My family just stayed here over the New Year Holiday and it was such a great experience. The whole place was super clean and the camping spots were really nice and well spaced out. One of my favorite perks was the free shuttle to the casino. They also offer premium spots with fireplaces and barbecues, which felt like a fun upgrade and perfect for cozy nights. If you're traveling with a dog, the dog park is really nice with turf, and the community bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Overall, it felt comfortable, easy, and well taken care of. Would 100% stay here again. Shoutout to the manager who walked out and measured the picnic table so I could order the right fitted table cloth. read more

Some shade, rules aren't enforced except for charcoal grills. Not much to do, they want you in the casino. Campground pool is overcrowded and full of screaming kids. E-bikes and emotos are everywhere. Lots of barking dogs. Maybe it's better during the week, this was our weekend experience. Clean and level spots. Pretty clean too. Might be back but it will be Sunday-Thursday next time. Beautiful scenery. Place has sure grown since I was last here in 2000. read more

We recently stayed at Pechanga RV Resort for the first time. Overall, it's a very nice place. The full hookups are great, and the resort is clean and enjoyable. However, we had a frustrating experience that really affected our stay. While we were cooking breakfast at our RV site (corner spot near the dog park), the landscaping crew came through and began blowing dirt and cutting right next to us. It felt like they were just pushing through on a schedule without any awareness or consideration that guests were actively outside cooking and eating. Dust was blowing directly into our campsite and onto our food. We were not given any warning or schedule, so we had no way to prepare or avoid it. Unfortunately, we ended up eating a dusty meal because of this. The street sweeper also came through the camping area multiple times during our stay, adding to the disruption. I called the office and spoke with a supervisor who said she would follow up and call me back, but I never received a return call. This was our first time visiting, and while the resort has a lot to offer, better communication and more awareness from maintenance staff would make a big difference. Guests should not have to deal with dust being blown into their food without any warning. read more

We used to stay at the campground years ago, but they enacted some policies that restricted those that have a RV older then 10 years old. Apparently, they revised that to 20 years old now, so that's better. Lots of rules, but little enforcement. And very very expensive. So we stayed away for the past 6 years. What we liked about this resort is it is attached to the Pechanga Casino which has great entertainment and restaurants, it is a very nice casino. From the campground you can catch a shuttle to the casino, golf course, and a couple restaurants not directly in the casino. Very convenient and they run 24 hours a day. There is a lot of road noise, especially for the spots on the outer edge. The campground is located near the construction and maintenance office/shop area, and they run these loud golf carts all day and night. And the main road produces a lot of noise too. The RV resort has a great pool with 2 hot tubs, each at a different temperature. They enforce a no alcohol rule and a no children rule after 8 pm. But they don't enforce the no children rule, only the no alcohol rule, so that kind of ruins the pool. Kids screaming and jumping in the pool after hours, If I could drink I wouldn't care! And the cost, if you have to pay hotel costs to stay in a campground, why not stay in the hotel? It into the $120 dollar range and up to stay here on the weekends and a bit cheaper during the off season weeks, but it is a nice campground. All in all, if you don't care about the cost, and the kid noise, this is a great campground. read more

Very good turns out I misunderstood the staff my fault. But I think if we understood the terms about credit I would have issues. But I could have done better. From what I see they will work it out. Conversations need to be explained. We've stayed here several times and it's still one of my favorite or the best property. Great RV resort! We really enjoyed the 21 and over pool with the swim up bar. The drinks were so fresh and yummy! I met a lot of wonderful people and had a great time! That night was awesome inside the casino. The music inside the casino at night with the DJ was fabulous and the drinks in the casino were great too! Lots of fun with the slots. No big wins for us but we went home with some cash. All and all we had a really fun time! Definitely will be back! read more

