It was prepared with a car seat for my granddaughter, as I requested. We had a very comfortable ride to the hotel with Sunny, who was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The flight for the second group was delayed by a couple of hours. That wasn't a problem for the pickup, because Sunny's checks on flights and arrives at the airport at the appropriate time. I provided Anthony with pertinent information, including the date, location, number of passengers, luggage information, and return transportation details. Within 15 seconds, Anthony provided me with a round-trip quote, tax, and tip for his drivers, which was hundreds of dollars less than what other shuttle companies had quoted me for one-way transportation. I had to confirm three times during our phone conversation whether there were any additional fees, since his price was sooo much better than anyone else's. The shuttle service will text you the night before your trip with information details about the van and later an ETA (estimated time to arrival). You can call the 1-800 number almost any time you have questions. I say almost any time because I don't think anyone was available to answer at 4am Pacific Standard. Other than that, there is always someone who will answer and answer your questions or change your pick up needs.
