This was the first time I hired a driving service and I couldn't be more pleased with the results - especially considering how wary I was at doing so, initially. The office was incredibly helpful and their communication was top notch - going above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns I had in a very timely manner. I had a few unique, but small requests, which they were more than willing to accommodate. They even allowed me to bring my two small (crated) dogs with me. It was such a breeze to book my reservation on their website and any question I had, the front office was lightning fast to respond to my query. You receive your initial booking information when your reservation is made and then about 24 hours prior to your departure time, you get your driver info/picture, etc. Stan was assigned as my driver - both to and from - as I requested a long distance round trip. I can't speak highly enough about Stan, as he was extremely kind, helpful, timely and professional. Most importantly, he kept me safe on the road with his impeccable driving. He is an absolute treasure. The vehicle was pristinely clean and so comfortable, which was much appreciated for a long distance trip. It was high class across the board. It's a straight shot from the San Diego Cruise Terminal to Disneyland and many might choose to rent a car. We preferred an easy door to door, let someone else do the driving experience. While this was one of the pricier options, it was worth every penny! There was great communication leading up to the day of pick up, great communication the morning of actual pick up. We used PTK for airport to hotel, hotel to cruise port, cruise port to hotel, hotel back to the airport. The car (Lincoln SUV) was nice and clean, drivers (I wish I remembered all their names! If I could, I would give this company 10 stars. In the past in I had been using airport transport companies to get from San Diego to LAX and back without much success. However with PTK Auto they have by far exceed my expectations. Let me share my real-life experience with them. The outbound trip from San Diego to LAX went smooth: on-time, excellent driver (Vlad), always getting someone when I called the office, very professional service. Nowadays this is already a plus. In my return trip, the day of my departure from abroad, I realized that I made a mistake in my booking, and I selected my return date to be two days later than it should be. As you can imagine I freaked out!. Well, these people behaved just over the top!. No only the lady in the office returned my calls around 3am San Diego time (due to time zone difference). But she managed in a July 5th, with all drivers fully booked! to get a driver (Stan) waiting for us in LAX upon our arrival 13 hours later. In addition Stan patiently waited for us (TWO hours) due to additional paper work and long queues at border control. This type of service excellence is is VERY hard to find it nowadays.