A few days ago, we had a wonderful afternoon at The Ultimate RV Show. We arrived a little after 11 a.m. The temperature was quite warm, in the 90s, so we were glad we were prepared. We were particularly interested in the micro trailers by Jayco. We were impressed by their sturdiness, upgraded couches, and all the extra amenities. After walking around entering rvs, campers that we were interested in. Thee other companies besides Jayco were, Keystone, forest river. There was a whole area of pre owned I did enjoy being able to see them up close and personal. Things become more realistic. Your able to see what you are purchasing up close and personal. The kitchens and restrooms have become a bit large than rv driving with my pops in the 80s and 90s Rv were different back then. We soon enjoyed relaxing our legs we sat down in the back there was several food trucks, multiple tables with chairs. Restrooms available. There was a popular vendor for sweets vendor called Donut Hello ! they made mini powdered donuts they were delicious. We devoured those. Average Joe's burgers we gave them a try and we're delicious. We decided to to walk the last row before heading out. Parking is free and so was entrance! read more

It was our first time staying at Pechanga RV resort and we were very impressed. Everything was very clean from the bathrooms to the dog park. The staff was very nice and they made sure they monitored the place for everyone safety. They cater to dog owners and to ensure the safety for everyone including your fur babies, they enforce the rules if your dog is a constant barker in which I really appreciate. The casino is very near but they also provide a shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at your spot. This was very helpful since we brought our elderly aunt and uncle. Sorry , but this turned out to be a horrible experience and you can chalk it up to your landscapers, so this may be able to be rectified. We checked in Sunday night since we work on weekends. That's our time off. The staff was great. And the Park was beautiful. No qualms there. However, after staying through Monday night as well, we woke up Tuesday morning to actually six machines being started up immediately around our RV and I actually had to Step outside and count because it was just incredibly unbelievable that this would be happening. They had two lawnmowers, two leaf flowers, a weedeacker and a hedge trimmer all going IN our campsite at 8 A.M. This went on for nearly 1 hour. We had our toddler with us and we booked this resort to get rest. So finally I had to Step outside and say something and the landscapers were extremely rude and pretty much told me to go f*** myself. I just asked them to do our campsite a little bit later. The entire campground was only at very most 50% capacity so there was no reason they had to do this to our campsite at eight in the morning. it was crazy and unbelievable and the worst experience I have ever had in my life, so until management can have some sense in their mind to rectify the situation I would never ever recommend this RV resort to anyone again. read more

I loved my visit here. Took one star away as the WiFi was useless and the showers, although updated and clean has a ridiculous timer of 20 seconds on the water. I realize this is to save water but I probably had to hit it 15 times to get the temperature I wanted and then when it shut off again, the water was always back to scorching hot and impossible to adjust properly. read more

Nice RV resort with large sites close to the casino. No need to hop in your car if you want to go. They have a shuttle that will pick you up in front of your site if you give them a call. Each site has grass and a picnic table. They also have a pool and two jacuzzi's. The resort has buddy sites as well that share the same common camping space if that's something you're interested in. Overall beautiful park. Only two things we noticed is that the grass at the sites aren't cut as often as it probably should be. Every time we've gone, the grass has been quite long. The second issue is that the internet isn't so great. There's lots of dead zones depending where you are in the park. Other than that, I would highly recommend this RV resort. Our club had one of the best gatherings there and it was a pleasure to work with Dawn to make it happen. read more

We like Pechanga RV Resort. Always enjoy camping here. However this weekend was a little challenging. The park had very very low water pressure. Barely enough water pressure to wash your private areas. This was reported to the park. After two days the water pressure issue was reported again. The staff acted as though they knew nothing. Going on day three, a low rated had to be issued until water issue is corrected. read more

First time staying here. We stayed in our 35' fifth wheel in a pull through site. This resort is very clean. Maybe the cleanest bathrooms in a RV park I've seen. They were clean through out the day. The showers are also very nice with storage area for clothes while you shower. The park itself is pretty green with some trees but not enough for any substantial shade in most of the sights. More shade would be helpful in this heat. There is a pool but a little small. Unfortunately they do not let you use the resort pool without paying an extra fee. The casino is a short 5 minute walk but there is a shuttle that will pick you up from your site and take you anywhere within the resort. They will also pick you up and drop you back at your site. There is also a gas station and places to eat both in and out of the casino. The prices aren't bad for an Rv park but on the more expensive side for a casino Rv park. The most I've paid for a casino rv park yet. However it is nice and would stay again if down in the area. read more

