Very impressed and highly recommended. So I will admit that I was at a loss when it came to booking a car service to/from LAX. So many companies out there, so many of whom have terrible reviews. And there there's the pricing -- all the way up to over $1,000! I feel very fortunate to have booked with Upperclass Limousine Service. They were extremely professional from the initial booking, continuous communication, and overall quality of livery service. Our driver both to and from LAX, Al, was great. He showed up early outbound, and was at the airport for the late-night return trip by the time we landed. Communication couldn't have been easier via text. The vehicle -- a late model Lincoln Navigator -- was very clean, comfortable, and perfect if if you have a fair bit of luggage (we were a party of three adults). And the pricing, very good value for money! Would I recommend Upperclass? Absolutely! Will I be using them again? Absolutely! Update: used Upperclass for the second time to/from the LA Cruise terminal. Again, excellent, prompt, courteous service in well-maintained, clean vehicles. Upperclass limo? More like Underclass and old piece of junk!! We should have seen the red flags when we scheduled to meet with the company rep to specifically see the limo, sign the contract, and make a deposit. We drove all the way to their offices to be told the limo was not available. What? We should have walked away at that point but went ahead and booked the black limo, paid the $500 fee, and signed the contract. Bad decision!! On the day of the event, which was to drive us to Dodger Stadium for the Paul McCartney concert, which was also part of my birthday celebration. The driver (Chris) called to get the address of our pick up location, which was already on the contract. We could barely understand what he was saying because of his very strong accent. The driver arrived at the pick up location and we got into the limo. The limo was old, nothing worked, and it had no ice or drinks as previously requested and promised. I had to get ice from my house to fill the car's ice buckets. The sound system was cheap (definitely not Upperclass)and I asked the driver to help me sync my IPhone but he didn't know how to work the system. I spent half the drive to the stadium trying to pair my IPhone but it never connected. This was time I should have spent enjoying myself. I finally gave up and put on the radio. Upperclass? I think not!! It doesn't end here!! I specifically told Chris that I would call him 1 hour prior to the end of the concert so he could make his way back to the limo pick up location and did with a follow up text. After the concert was over, we proceeded to walk to the pick up location where all the other limos and drivers were waiting for their clients! Not ours!! This dude was still on Sunset Blvd making his way back to the stadium. Upperclass Service!! Definitely not!! Me and my friends had to walk all the way down Vin Scully Ave to Sunset Blvd where we finally met up with him. Listen to me very carefully Mr Upperclass!! There's nothing UPPERCLASS about your limos, service, or drivers!! Your company is a SCAM!! Be warned people, go with another limo service!! This one will fail you and spoil your special day!! My husband won a Limousine ride and lunch on Rodeo Drive when he appeared on The Price is Right. Anyhow, we didnt have much time left to take the ride and lunch, so we arranged to take it yesterday. Upper Class Limousines was the company that The Price is Right had arranged for us to travel with. The driver, Dilip, was awesome! He picked us up at 10am in a beautiful stretch black Limo, complete with light show and bottle of Champagne (which I enjoyed...the whole bottle on the road). He took us on a lovely scenic drive up the Malibu coast and then, pulled over so we could take photos at the beach. Then, continued on to have us at the Polo Club in Beverly Hills at 1pm. When we were done with our meal and shopping, Dilip was prompt in picking us up. We arrived home at 4pm, where he allowed us to take even more photos. We had a wonderful time! read more

Was not impressed with this limo or the driver. His driving was horrible. I was getting car sick every time he hit the brake we were all crashing into each other. He was late picking us up after the concert. We told him to make sure he was back to pick us at 11pm in the stadium bit was no where to be found. He maybe thought he was the only limo to pick up people. He was stuck in traffic and it was already 11:30pm. We had to walk at least 1mile in a half to meet him on sunset Blvd. Lucky I brought extra shoes otherwise I would have be dying walking in my high heels. We will never use this company again. read more

My friends and I were looking for limo to take us to a school dance from Walnut, CA to Hollywood and Highland. I called this business and I was transferred to speak to Dinesh. He gave me the rates and informed me that they only take credit card for new customers in case we break something in the limo in which they will charge off the credit card. So we booked a 8 passenger Lincoln stretch limo with Upperclass and our driver was Dilip. He arrived promptly at the requested time and was very professional and polite. When he picked us up to drive us back to Walnut, I just called him an hour before we wanted to leave and when he arrived an hour later, he gave me a call to let me know he was there. The limo was pretty nice. It had LED lights decorated all over the interior. There was also complimentary drinks! Overall, this is a reliable company with great prices and I will probably book with them again! read more

I reserved the limo for our daughter's prom. I worked with Dinish and he was extremely professional and great customer service. A few days before the actual Prom event my daughter got a call to finalize the locations and what types of drinks they wanted in the limo. Their driver was David or Dilip (sorry the excitement of the evening they forgot) and he arrived on time and really connected with the kids. They had several stops before and after the prom and he got them home safely and on time. On a professional note, I also used them for a work event and their prices were extremely competitive and were available on such short notice to transport 25 people to the Warner Brothers Studio. I would highly recommend this car service and use them again. read more

This company was such a disappointment from the moment we were picked up. The limo driver did not greet everyone to start, then we get inside it's a bit tight in there and the sodas provided did not have ice , it had melted. The driver did not turn on any of the lights, radio, or air conditioner, when we asked about all those things he was driving and just said to look for the buttons. When he dropped us off at dodger stadium, he seemed confused as to where to go and the worst thing is that he wasn't there when we got out of the concert as agreed, we had to walk all the way down the hill to sunset to try to find him, otherwise we were going to wait about another hour for him to reach us in the traffic. This is not why people rent limos, our friends birthday was ruined by this experience and was utterly embarrassed since him and his wife had invited us. The icing on the cake was no apology was offered or discount for the bad service. Never again read more

I booked a limo with Upperclass last week and had a wonderful experience. The limo was for a funeral procession, so we had to book last minute. I spoke to Lucky on the phone and he was very helpful and accommodating. On the day of the funeral, our limo arrived early to make sure that they were on time for us.
