At the time of booking, I worked with Tami on the phone who was thoughtful, detail oriented and patient as I asked all my questions and then provided travel details to her. When I booked my trip to the airport, I asked about booking my return ride, and was told to wait until much closer to the day I would need the ride so they could see if they had any shared rides- otherwise I could then book a private for that day- and was told- no worries, we aren't usually busy on Sunday morning. So, I waited until 3.5 days before I would need the ride back from airport, called and booked, was told no problem, I could book a private. They emailed the bill, but then called less than an hour later telling me due to a conflict in scheduling they didn't have a ride for me back from the airport- if I had known this might happen I would not have taken their advice and waited till closer to book. Called up TAS once again for a business trip. Kamiko has been my driver from SAN the last two trips. What an absolute joy Kamiko is. We've had such great conversations on the way home, and the travel time just flies by, quickly and comfortably. Have you ever been on a shuttle and felt so uncomfortable that the ride seemed to take forever? Not going to happen on a TAS ride. I took the shuttle from San Diego Airport to Temecula, and everything from booking to pick up/drop off went super smoothly. They tracked my flight and texted me when I landed, and called me 10min before the driver arrived to make sure I was ready. The YouTube video of pick up instructions was really helpful. My driver met me at the pick up spot, coordinated the seats so that everyone had enough room, explained all the amenities, and gave us an ETA. Overall my experience was great and not to mention the price was by far the best compared to other shuttle services in the area. So waited a few more trips to update my review, and as before, trips to / from San Diego are great. If you need to go to LAX, you have to book a private shuttle (so it's more expensive and is only worth it if you have doubts with Uber / Lyft, or have a group of 4 or more), but service to LAX the last couple of times we took it was excellent. Communication is always great, and the drivers are generally really friendly, know the routes, and decent drivers. Highly recommend this service to San Diego and LAX. I know they offer services to Ontario airport, Long Beach airport and the LB cruise terminal, but I haven't used them for those routes yet. read more

Wow! Very impressed with the professional and personalized service. We had the door to door service. The driver came on time and loaded up our luggage. On our return Erin in the office made contact the day before and the driver texted the day of arrival. We met at the specified pick up area and Henry, our driver did the rest. In April, 2018, I was looking for an alternative to renting a car from SAN to Temecula and I came across TAS. The reviews were very good so I booked them to take me to Temecula and back to San Diego. They were excellent! Everett was there on time at SAN. Another passenger and I had a pleasant trip talking and the time past quickly. A few days later a young lady (forgive me, I don't remember her name) picked me up. I was the only passenger that evening but it didn't matter to TAS. Expensive but the only game left in town because all others out of business and Uber is unreliable and won't guarantee a pick up or notify if unavailable until after pick up window so you could be stuck missing your flight with no ride. Prompt, polite, and professional. We recently used TAS for a round trip drop off and return from Murrieta to San Diego with absolutely no issues. They communicate clearly and quickly via text before and after their services. Both drivers (Don and Justin) were very polite and personable, as well as safe drivers. This is an excellent option for a large family (we had a party of seven). The van was clean and roomy for all of us and our luggage. Our arrival time coming back was somewhat delayed, but a quick call to them was all we needed and the driver waited past our arrival time. Free WiFi, water and snacks included. She had snacks and water available for our drive to LAX. Upon returning she communicated with us after we landed and we were able to tell her right where we were so that she could pick us up.