If you're in Temecula there's no better place to stay! Pechenga has a first rate RV park with roomy sites, shady trees and fragrant jasmine blooming between sites for privacy. The Pechenga Casino is walking distance or you can request a friendly shuttle. Everything is clean, organized, and professional. Excellent wineries are nearby! We stayed at the RV resort "long term" . We stayed 3 months moving site every 29 days, with that being said I found the rows A-C are better than anything after that for noise purposes only. Row A is ideal for a quieter experience. The noise from the 24 hour minimart and employee casino parking is constant, so if you are sensitive to noise I would select Row A-C. Anything towards the center of the park. The outside edge of the park is traffic streets and busy 24 hours a day. The bathrooms, showers and laundry rooms are always very clean, although it seems one or more dyers is always broken at either laundry facility. The cost is $3 to wash & $3 to dry. The do offer cable TV, few channels come in clear, WiFi seems to be ok if you don't have your own. Every staff person we have had contact with is always pleasant with a smile and wave. The car wash at the minimart is very aggressive, broke my side mirror on my car, use with caution. The dog park is nice, sometimes other guest don't cleanup after their pets, I think once a week the staff clean the Astro turf and it always has poop bags. The landscape is different from site to site some areas have been better with grass than others, they do over water the lawn areas tend to be very soggy and can be muddy and the sprinklers will get your vehicles wet and the water is very hard and will leave water spots. They have 24 hour security which is very nice, although I'm not sure if they are to enforce the kids on their scooter, e-bikes riding after dark, I was almost taken "out" by kids riding in the dark. All in all this was a nice place to stay. read more

This is my Honest opinion about my latest visit for whatever it is worth. This is a very nice resort! The campground is well kept and the people are very polite and friendly. The biggest problem I have is aside from the gambling, it feels like everywhere you turn is designed to overcharge me for everything! It cost $9.95 to use the onsite ATM. Now when it comes to gambling I get it. That is what a casino is built for. But the coffee is overpriced, the food is overpriced, however at least the food was very good. But we went to the cove and it cost $160.00 for me and my family of 4 to bob around in a pool and pay top dollar for drinks! Online it said $290.00 for a cabaña and when i called it was almost $700.00 with a $100.00 cover charge. When I asked why the price difference I was just told sorry the website is wrong. Needless to say I did not rent the cabana. In total we spent $1500.00 in games and food and pool access for a 2 day experience. $400.00 of that was spent on gaming. (My choice) So maybe this kind of place is just too rich for my income but at the end of the day I did not feel at all appreciated for my contributions. Not to mention everytime i purchased something I was bullied into a tip. Ordered 2 cups of coffee and had to stand to order and then listen for someone to scream my name when it was ready, then fight my way through a crowd to get my coffee and still was bullied into a tip? How does that make any sense? In closing I believe management could do a much better job in lowering some costs to not make this resort feel like it is being run like a street side carnaval! Not that any of this matters to the ones that are on top making the money because they definitely got mine! But I have already had 3 conversations about my weekend with people who were considering going. When it comes to the gambling , at least that is my choice of how much I lose! But the resort fees and tips are completely your choice. Unfortunately I will not schedule to be here again. I will try Pala next to see if it is run the same way. Probably it is! In today's day and age greed is everywhere and Pachanga definitely does not hide their intentions. read more

This is one of my FAVORITE RV resorts. The place is always clean, cement slab sites with lots of grassy areas. Lots to do from gambling to wine tasting to golf. Customer service is AAA+. We informed the office that we were waiting on AAA and they want to charge us to wait since its our check out date. DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU NEED TO USE THEIR SHOWERS!! Other than that the park is very nice. The shower is the worst of any RV park we've stayed in. Yes, it is very clean BUT the water in the shower doesn't stay on more than 20 seconds unless you keep hitting a knob on the wall. The water goes between scalding (no kidding) and cold. There are no instructions in the ladies shower on how to operate the system either. I had to call the office to find out as I was standing in the shower. We had a nice time here and the pool and spa are nice but NO RETURN FOR US! read more

