I honestly feel so lucky that Kenny was the one helping me through the process. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about pricing, while explaining all of the plans clearly. He made sure I felt comfortable, informed, and taken care of the entire time. It's rare to find someone who is both highly professional and genuinely caring, but Kenny was exactly that. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. 10/10 recommend -- thank you, Kenny!

With less than a month to plan, I called Shane and thankfully they had one limo left. The price was reasonable and the driver Ben was incredible. He was on time and explained the limo rules so the kids could have the best experience. Most of the kids have never been in a limo so it was really exciting to see all their faces light up as the Escalade limo pulled up to take them to prom. The girls liked the fact that they could leave their slippers in the limo so when they got done with prom they could slip on their slippers and be comfortable after dancing the night away. Highly recommend renting a limo for prom as it makes it so much easier for us parents. No dealing with traffic or timing your arrival. Everyone gets to prom safely and there's plenty of room to spread out so that dresses aren't stepped on. So if you're on the fence, just book it. It's definitely worth it!

Shane, the owner, and Ben (our driver) were fantastic. We rented the 14 passenger Escalade and it was so clean and well kept. Upperclass limo? More like Underclass and old piece of junk!!…read more We should have seen the red flags when we scheduled to meet with the company rep to specifically see the limo, sign the contract, and make a deposit. We drove all the way to their offices to be told the limo was not available. What? We should have walked away at that point but went ahead and booked the black limo, paid the $500 fee, and signed the contract. Bad decision!! On the day of the event, which was to drive us to Dodger Stadium for the Paul McCartney concert, which was also part of my birthday celebration. The driver (Chris) called to get the address of our pick up location, which was already on the contract. We could barely understand what he was saying because of his very strong accent. The driver arrived at the pick up location and we got into the limo. The limo was old, nothing worked, and it had no ice or drinks as previously requested and promised. I had to get ice from my house to fill the car's ice buckets. The sound system was cheap (definitely not Upperclass)and I asked the driver to help me sync my IPhone but he didn't know how to work the system. I spent half the drive to the stadium trying to pair my IPhone but it never connected. This was time I should have spent enjoying myself. I finally gave up and put on the radio. Upperclass? I think not!! It doesn't end here!! I specifically told Chris that I would call him 1 hour prior to the end of the concert so he could make his way back to the limo pick up location and did with a follow up text. After the concert was over, we proceeded to walk to the pick up location where all the other limos and drivers were waiting for their clients! Not ours!! This dude was still on Sunset Blvd making his way back to the stadium. Upperclass Service!! Definitely not!! Me and my friends had to walk all the way down Vin Scully Ave to Sunset Blvd where we finally met up with him. Listen to me very carefully Mr Upperclass!! There's nothing UPPERCLASS about your limos, service, or drivers!! Your company is a SCAM!! Be warned people, go with another limo service!! This one will fail you and spoil your special day!! Trust me, it happened to me!!

Upper Class Limousines was the company that The Price is Right had arranged for us to travel with. The driver, Dilip, was awesome! He picked us up at 10am in a beautiful stretch black Limo, complete with light show and bottle of Champagne (which I enjoyed...the whole bottle on the road). He took us on a lovely scenic drive up the Malibu coast and then, pulled over so we could take photos at the beach. Then, continued on to have us at the Polo Club in Beverly Hills at 1pm. When we were done with our meal and shopping, Dilip was prompt in picking us up. We arrived home at 4pm, where he allowed us to take even more photos. We had a wonderful time!

What he didn't acknowledge is that when he had offered lower rate his text message still had the 16 passenger in it. It literally said "16 passenger $150.00 per hour". He did not communicate that he was planning to send a 13 passenger sprinter van. We did end up having 13 passengers but it was really really tight and not as comfortable. I think I was over charged. The owner never offered any discount or anything to address this issue. When I insisted he send a larger vehicle he said it would be a 2 hour wait and the wait time would be part of my 4 hour rental. Of course, I was not going to take that unreasonable offer. Anyway felt like I was scammed.
