Have only used them a few times but great service all the way around. Prompt and professional. We had an issue where a family member got stranded at an airport due to a change in flight the young lady worked tirelessly to help us find another solution. read more

Love this service. So prompt and professional. I was taken home from San Diego on a Friday afternoon, two hour drive easy. My driver Kate was amazing. We got along so well and talked the entire way home making the trip seem too short. I have used this shuttle several times and every time I am impressed. Thank you all for such a great service. read more

I recently found out about Temecula Air Shuttle and have used them several times for trips to and from San Diego International Airport. The service has been great - getting me there on time on multiple trips - and they have a personal touch that is much appreciated! The water and snacks available are a nice, unexpected touch. I'm looking forward to the next time I need a ride. read more

Such a wonderful experience from ease of online booking through prompt and courteous shuttle experience. They provided great communication through emails and text to confirm booking as well as to send reminders of scheduled appointment. I highly recommend this shuttle service to anyone that has to go to SD. So affordable and great customer service all around. Thank you! read more

Booked a trip to try out Temecula Air Shuttle. I was very happy with the entire experience from ease of booking to their great communication every step of the way. read more

elliot was an amazing driver! i had to take a really early shuttle and after getting two hours of sleep i was super tired and grumpy. worried about having to hold a conversation, he was super sweet and accommodating and didn't try to force talking, but read the "room" (shuttle) and made some lighthearted jokes along the way. i love the professionalism and the accommodations on board. will definitely be using this company for all of my airport trips read more

Prompt, polite, and professional. We recently used TAS for a round trip drop off and return from Murrieta to San Diego with absolutely no issues. They communicate clearly and quickly via text before and after their services. Both drivers (Don and Justin) were very polite and personable, as well as safe drivers. This is an excellent option for a large family (we had a party of seven). The van was clean and roomy for all of us and our luggage. They even have water bottles, some light snacks, and phone chargers. Oh, and the van had its own WIFI! Very cool. We will absolutely be return customers in the future! read more

So EASY! Great customer service, really takes the stress out of traveling. I highly recommend it and will use them again!

They are affordable (half the cost of the other shuttle company I looked at) and have great customer service. They keep track of your flight and text you changes before the airline does! They let me know that my flight was delayed and automatically put me on the next shuttle without me doing anything. The drivers are friendly and prompt. I will definitely use them again! read more

We were very pleased!! We had 2 very efficient and pleasant drivers to take us to LAX. They were on time, friendly, good drivers, had snacks and made the commute seamless. We also appreciated that they contacted us while out of the country to affirm they'd be there to pick us up. Well done!! read more

Excellent service, dependable and reliable - this is our 2nd time using TAS, the first time we used them we called them to help get our business clients to the airport from Temecula. Our Clients enjoyed the great sevice from the driver. The second time, we used them to transport our young adult kids to and from the San Diego airport. Their service is reliable, dependable and both drivers that we used, Mark and Roger, were very courteous and very nice. The kids enjoyed the good stories from them and it made the hour ride seem very fast. The communication from the company once I booked online was very good..they confirmed right away and as it got closer to pick up times, they would always communicate via text or call. We loved the service and will continue using TAS for transportation to and from airports. read more

We really didn't want to drive and park at LAX! Gary picked us up, at our home, and had a wonderful and delightful trip. We scheduled our return trip and Deanna was there waiting for us the minute we stepped out of Customs & Immigration! Delightful trip, also! I had used Temecula Air Shuttle previously to SAN and was very impressed, all of the drivers are fabulous! I believe TAS will always be my "go to" shuttle service. I LOVE YOU GUYS! read more

Look no further! I can't say enough about this service! I worked with Everett to plan a group trip from San Diego and the planning couldn't have been easier. Communication and scheduling were effortless, the shuttle was clean and on time, and the drivers were professional. I'll book this service anytime I need a ride to or from Temecula/San Diego. read more

Great service, on time, very professional! I will definitely be using Temecula Air Shuttle again!

