Our driver , Gary, was on time,professional, courageous, providing a safe ride! However, the back office staff messed up our reservation sending an email advising they would pick us up at our house not the cruise port. I had to send multiple texts to get it straightened out! That made both trips suspect unless I intervened. So, if you make a reservation you need to be on top of it because the office staff can't. In May of 2025 I was picked up in Murrieta, Ca driven to SanDiego Airport. It cost $89.00. My return trip was $109. The lady I spoke to said the driver had to wait for me. He did not. I was suppose to get a $20. Credit, the lady said she couldn't find it. I just made reservations on 9/26/25 return 10/ 5/2025 From the Ontario airport. The price is $388.00. Can you tell me why I'm paying almost $200 more than last time? Ontario airport is closer than SanDiego Airport. i will be flaying out of SanDiego twice a year and out of ontario once or twice a year. I would like to use your shuttle, it was nice. August 21 & 28, 2024: They're always on time and reliable. They transported us to San Diego Airport safely and brought us back home to Temecula safely. The drivers are always polite and friendly. The ride is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The transportation was for four adults and one child. Not the cheapest ride but very well worth it for the convenience & comfort. They hire stellar drivers! My driver George was so friendly, communicative, on-time. The fact that this private, family-owned company hired George and his amicable and welcoming personality tells me that they know what they're doing. This was my first ride and I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service. This was a private shuttle in a beautiful black Lexus sedan, and it came with cold waters and snacks! George also got me safely and quickly to San Diego airport even with all of the afternoon traffic. I attribute this to his knowledge of the roads and years of experience driving with TAS. Truly was a hassle free experience! My coworker and I shared the ride to Pechanga Resort and Casino. Our driver truly gave us an A+ ride. I made reservations on Mar 1, 2022 for a 1500 pickup on 03/22/22. From the time of the reservation there was continual excellent communication from the company with confirmations and updates. The driver, Mark, texted at 1300 that he would be here around 1500. The ride showed up at 1459, he helped with the luggage, and it was an amazingly comfortable ride to San Diego. The cost was about the same as a one-way Hertz rental without the hassle of a car return. An extremely easy company to work with. Great shuttle service. We had a really early flight out of San Diego and scheduled them through their online scheduler. I received a confirmation email confirming the date and time. The night before our flight we received a confirmation text and the morning of our pickup the driver texted us that he was on his way. I appreciated that he was a few minutes early and that there was good communication from both the company and their driver. We booked a shuttle for our flight to Hawaii and had confirmation. The morning of our flight the shuttle didn't show. After several attempts and to reach the business (about 20 minutes) I received a text asking how they can help. They stated they had a system glitch and they could have someone their in 15 minutes, which likely would have made us late. Fortunately for us we were able to make other arrangements quickly to be able to make it to the airport on time. Unfortunately this company is not trustworthy to me. I normally don't write reviews unless I was completely underwhelmed but I was blown away by how much their team worked FOR me as a customer. From constant updates to where the driver will be, to monitoring my flight proactively, to settings up backup plans for my travel home from the airport if I missed my shuttles they were there to make sure I got home safe. Other services I have used have a time and if you miss it, you lose, but not Temecula Air Shuttle and for that I was grateful. The drivers were polite, helpful and pleasant. The shuttle offered phone charging, snacks and water all complimentary and best of all the drivers were SAFE and expedient. My business trip was better because they were a part of it. read more

This is a late post but I wanted to make let people Know my experience. My family (of 6 adults) used Temecula Air Shuttle twice (June 3rd & 25th) to go from/To Murrieta to LAX and when we returned from our trip. My dad booked the June 3rd and I was very impressed by the service that I had to use it again, and booked for a pick up. The service was wonderful and Deanna picked us up on the 25th, and she made the ride back to Murrieta an awesome smooth ride. Deanna is so friendly and made us feel very welcome in the van that I felt like a friend came to pick us up. I would highly recommend her to all future customers. I believe George picked us up on June 3rd and he was also very friendly. You will be taken cared off if you get Deanna or George as your driver. The ride was comfortable and they offered the passengers snacks and water. They also had phone chargers available to Apple and Android users to use, as well as wifi was available if needed. The price for pick up was very reasonable and I can't remember exactly but I think about $40-50/per person. It beats some else driving to LAX, parking, filling up gas, and driving back home. I would definitely use the service again and recommend to everyone that lives in Temecula or Murrieta area to use them if they plan to go to LAX or SD Airport. I live in San Diego but my parents live in Murrieta, where we used the service. You will not be disappointed if you use their service!! read more

Best ride in the area We had a 3:30 AM pickup for an early morning flight out of San Diego. Roger was there right on time and got us to the airport so we could take our time going through the surprisingly long lines. Had a horrible drive with a very unprofessional driver. The first thing out of his mouth was how he "had" to pick me and was only getting paid "minimum wage" so it was barely worth it for him. He then told me he prefers it if I didn't talk. I only spoke when he was in the wrong lane to go north, when we needed to go south. He did this on two occasions. His driving was borderline illegal. He swerved in his lane, sometimes completely driving in the shoulder and drove with his brights on most of the time. It was so bad, I did not hire them for my return. I recently booked a shuttle service very last minute, and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was. Erin helped me over the phone; she was helpful, professional, and efficient. She followed my flight information, as well as the flights of the other passengers. We all arrived early, and consequently- the shuttle was there 45 minutes early to pick us up. It was so nice not having to wait around. The ride was clean, and our driver Ezra also offered us snacks and waters. It was fun talking to Ezra and learning more about this family owned- small business. This level of service and entire experience was outstanding- especially at such a good price point.
