THE WORST SERVICE ever !!! I placed an order for a WHITE LIMOUSINE for my cousins wedding one week before the event. I talked to Cesar and he told me he was booked but he would call me back to see if he had something available. He texted me twice the next day saying the limo was available. Deposit was required so I zelle him the deposit and sent over the information of the event. The night before I texted him to confirm about the services and asked if limo comes with drinks. He ignored my question and just replied "thank you". It's Saturday 1:20pm and limo still isn't here. I ordered them to be there at 1 because couple had to be at the chapel at 2:00pm! Keep in mind the chapel is 30 mins away but with traffic a little more. I called Cesar and he was confused on why the driver wasn't there too. Five mins pass by and I get a call from the limo driver saying he was outside I asked what streets was he in and he was in the complete different location talking about his gps sent him there. He asked if I can send him the address and I sent him the same address and he shows up 10 mins later. So he shows up at 1:35 and shows up in a party bus !!!! I was mad. Nobody notified me about the change so I called Cesar and he said he had a last min call problem with the limo so he sent what he could. I was so upset that he didn't tell me right away of knowing. My cousins were upset. But we had no choice to stick with what we had. I told Cesar I needed a discount for the driver being late and getting something I didn't order! So he agreed 100$ off. My cousin didn't get to the chapel until 2:40pm. So she takes pictures at chapel and doesn't realize it's 4:00pm and has to go to because reception starts at 5. She called me saying party bus wasn't there. So I called the driver to tell him they are waiting so he goes to pick them up. He asked for the remaining balance and my cousins were trying to give him the amount me and Cesar agreed on and they all got into an argument and driver left the wedding couple at chapel. Honestly this whole business is a joke. All this miscommunication with Cesar RUINED A WEDDING. Save the stress on yourself and order from a legit company because Cesar is a joke. This service I would describe as spotty. Yeah they showed but, I have to add context. Once they showed, sure it was fine and they were on time. Trying to book them for a high stakes event like a wedding is another thing. The business owner was unresponsive, has very little understanding about their website and will totally lose your booking. Making a suspect initial zelle deposit uncomfortable. Text go unanswered forcing the customer to "chase" for a response. By the way don't fall for the "complimentary champagne" gimmick, this was not delivered and the driver that arrived was totally oblivious about this being a feature.