From the minute I called Pechanga RV resort to see if by any chance they had an opening for the same day because we were in a bit of a bind loaded and already on the road with our new trailer..... I spoke with Noah and they literally had a cancellation as we were talking Noah is the kindest young man I have met in ages! He helped me on what was a very rough day, and he went above and beyond to take care of us. Noah came by in his golf cart and checked on us a few hours after we got there and got set up to make sure we were happy and everything was going great The resort is absolutely beautiful, nice spacious sites. The dog park is the cleanest I have ever seen in my life. All sites have 50 amp service, full hook ups, Wi-fi, cable TV, Pool, 2 jacuzzis, super clean bathrooms and showers and excellent dog walking and bike riding! Some sites like ours had a big shade tree other sites had less shade but still very nice and yes, of course people partied at night, but I didn't hear anybody past the 11pm quiet hour as stated in the rules and regulations. Everybody I met, was very friendly and happy to be there. No one was rowdy or acting like a fool. There is always a loud one in most groups but like I said nighttime was super quiet, slept with my window open in bedroom no problem. We already booked a week for next year we enjoyed it so much! Stayed at Rv park this past weekend there is way to many kids and the smallest pool for all these kids and people that stay there.. could not relax with all those kids in pool.. then they say there is no noise after 10pm but there is people driving around all night in loud golf carts with music and lights and kids running up and down streets. If you want quiet this is not the place and you won't be able to use pool. Paid money for next store pool which was 30 dollars to get in and said it was 21 and over but that was a lie also kids in 21 over pool with parents drinking not ok... if you are at Rv resort you should not pay to get into a place with more kids unsupervised... read more

My wife and I stayed at the RV Resort from 8/7/24 through 8/11/24. On our second night (early morning on the 9th) we encountered a situation that we reported to the resort in person at 8am. Below is an email to the resort I wrote later that morning: "I reported the following situation to Caroline at 8am this morning regarding the disturbing situation we encountered very early this morning at about 2am, 4am and again at 6 am. Neither my wife nor I were able to sleep. I have included video and pics of the broken sprinklers (3) at the right rear of our rv. We are planning on returning next month (dates undetermined) and request a one day credit for our stay in September for our trouble." I can't attach the videos I sent to the resort as they are too big. One video was from inside our RV showing the noise of the sprinkler water hitting the top of our RV. The noise sounded horrific and being woken three times that night was frightening. Several other videos were provided showing the sprinklers showering our RV from the outside. The office (Caroline) responded to my email and had the sprinklers repaired quickly, so she's great. She also responded to my second email a few days later when I wrote to see what the outcome would be to my request for a complimentary night for our troubles. As before, she told us that she would let the manager know. As of the writing of this review, the Manager has not responded at all. IMHO very poor customer service. We loved the park, the site was great, the pool was great (albeit a bit warm for me) and our dogs loved the dog park! Would have given this resort a five star rating if only the manager would have responded to our complaint and request. We are schedule to return, as noted in my email to the resort, in September for four more nights. read more

We've stayed here a couple of times in the past, and the park is nice. It's green, the spaces are big, it's modern, short walk to the casino. But I must recommend you not use the laundry facilities. You can get change at the office, but only in $10 increments. So if you only need to use two washers and two dryers, at two dollars each, you're stuck getting a whole lot more change than you need. The washers are ok. The dryers don't work worth a damn. One left all the clothes damp after 45 minutes of running. The other was broken entirely (I lost $2). I went to the office seeking a refund but they wouldn't refund until they "verified." Right, like I walked all the way down here to cheat you for two bucks. (If we come back here again, I'll just wait and do laundry after we get home.) read more

They hate music now, they called the park rangers just for us to turn our music down. The security was also very mean to the kids they kept saying that they can't ride there bike outside the rv resort. They also kept being mean to the kids and telling them there going to take their bikes. read more

Time for my next review, we have been here about 10 times since my last review and we are leaving the resort today from a quick 4 day stay. As usual we had a wonderful time. We have been to numerous resorts and pechanga rv resort is a wonderful place to go. The staff is the best of anywhere we have gone, they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great.
