had in a very timely manner. I had a few unique, but small requests, which they were more than willing to accommodate. They even allowed me to bring my two small (crated) dogs with me. It was such a breeze to book my reservation on their website and any question I had, the front office was lightning fast to respond to my query. You receive your initial booking information when your reservation is made and then about 24 hours prior to your departure time, you get your driver info/picture, etc. Stan was assigned as my driver - both to and from - as I requested a long distance round trip. I can't speak highly enough about Stan, as he was extremely kind, helpful, timely and professional. Most importantly, he kept me safe on the road with his impeccable driving. He is an absolute treasure. The vehicle was pristinely clean and so comfortable, which was much appreciated for a long distance trip. It was high class across the board. Thank you Stan for a wonderful trip!! PTK Auto couldn't have made the excursion any better - they did everything they could to make it a positive experience and it most certainly was above and beyond. Do not hesitate to use PTK Auto for your personal driver/transportation needs, be it a short or long distance trip. You will not be disappointed! You aren't going to find anybody better. Thank you again for a fantastic experience and trip! read more

Everything about this company is top notch! Their communication after you book is superb.. We've used them twice.. both drivers professional, the cars clean and well stocked. We felt safe and relaxed. read more

It's a straight shot from the San Diego Cruise Terminal to Disneyland and many might choose to rent a car. We preferred an easy door to door, let someone else do the driving experience. While this was one of the pricier options, it was worth every penny! There was great communication leading up to the day of pick up, great communication the morning of actual pick up. We chose a SUV and it was roomy and superbly comfortable. Vlad, our driver was great! We would definitely choose PTK again for our transportation needs. read more

PTK Auto - Airport Shuttles Near Me - San Diego, California

This experience was incredibly convenient and efficient. I've booked Ubers before for early morning travel and have had some no-shows. No shade to the responsible, Uber drivers, however, this PTK service was prompt, with a nicely uniformed, safe driver and a very clean car. I will definitely book a private car again. read more

Stan was an absolute professional. Car was high luxe and clean. We hired PTK for several hours to take us around a few locations after our wedding for photos and then to dinner. Stan was flexible, receptive to direction and requests, and my family and I felt very safe in his care. I will definitely call PTK the next time I need this service and highly recommend you do, too! read more

Fantastic company to work with! We used PTK for travel from Disneyland to San Diego and it was seamless. My daughter and I walked several blocks to find the driver. We couldn't locate him, per his verbal location. We finally insisted he come to where we were. After that, the ride was smooth back to our location. read more

Great service. Used them for a one way ride to LAX. Booking online was simple and regular text updates were provided. Driver was polite and helpful with luggage. Highly recommend. read more

My trip to San Diego was a long one, so it was lovely to be met by Vlad, whose kindness and smile was much appreciated. He collected my luggage for me and I arrived at my hotel much more relaxed than I'd expected. When leaving, I had no worries that I might be late to the airport...Stan arrived on time and got us to the drop off without a problem, negotiating San Diego streets and traffic with ease. I heartily recommend PTK Auto for anyone who dislikes travel as much as I do, because you'll know there's at least one part of your trip that will not go wrong. They are professional, knowledgeable, and worth every penny, IMHO. Thanks guys. read more

Vlad was awesome. We hired him for a day of driving, shopping, eating. Stan came the next day to take us the Safari park and back. So nice to have the child seats included so we did not have to lug them. read more

Extremely professional car service. Highly recommend PTK Auto for your car hire needs.

Outstanding service!! Professional driver and car. The fastest service for arrival in San Diego!!

