We used Five Diamonds for our wedding transportation, and they were absolutely fantastic! Our amazing wedding planners at Aquafuzion helped coordinate everything, and we couldn't have been happier with the service. We rented a Rolls-Royce for ourselves and two party buses to transport our wedding party between the hotel and church. The vehicles arrived on time, were impeccably clean, and the drivers were professional, friendly, and so easy to work with. The price was incredibly reasonable for the amount of time we had them, and the quality of service exceeded expectations. Our wedding party especially raved about the party bus--it was such a fun and comfortable way to travel together. Five Diamonds made a big part of our day run smoothly and stress-free. Highly recommend them for any special event! read more

Our wedding was just a couple of weeks ago and we had such an amazing experience with Five Diamonds. There was a perfect flow to our multiple destinations, which to me was the most important. Not one hiccup. I can't imagine going with anyone else on such an important day. The ease of not having to worry is priceless. Thank you for helping me with these arrangements couldn't have done it without you guys! read more

I originally rented the Bentley for a wedding and I received a call from Ben about an hour and a half prior to the arrival explaining the car didn't want to start. He let me know they would be sending the Rolls Royce instead. I had specifically asked for the Bentley because I had previously rented a RR for another wedding and the bride wanted something different. I did appreciate Ben reaching out to me but I was still upset that it wasn't the Bentley I had asked for. Based on the some of other reviews, it seems like their cars break down often. I will add they were punctual and Nick was friendly and professional, however, I was expecting to get the Bentley because that was the brides request. Overall, I appreciated the communication but my experience would've been better if they had followed through with the car that was requested. read more

I requested for a car so my daughter can ride in style to her Senior Prom. I wanted her to ride in the 1956 Rolls Royce. When I summited the form Benjamin contacted me immediately. We set the day and time for the event. Benjamin himself was the driver, and on his way to our event, the car broke down not too far from us. Benjamin was so caring and friendly I could tell he was upset and didn't want to disappoint us, so he immediately called for another car to arrive. He sent a more upgraded model, a Ghost. Everyone was in awe! My daughter couldn't stop smiling! The replacement driver was so sweet and kind!!! Thank you Benjamin for being so humble, sweet and caring! And thank you to the other driver! (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) and Thank you Five Diamonds Limousine for being extraordinary, professional and caring! You guys have a customer for life! read more

Gave them 1 star just because the driver was good... cool guy, nice and courteous. But Benjamin (the guy we booked with) totally tried to fool me! Insulting my intelligence by telling me I booked the vehicle he sent to pick us up. But I booked a certain car (red interior) and he sent a different one that was DIRTY! They could have at least cleaned the seats and windows. When I called him to let him know it was the WRONG car... Benjamin told me that I booked the one he sent, which was FALSE! I then texted him my email confirmation that CLEARLY stated I booked the red interior vehicle and he didn't even reply. I had no choice but to use the car they sent being our Wedding ceremony was only a half hour from starting... no choice but to use the dirty @$$ car they sent! Plus... he raised the price that was listed on their site when I booked! Price they charged was off by a couple hundred on the price they listed on their site! I know how to add and the math was definitely off! Be careful and make sure you TRIPLE CONFIRM pricing and car you book, because he will act innocent as if YOU made a mistake! Totally changed the vibe on our special day... sucks! People should not do business this way... not cool messing with people's special events!! These days are special to US and we spent lots of time to plan details we wanted. read more

Used their Hummer Limo for our kids' Senior Prom. Ben was very helpful, and was very accommodating when we had a last minute change of plans to our pick up destination, as well as being patient in explaining some of the rationales behind restrictions in certain drop off locations. There were a few miscommunications during the process which would have a lower rating to other companies but Five Diamonds customer service was great at smoothing things out and going above and beyond to make sure our kids had a great experience. Thanks Ben! read more

We used their vintage Roll Royce for our wedding and we weren't disappointed. The car was great and the driver was very polite and patient while we took our pictures. Many of our guests commented on how much they loved the car. The booking and communication up to the wedding was fantastic. We would recommend the company to anyone in need of a limo. read more

