We used Stryder for our wedding transportation. They were very responsive through the process and gave us all the info we needed. We had some short notice changes to our needs and they were very accommodating. We used them both for wedding party and family car service as well as a shuttle service from the hotel to the venue. The Stryder team provided our group of football fans with a comfortable and clean bus to the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. Unfortunately, the driver had trouble connecting with us after the game due to the large crowd at the stadium impacting cellular phone service. Loss of cellular connectivity caused a significant delay, but the Styrder team handled it well on the event day and the following few days. Stryder handled the entire issue very professionally, and I would use them again. read more

Pat had a wonderful attitude and provided a cooler of cold waters which was much appreciated. She got us to our two destinations safely. Alex arrived early to pick us up and got a fabulous parking spot right in front of the Pechanga hotel so the ladies in my group did not have to walk as far which was much appreciated. He was very pleasant and helpful and got us to Carlsbad safely and efficiently. My only complaint with the company was I did have to call a few times to confirm my reservations and pay via credit card over the phone. read more

First I must start by apologizing for posting this so late. We rented this party bus in June 2021. It's so true when they say, you're quick to post the negative experiences before posting the positive. I will make a point to post more happy experiences right away!!! My experience started with making my reservation. Jodee is the best. When you call to make a reservation, she is so nice and polite. She answered all of our questions within hours of requesting an online quote. We were attending my step-daughter's graduation from elementary. Due to covid, everything was by car. So we rented the convertible party bus to allow our blended family room to attend!!! It was amazing and the talk of the school!! We had the best driver, Darrel. He played classic soul music during our ride and he was the most fun!! Our graduate enjoyed the bus!!! She wants to rent it again!!! The views from the bus are amazing. When the top is down, trust me, you are the talk of the town!!! :) Thanks for making our day wonderful!!! read more

We used Stryder Transportation for our wedding back in January 2022. Because of labor issues due to COVID, many transportation vendors were either operating on a smaller scale or went out of business. Luckily, our venue recommended Stryder Transportation! We booked (2) 25-Passenger Shuttles to help transfer our guests from the hotel to our wedding venue and back. Upon initial contact, Stryder was super responsive. Providing availability and costs up front. The costs were inclusive of tax and service charge, so I felt like I wouldn't experience any unexpected costs. Jodee was our main contact person for our reservation, and she was an absolute delight to work with! Not only was she quick to respond to any question I had, but she also helped brainstorm the most efficient and cost effective way to provide transportation for all of our guests! The shuttles used the day of were clean and spacious! The drivers even played some nice tunes for our guests, giving it a "party bus" vibe. Drivers were easy to contact, and would check in from time to time to make sure all guests were transported. I will definitely be using Stryder if I ever need transportation in Temecula in the future! Maybe for a wine tasing trip! I can't recommend enough! read more

My wife and a dear friend of ours had Carlos as our driver for the Temecula Wine Country Thursday 7/28. He was right on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and had some good stories on the history of some of the places. When we went into a winery, he always checked on us. He also made sure the wineries knew we were with Stryder so we qualified for a discount. Carlos also helped carry our stuff, including a rather heavy case of wine! Came out to Temecula for a couples trip with children and a new born. Robert was our driver and I can't express how awesome and exceptional he was. During our planned wine tasting Robert took it upon himself to swing by a store and get juice for the kids. He had it ready for us as soon as we got from from our first tasting.
