The party bus we got for our bridal party was amazing and very fun. Our group of 18 enjoyed every bit of it. My main issue was with the drop off. Unfortunately, it rained on our wedding day so the roads weren't favorable. As we were approaching our reception site, instead of dropping us off as close to the venue as possible, our driver stopped on the side of the road and in front of a puddle. Some of the bridesmaids and groomsmen stepped in the puddle, and my wife's dress got dragged in it. Not to mention, we had to walk quite a distance in the rain to get to the reception. Keep in mind, there was security at the front gate available to guide us into the parking area closest to the entrance, but our driver didn't bother to ask me if we were able to enter the venue or look for staff members to guide us. He just parked and told us "sorry there's a puddle watch your step". It was very unprofessional and quite frankly disrespectful to leave us that way, especially in the rain. Anyone considering their services, I recommend to make sure you're taken care of from beginning to end. I would hate for anyone to experience an ending like our bridal party.

The day before the event I get an email saying I need to confirm by 5:00 pm, I call and give my pickup address and respond immediately, and them I'm told "too late, we gave your limo away, and we don't have anymore". So a confirmation means nothing to this company, if they get a better offer, they'll take it and leave you high and dry. They tried to use the excuse "well we were texting you all morning (from an unknown number that went to my spam folder) to try to confirm". Never once was I told that if I don't respond to a text fast enough they'll give my limo away I *paid a deposit for*. If there's any response here, they will likely lie and try to say they had no choice because I didn't respond fast enough to text messages, but this company is run by liars. I have attached all the proof that I responded fast to the email, that I was told I had until 5:00 pm to confirm, that they mention *none* of this in the TOS when I booked. The bottom line, if they can get a better deal, they will screw over their wood be customers. [EDIT TO RESPOND TO THE COMMENTS BELOW] Andy is lying, I emailed right away back at *2:23 pm the DAY BEFORE the pickup, and called at 2:20 to confirm I wanted the reservation. Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style. We asked for a supervisor to call us to discuss our ride, but we were never contacted. Steven our driver back from the airport, on the other hand, was very professional and courteous.