I usually don't leave bad reviews but when I do, that means I'm really pissed. I booked a Hummer limo for my wedding. He was supposed to pick me and my wedding party from the hotel to the church where we held the ceremony. Pick up time was around noon on a Friday (cinco de mayo) and the church was located on a busy intersection. The thing that drove me nuts and almost ruined my mood on MY wedding day is that he made us go out of the friggin limo on the sidewalk!!!! He said he cannot drop us off in front of the church because he has to take a longer detour or not even in the parking lot of the church because we have to take a detour and I guess it's too much of a hassle. Imagine a bunch of peole in their long gowns and me in my whole bloody bridal gown with a long train and all, getting out in the friggin sidewalk in the middle of Adams blvd at LA on a busy friday afternoon! Definitely not what I imagined when I was getting a bridal car!!! And then what annoyed me most was afterwards, he took a detour and parked in the parking lot within a couple minutes. I was fuming. All of the guests and random passerbys already saw me beforehand because I was forced to wait at the side of the church for the whole city to see DON'T BOOK THEM. So inconsiderate! Did not even receive an apology. read more

Great limousine service, used for over 8 hours. Very easy to work with and has great prices. The limousine came on time, clean inside & out, very polite and professional driver. He was happy to stop where we wanted, without hesitation, and he had a smile on his face. Fully stocked with drinks too! I would definitely recommend them and use again in the future. read more

Let me start out by saying I absolutely love Ben! He's beyond professional, reliable, understanding, reasonable with pricing, and just generally an amazing person to have met! I dealt with many different limousine companies in the past but since meeting Ben at Five Diamonds Limousine I can't imagine using any other company! They also have a very impressive selection of cars that you can't find just anywhere AND are super helpful when it comes to special occasions like prom, bachelorette parties etc etc.. I could go on forever, I've been using this company for almost 3 years and i don't have one complaint. Definitely a company I would recommend every time. read more

THE WORST LIMO SERVICE EVER!!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! 1. Late picking up my guest! 2. Driver was totally LOST (we have navigation now) and made a U-Turn with passengers in a long limo on a 1 lane street!!! 3. Not helping people in & out of the limo! 4. Would not drop off my guest if there wasn't enough people in the limo! Even though BEN told me they would make 2 drop offs!!!! That made too many guest in 1 limo and people had to find their own way home! EMBARRASSING!!!! 5. Limo was totally OLD!!!! 6. I paid $720 for 2 hrs+=LAME!! I would have paid double this price to have had better service, my own damn fault for going cheap!!! Dont do it!!!! read more

WORST company ever My mom booked this company for my wedding on 4/11/14. The driver was nice but the limo looked old, not well cleaned and it was to hot. I had an amazing wedding day except that they didn't honor the free 1 hr while bookings 5 hrs like it states on their website. They only want your money I didn't take park pictures because he never told us the 1 hr will not be honor I'm really disappointed. Worst company ever ...please never hire this company...... 0 stars read more

I highly recommend this limo service if you are looking for a great experience for your special night out. I don't often write reviews and I wasn't asked to but after last night I felt the need to give praise where credit is due. We rented the hummer limo for my best friends bachelorette party last night. It was wild especially with our theme choice of decorations, it is a bachelorette party after all, but our driver was such a good sport about it. It was beautiful inside, the lighting, the music (which was easy to set up to our phone) those small touches like cups and napkins, etc. u don't think about until u realize u needed them. Oh and the phone charger he provided that became a crucial necessity is So SO appreciated. It was so much fun but a big group of women can be a bit of a challenge especially since our plans were a bit uncoordinated but Joseph our driver was very VERY patient with us. He accommodated our requests, didn't make it a big deal how many times we changed plans and even tho I'm sure he was probably frustrated with us taking so long to make decisions he did not show it. And you would be surprised how messy a group of girls can actually be especially when getting turnt all the way up lol. But Joseph was so cool and patient. Every time we got back in the limo he had it cleaned up for us that was so awesome. And his communication was excellent we never had to wait for him even when I forgot to give him a heads up we were ready to leave the club. He was on point. He was respectful and a true gentleman and put up with way more than he should of. Oh and he even let me add an extra hour which I truly appreciated because this was a really special night for all us especially my best friend getting married she really deserved to have a good time and I'm really proud of her. It's not that often we all get to go out anymore so that extra hour was more than worth it and I appreciate Joseph for making it all possible. And thank you Joseph for checking on us the next day that was really sweet. I don't blame u for being worried for us cuz we were some hot messes lol. Thank you Joseph and thank you five diamonds you definitely deserve 5 stars! read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! We rented a limo for 5 hours for a night club hopping for my 21st birthday and the driver, who apparently was also the owner of the company, was rude and disrespectful right off the bat. He was condescending and combative. He would get upset with us if we didn't find a place for him to park near our destination. He picked us up in Westwood and complained to us about the streets being hard to turn on. During the time he refused to stop somewhere for some of the members of the limo to use to restroom and he hung up on me repeatedly after yelling at me over the phone. To top it off, the end of the night resulted in yelling and a $120 fee for over-time which is absurd. For someone whose job is entirely about service, he seemed to have missed the memo that being nice to your customer who is paying a lot of money is a number one priority. I will never do business with this person again and I advise others to look elsewhere for an LA limo. read more