Ezra texted me immediately when I landed and picked me up at curbside at San Diego International. He helped me with my bag and then drove to Temecula and dropped me off at the front door of my home. All this for $65, including a $10 tip. Great value! I am so grateful to these brothers who thought of this business. I have been coming to the area for a number of years and the trip from Temecula to San Diego airport is long. I give this service the highest commendation. You will not be disappointed. read more

We had an excellent experience with Temecula Air Shuttle. We booked a private shuttle for 5 round trip from my home to San Diego International Airport. They were 5 stars all the way with a text confirming the day before letting me know driver and time of pickup. Oliver and Justin were on-time and friendly, vehicles were new and clean. 5 stars both pickup and drop off. Would highly recommend and will be using them for all future trips to the airport. read more

Great service. On time both to and from San Diego airport. Plane was late getting in, they were on it. Very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again. read more

I will definitely use this service each and every time I travel. As soon as Don saw my husband remove my luggage from the car, he drove around the lot to meet me and assist. As soon as I was settled in the car, he offered chargers for my phone and complimentary water and snacks. The shuttle also has wi-fi. I regret forgetting to get the cash from my husband because Don would DEFINITELY get a tip. I really can't compliment this service enough. read more

Kudos to such a fantastic company! I had nothing but a wonderful relaxing experience from set up, to pick up and drop off. It was professional, friendly and right on time. Everyone worked together to ensure I was taken care of..right up to monitoring my flight in and moving me to an earlier ride! Thank you for caring about your customers!!!! I will be using your service from now on and sharing your name with friends and family! I couldn't be happier! read more

I used Temecula Air Shuttle on Aug 16, 2018 from San Diego Airport to my house in Murrieta after a last minute travel change left me stranded without a ride home. They have scheduled pick up times at San Diego, so need to arrange pick up time in advance. Reps were very communicative via text, particularly when my evening connection in DFW was cancelled and re- scheduled for 7am the next morning. Temecula Air Shuttle promptly reserved a seat for me on the next shuttle after my flight arrived. My driver, Roger, was very friendly and polite. Price was great, $69. I wasn't clear on whether or not they still have their two drop off locations in Temecula and Murrieta. I paid $20 in addition to the advertised $49 for the drop off locations and that got me delivered to my front door. Much better than a taxi or imposing on someone to pick you up. And thanks to Roger for the information on flying out of Tijuana. Going to try that next time our plans take us to Mexico. Long way to say great company, great experience. Highly recommend! read more

Great Service, family business, will use for all airport runs from now on!

Very poor service. My son was supposed to be picked up by a driver at 10 am today at the airport and I was notified that they picked up another family and failed to pick up my son. read more

I had a great first experience! From booking to getting dropped off at the airport, everything was easy and smooth. Their communication is very clear and efficient. I got a text to confirm the day before with an approximate pick up time, then a text when my driver was on the way. They even offer snacks and water for the ride! I would recommend and will be booking again! read more

Krysal, our driver, was exceptional. Definite 5 star service oriented company that delivers everything it promises. Our return flight was earlier that originally schedule but TAS was there waiting for us. Easiest shuttle service we have ever used and earned every one of the stars in this review. They are my only choice from now on. read more

Had the pleasure of using TAS tonite. Very easy people to deal with. Lots of communication, everything went just as they said & very prompt & friendly service. Our driver Pete was personable, professional & a responsible, good driver. Would not hesitate to use their services again!!! read more

Look no further when looking for a Temecula shuttle! This was my first time visiting and this company provided a great affordable option to/from SAN. They answered all questions I had promptly and updated me accordingly of where to find the shuttle, etc. The van was of a newer model and spotless. They also had chargers, drinks, snacks, and earplugs free of charge. Drivers where very friendly and drove safe as well. read more

Truly an amazing overall experience! I wish this shuttle service was in every city including San Francisco. Wow! Impeccable service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a shuttle service going to Temecula! Amazing! Thank you ladies & gentlemen! read more

