Understand that those things could happen but it delayed us for 45 min & altered our plans for the day. Then he misspelled the wrong winery name which was bringing us to a different area until we noticed the error. Maybe he was a pro & just had a bad day but nonetheless it doesn't reflect well on this Limo service which usually has a good rep. To say we are disappointed is an understatement ..

    Poor customer service…read more I reserved a 16-passenger Mercedes sprinter van to safely take my family to a couple wineries for my parents' milestone birthdays. Our driver accidentally locked himself out of the vehicle with the engine running after he arrived to pick us up. Accidents happen, we get it. At least two other family members witnessed the driver asking me for a hammer to bash in to the window to access the car, at which point I responded "no", and that we should call the owner / office for assistance. The driver left his phone in the vehicle, so I left a message with the office number on the business card, and the sales rep who I booked with. I then suggested calling AAA, to which the driver responded that they would take too long. My husband witnessed that response. My husband ended up calling AAA, and they arrived within 20 minutes, and we were able to get on the road. We THEN missed the first winery. Why? I noticed we were not within the vicinity of the destination, so I had to kindly ask him to pull over safely to the nearest parking lot so we could align on the directions based on the address made in the booking. The driver was going off of an address he jotted down on a loose piece of paper. It turns out the driver misspelled the address (typed the street name as one word instead of two). We were ~14 minutes out of the way from the first location. I directed the driver to take us our 1pm reservation at the second location which was ~13 minutes away from where we were positioned, otherwise we would only have 20 minutes at the first location. The driver arrived at ~10:45a to pick us up for our 4-hour reservation to two wineries. We didn't get to a winery until after ~12:30p. I could not extend the reservation to make up for time lost due to dinner plans. We called the sales rep who booked our reservation a couple days later, hoping for some sort of partial refund for time lost or a coupon for a future booking (anything for compensation for poor service). He told us our story did NOT match the driver's (e.g. the driver didn't ask for a hammer, and he claims he took us to our first stop). The some of the other passengers with Yelp accounts can endorse this review. There was a lot of back and forth, and it came clear that they were NOT going to be accountable for the events that occurred that afternoon. I decided to walk away from the conversation. We are no longer seeking any sort of refund. Lack of integrity is not worth another second of my energy beyond this warning post to future customers. 1659. 06/04/2025: Again, I don't need a refund. Just honesty. Peace.
