It was prepared with a car seat for my granddaughter, as I requested. We had a very comfortable ride to the hotel with Sunny, who was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The flight for the second group was delayed by a couple of hours. That wasn't a problem for the pickup, because Sunny's checks on flights and arrives at the airport at the appropriate time. The shuttle service will text you the night before your trip with information details about the van and later an ETA (estimated time to arrival). Other than that, there is always someone who will answer and answer your questions or change your pick up needs.