Excellent service round trip to San Diego Airport. Price point for the service couldn't be better. The wonderful: - Text updates on arrival window and drivers name - Immediate help via customer service number when I inadvertently forgot to add "door to door" on one leg of our trip - Only cost an additional $15 to be picked up from home but could choose from two easily accessible and safe locations to meet instead (a Starbucks and a Park & Ride) - Easy online interface for booking the reservation - Comfortable shuttle van and a smooth ride, drove efficiently and safely accessing HOV and FastTrak lanes and user-updated GPS to cut down on time instead of fearless aggressive driving (I've taken many a taxi and shuttle who opted for the latter) - Went the extra mile offering water and snacks - Roger our driver to the airport was courteous and very friendly and engaging, offered great advice about our travel - Ezra was to be our return trip driver but due to a serious delay from another customer's flight delay, they sent Ron (who made us aware of his ETA via text), his timing was excellent - I thought it was stellar that we still got our expected ride home and they accommodated another customer's late flight which would have been nearly two hours later than they usually offer shuttle service, can you imagine flying in from Hawaii and being stranded after a severe flight delay? Talk about customer service! - Details on pick-up including a photo helped us find the shuttle easily after returning weary and jet-lag Will definitely use this service again to SD or LAX, worth every penny and saves me the imposition of looking for a ride for such a long drive or being dependent on ride sharing apps (which would also cost more) read more

Went to china. The company was on time picking us up. Knew exactly where we needed to go. Great communication before our trip and when we returned. They picked us up curbside and got us home safely. Would use them again for sure. Highly recommend. Very safe drive too both there and back. read more

I was so comfortable in the van that Oliver was driving. They offer wi-fi, water, snack bars, to make the drive even easier. I was the only one from Temecula to Ontario. Oliver arrived exactly on time, and even though we had some traffic slow-downs, we made it to the airport within plenty of time. I won't hesitate to call on Temecula Air Shuttle again should the need arise. read more

I had a great experience riding with Temecula Air Shuttle from Murrieta to the San Diego Airport and back. Both Everett and Ezra provided outstanding customer service. Kate the Great! It was a terrific ride. She was extremely helpful. I went with a cheaper service on the way to the airport and realized that was a huge mistake. I called Temecula Air when we got to our desitnation to just book with them. We have 3 children under the age of 4 and Kate made it as helpful as possible! Had snacks and waters waiting for us and our kids when we got in. I will never ever go with another company again. Thank you! read more

Well, here's an update to pur previous review of Temecula Air Shuttle: PERFECT!!! This Company is serious about their business and customer satisfaction! Texted me with instructions day before and day of arrival, plus again once landed. Met out in front of terminal, curbside, with minimum wait. Driver was courteous and helpful. Best experience to date with a Airport shuttle service ever! Thank you TAS, and we'll be long term customers far into the future!! read more

This is a great company with excellent service from San Diego Airport to Temecula with central drop-off locations, or for $15 extra drop-off at a residence or hotel. Kate monitored our flight on her cell phone, and texted that due to a change in her schedule she could pick us as soon as our plane landed rather than an hour and a half later when we were scheduled. She was right at the appointed spot when we walked out the door of the airport. She is an excellent driver, had good suggestions on where to eat in Temecula, and was thoughtful and courteous at all times. The ride was like hooking up with a life-long friend. We would call this company again, and would ask for Kate again. Definitely beats renting a car and worrying about traffic - let an expert do the driving! That would be Kate. read more

Was visiting Temecula for a family reunion and needed a ride to San Diego Airport on a Sunday evening. Found Temecula Air Shuttle online and booked a 5:30p shuttle. Booking process was incredibly efficient - less than 5 minutes to secure the reservation. The central pick up location was very convenient and the text message reminders were very helpful in assuring me the shuttle would be there when I arrived. A pleasant surprise to have the van to myself and an even more enjoyable experience chatting with Ezra during the ~50 minute trip to SD. Will use the service every time I am back in Temecula. read more
