Turn around time for a response is horrible and it was done during business hours .it took a day plus to get a response from them.

Karl is the man. He was easy to deal with and competitively priced to take my wife and six girlfriends wine tasting for her birthday. His communications were clear, was open to phone calls, texting and emails, has a decent selection of vehicles and fully licensed. A big party bus showed up on time and it was clean and modern. The inside was decked out like a fancy limo but it had a school bus door and tall ceilings so it was easy for everyone to get in and out. Plus, they had a stripper pole. I was searching on Yelp and found Relentless Limo for a bachelor party I recently planned. Karl was super professional over the phone and he explained that he would take us to all of the LA Clubs and for a guaranteed great time. He picked us up in his classy party bus on time, with a big smile. We were able to bring in some of our alcohol onto the bus and started drinking on the way. Protip: bring your spotify for him to load up your favorite music although he has some already. He brought us to Exchange LA first and arranged for our table.
