This is my first time using Temecula Air Shuttle. Customer service has been phenomenal! The van is very comfortable and includes phone chargers, water, it's climate controlled and has WiFi. This shuttle service is so awesome! It started off when I called last minute at about 3 am and Everett answered the phone super promptly. I was currently trying to work out my flight situation and everything due to booking last minute for a flight a few hours out. I must have called him back 4 times to ask questions and get a little guidance on what to do and maaan was he patient with me! Not once did he lose his superb customer service through the entire time until I booked. They were so accommodating and got me on the next shuttle out to San Diego! Recently had a transfer scheduled from San Diego airport to Murrieta. I scheduled a later pickup as I did not think I could make the earlier pickup. They texted me and said they saw i had arrived they would wait until I picked up my baggage. Only took a 5 min. delay on their part but saved me waiting 2 hours for the other pickup time that I had scheduled. Really appreciated it. We've been consistent customers of Temecula Airport Shuttle to and from both San Diego and Los Angeles. Drivers are always communicative prior to pick-up, on-time, personable and professional. Vehicles are clean and well maintained. We appreciate the water and snacks available. If anything could have gone wrong it would have been on our last trip coming in to LAX from overseas. Our flight was delayed by over an hour, the plane had to park on the outskirts of the airport and shuttle us to baggage claim, and it was rush hour, But, once we landed and I checked my phone there was the text we have come to expect letting us know to text back when we were out on the curb, and our driver would meet us. A friend of mine told me about a new shuttle service based out of Temecula Valley. The van service will take you to San Diego airport for $39.00 one way. For this price, I expected to be picked up in a 1980 Volkswagen Van with surfboards attached to the top. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice and comfortable the transportation was. They keep in constant communication via text, and have very polite and professional drivers (Ezra & Kate). I will be using them every time I am heading to SD airport.
