The trailer was set up and in perfect working condition before we arrived. Sandy, who I spoke to on the phone to reserve the trailer actually came out while we were unloading and asked how everything was working and if we had any questions on how things worked. Super duper impressed by that! This is my 3rd go around with Star RV and I have never had an issue. The camper was in working condition and clean. The campers do not come with bedding, appliances, pots, pans and glassware. You must bring your own. There are a few RV rentals that accommodate Vail Lake. Star RV was by far the cheapest. We own a travel trailer and a 5th wheel, but our tow vehicle was out of commission. Despite this setback, we had a camping trip planned with a few other families. We reached out to JaeBug Trailer Rentals and received a response immediately. Booking was super easy; they were incredibly accommodating, especially since we had many moving parts and I can be a bit high-maintenance when coordinating these types of things with other families. We rented the 36' Genesis Supreme toy hauler, which was in pristine condition! Even though we brought everything from our travel trailer, they provided all the necessities and even had the beds made up. It literally came with everything you would need as a starting point. Where we were camping, it was HOT (high 90s to the 100s) during the day, and the A/C was amazing! The "master" bedroom had a REAL mattress; it was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed. Not only was the trailer itself fantastic, but the customer service was also exceptional. The team at JaeBug Trailer Rentals was always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect trip. They even provided thoughtful touches like extra blankets and kitchen supplies, making us feel right at home. First off, the trailer was not cleaned prior to our stay (floor was dirty, poop was still on the bottom of the toilet seat) and my almost 2 year old found a cannabis pill on the floor and was trying to eat it! The trailer took over 8 hours to finally cool down because the ac isn't working properly and we couldn't use the fridge till the next day because it was still hot inside of it. He told us he would give us a partial refund and never did and also had a previous renter that he met two weeks prior come and set the trailer up. Very unprofessional and would not recommend this company.

This was our first time in South CB outside of a tent and so it was a bit of a learning curve for us. The camper itself was in like-new condition. It was delivered on time and everything was ready to go when we arrived. We fumbled through a few things like "how do you turn on the water" but the Luv2Camp team was available to us via text throughout our stay. I honestly must have texted them 30 times that weekend, and each time they responded quickly. We had to have them come and dump our tanks over the weekend, which they did on short notice, on a Sunday, without hesitation. On at least one occasion during our stay, they showed up to the site just to check in and make sure everything was going ok. Our camper was great, but this company earned 5 stars in my eyes for their communication, availability, and willingness to help. If I ever need to rent a camper again, it will be with Lov2Camp...and it the site will have hookups...again, the learning curve.