Worst service ever. I got married this past January and the driver was pist right of the bat. He was rushing me and my wife. The owner booked to events to close to each other. Bad organization by this company. Also the owner gave me a bad attitude when I tried to change 30minutes difference in scheduling weeks before the event! I know what is good service from my company and will never treat my clients this way. Especially on anybody's special event. read more

We booked a Bentley with Five Diamonds Limousine for our wedding. It was the best decision we could have made. Ben arrived early and was always very polite and professional. We arrived early because Ben googled our destination beforehand to make sure we were on time. My daughter rode with me and he was always funny and attentive with both of us. The ride went by so fast because he made us feel very comfortable. During the pictures he was very patient and waited for us. We had problems with other vendors at our wedding but fortunately the only thing that didn't go wrong was five diamonds limousine service. Prom season is in and you know what that means! A bunch of over priced business owners trying to take advantage. Luckily I chose the right company. I started my search early, After calling around different companies I spoke with Ben and I was sold! He was very informative and kind. I reserved the antique rolls royce for a photoshoot for my engagement photos. The driver picked us up from my house and we went to pasadena city hall. It was a short ride from Glendale but definitely enjoyable. It was hot, but I assumed it's a classic car so assumption is there would not be an AC, but the driver let us know we can have the AC on while we are on the freeway. Our driver was awesome because he helped us choose the location, we arrived and he was some how able to park in the front of city hall and we got the most awesome shots. Totally made our photoshoot better. Thank you Five Diamonds Limo for the beautiful car and great service. I booked my wedding limousine (Hummer H2 and the rolls royce Ghost) already. I will just start off by saying that I've never booked a limo before in my life and didn't know where to even begin. I looked online and came across this place, did some research and called them up. Of course I had millions of questions but Ben answerd all of them. He gave me a great deal on the 1960 White Bentley and told me not to worry about anything, being totally honest I stopped worrying because why wouldn't you trust someone who's been in the business for this long? Definitely will using this limo service for the rest of my life. read more

Five Diamonds Limousine - Classic. - Limos Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I had been trying to find a classic car to book for my wedding day and had contacted so many limo services but a lot of them didn't seem very trustworthy. I even went in to check out one car and the owner told me it was out for repair when he had agreed for me to go in that day! I really didn't know how I could book/trust another company and possibly have them not show up on my wedding day or show up with a different car than the one I booked since a lot of other company reviews mentioned that. I am so happy and relieved I settled on Five Star. After speaking with the owner, Ben, he put my mind at ease. I booked online and on the day of my wedding, he was prompt, super friendly, showed up a little earlier and waited longer than expected for us to finish our pictures with no complaints. And the 1956 Rolls Royce was gorgeous as promised. Thank you so much Ben for the AMAZING service. Will definitely book with your company again next time. :) read more

Worst experience ever! If I could do it all over again I would NOT. I booked a Rolls Royce for 4 hours for my wedding and regret it so much! Driver arrived to my house at 1230 and I knew he would wait a bit because I was only 5 min away from the ceremony! When I got into the car he was very upset and started complaining about that. I don't think it should have mattered because I paid by the hour anyway. He didn't have a map, or directions to where we were going so I kept having to tell him where to go. He was absolutely RUDE! My husband and I tried to small talk and he simply ignored us! We had 2 stops to make before the drop off address and he said that was a problem. When I booked I made it VERY clear that we would be making stops. We didn't get our champagne bottle as promised, We had to pull over in the middle of the freeway because the license plate was hanging so cars kept honking! To top it off no AC. Maybe if he would have been nicer some things wouldn't have been important! But driver honestly made the whole experience a nightmare! I was ready to get in my sisters car for the rest of the day and didn't care if it was a Rolls Royce or not. I regret so much not going with a limo instead! There would have been AC, drinks, more room, and enjoyed the ride with our whole bridal party. Let me add that we went over our time by 20 minutes and ended up having to pay for an hour! Absolutely disappointed with this whole experience for our wedding. read more