Some people asked why I would pay for a limo service for short trips around San Diego when taxis and Ubers are readily available and cheaper. Well you get what you pay for and PTK Auto was great and worth every penny. From the dispatcher Nick whom I chatted with online and on the phone to every driver I had, all were amazing and helpful. We used PTK for airport to hotel, hotel to cruise port, cruise port to hotel, hotel back to the airport. The car (Lincoln SUV) was nice and clean, drivers (I wish I remembered all their names! I think Vlad, Olena, and maybe Stan?) were on time (even early), clean cut and polite. Communication from emails, texts, and phone calls for every step were on point. Great company if they had a place in New Jersey I'd use them all the time. read more

Vlad was a great and courteous driver - a real gentlemen. Sometimes you use a car service and worry for your life because of erratic driving. Not with this company! read more

Prompt arrival, exceptional quality of the vehicle and great professional service. We needed a large SUV with enough space to transport a lot of luggage to the airport. I didn't want to take a chance with an Uber because I've learned that they may advertise SUV but what arrives is a crossover and we end up having to put luggage on our laps! Our booking was only $25 more than the quoted UBer black price, and the Lincoln SUV was not only huge, but clean and very comfortable. Totally worth it, highly recommend! read more

This is the second time I've used PTK Auto while visiting San Diego! Obviously their service was great since I'm a repeat customer. The drivers we had, Stan and Vlad, are super nice and friendly, vehicles are extremely clean, and the staff on the phone when making reservations were helpful and nice! Will use them again anytime I'm in SD visiting and need a ride! read more

We contacted PTK Auto to take us to and from San Diego airport when going and coming from our cruise vacation. From the initial phone call for booking to the wonderful patient service of their drivers PTK is very professional, reasonable priced and gave us great service. Helena in the office that helped with the booking was friendly and efficient. Our drivers Stan and Vlad were on time and patient with my elderly mother who doesn't move very fast. When our plane didn't arrive at our scheduled time coming back home Vlad waited for us and had great communication. I highly recommend you contact PTK Auto when going to or from the airport for your transportation need. You will not be disappointed with their top notch 5 star service. read more

PTK Auto was awesome! My husband, and I recently traveled to Southern CA. I looked all over the internet for a transport service, and they were the only ones that provided a transparent and honest quote on the spot. Their website is very easy to navigate. They answered questions immediately, and you also have an option to call should you need to. They use updated luxury cars which are comfortable and clean. Their drivers were on time, very professional, and friendly. They made us feel safe and well cared for. I would definitely acquired their services again. I highly recommend them. read more

The driver was on time to pick me up and was very courteous. The car was spotless and I got to my destination pro.ptly. Having had less than satisfactory Uber and Lyft experiences, this was a joy and I would highly recommend this service. For me, it was well worth the additional cost. read more

Had a terrible experience with this company that stranded our family members and charged us anyway. Not ethical.

Stan was great and the car was nice and clean and he was on time! I will definitely use this service again

It was easy to schedule the car service coupled with a reasonable price. Drivers were there on time to take the entire family to the cruise line and were there when we disembarked from the ship. If I could, I would give this company 10 stars. In the past in I had been using airport transport companies to get from San Diego to LAX and back without much success. However with PTK Auto they have by far exceed my expectations. Let me share my real-life experience with them. The outbound trip from San Diego to LAX went smooth: on-time, excellent driver (Vlad), always getting someone when I called the office, very professional service. Nowadays this is already a plus. In my return trip, the day of my departure from abroad, I realized that I made a mistake in my booking, and I selected my return date to be two days later than it should be. As you can imagine I freaked out!. Well, these people behaved just over the top!. No only the lady in the office returned my calls around 3am San Diego time (due to time zone difference). But she managed in a July 5th, with all drivers fully booked! to get a driver (Stan) waiting for us in LAX upon our arrival 13 hours later. In addition Stan patiently waited for us (TWO hours) due to additional paper work and long queues at border control. This type of service excellence is is VERY hard to find it nowadays. I am extremely grateful for the way, the lady at the office, and the whole PTK Auto team, helped to get us back from LAX to San Diego, despite all odds. THANK YOU VERY MUCH: PTK AUTO!!! Will book again with you without hesitation Sincerely Miguel read more
