They manipulate the electricity meters so much that in Jan 2022, his bill was over $600. It's a small single wide trailer with no working heat! From that point on, everyone living in the 55+ has had issues but they feel helpless. The pool was condemn by city. It's been green for several years. Don't believe their website. They're promoting open houses but I'm telling you, the place is a dump! And it's owned by Westland Real Estate Group. They're liars.

The staff have all been extremely friendly and get to know you. They all make sure that the park is well maintained and cared for and that the pool is kept sparkling. They also encourage community involvement with various activities! All the residents I have met are super friendly! This has been such an improvement from our former apartment a few miles away. We had over 120 guests, and Alma, Jazz, and the entire team were wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. Alma was highly communicative, responsive, and friendly. She made herself available for venue walkthroughs, allowed us to take measurements, and helped answer questions as we planned every detail of the event. On the day of our baby shower, she was on-site and a pleasure to work with, helping ensure everything ran smoothly. One feature that really stood out was their event dashboard. It made it easy to keep track of payments, send messages, access signed documents, and stay organized throughout the planning process. The resort itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels new. The event space is spacious, inviting, and well-suited for larger gatherings. The commercial kitchen was a huge plus and was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. We also appreciated having convenient access to their inventory of round tables, banquet tables, and chairs, which made planning and setup much easier. Our event included a 3-hour baby shower, with 2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown, and the venue worked perfectly for our needs. We're grateful to Alma and the Launch Pointe team for helping make such a special day a success. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a private event.

After we signed the contract and paid our deposit, they told us that they would not honor our contract because they double booked for our date. They offered us solutions, but none of which included them providing us the lodging we had signed a contract for. They offered to put our guests up in a Holiday Inn nearby. We had booked 7 of the 8 airstreams and would have needed the date we booked to prepare for the wedding. We also placed value on having our guests stay where we were going to get married. What really frustrated us is they actually asked us to pay to change our lodgings. They offered us the Elsinore Yurt for $200 extra dollars, which honestly was very frustrating because they asked us to pay extra when they broke the contract. They told us this was the only place available the day of our wedding for us to be prior to the ceremony, when we had originally paid for over 24 hours to prepare. They did offer to simply refund us what we paid on the Airstreams and we could keep our wedding date. Throughout our conversations, they told us the Yurts were only available in 2 day blocks. However, we looked up alternate accommodations on Air BNB and found the same Yurt they wanted to charge us $200 for for about $100 on Air BNB for only 1 day! Also, Yurts they told us were unavailable for our guests on the original night we signed a contract with them for, were available on Air BNB for half the price they quoted us and for only 1 day. I cannot imagine how a double booking can occur without extreme lack of professionalism in these days of computers. We were very sad because we planned to be lifelong customers of this place and bring our family here for decades. They essentially ruined our plans for our wedding and we are still scrambling, and I believe they lied to us, although they deny it. The only other option is that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I do not recommend this place and feel they are a bad business that is trying upcharge people who are looking for a lower cost wedding. We also believe that if we had tried to break the contract (like they did to us after we signed it and paid) they would have taken legal action against us or fined us, as their contract made clear. We did get a refund. Their on site restaurant wasn't good either.

With small children running around this is a serious safety issue. The lady at the front laughed in my face and insulted me asking where I was from. On top of that they decided to start cutting trees at our campsite while we were camping. Couldn't even access my children after coming back from the bathroom. The workers are now harassing us parking in front of our site to intimidate us. BEWARE. CAMP at your own RISK this place does not care about their guests and will do nothing to ensure safety. UPDATE: Shortly after posting my honest review, campground management informed us that we were no longer welcome because of the review we left. Instead of addressing the serious concerns we raised, they chose to retaliate against paying guests for sharing their honest experience. I would like to add that the front desk lady informed me this was an ongoing problem and it was not just our site that was having aggressive raccoons, in the midst of insulting me. Therefore, the problem couldn't be fixed by moving sites, which would have been a half a day task, at minimum for me being alone with 5 children even if moving could solve the problem. It clearly was not a solution either way with it being a widespread issue. This tells me everything I need to know about how this campground operates. When confronted with legitimate criticism, management's response was not to fix the problems. Their response was to remove the customer. We reported ongoing safety concerns, including persistent raccoons repeatedly entering campsites and approaching campers. Rather than taking meaningful action to address those issues, management decided the problem was the guests who spoke up. If this is how they treat customers who leave an honest review, imagine how they handle complaints that are not made public. I stand by every word of my original review. This update is based on what management told us directly. Other campers deserve to know that leaving an honest, unfavorable review may result in being told they are no longer welcome. Businesses build trust by addressing legitimate concerns, not by punishing customers for speaking honestly. You can decide for yourself whether that is the type of business you want to support.

Carla and See were wonderful and provided us with the best experience in this wonderful & cute little park. The pool is clean and a great place to spend a hot afternoon cooling off. The residents are happy and friendly. We have made Lifetime friends who we will keep in touch with as we transition to our home. The park is quite and close to shopping and downtown Palm Springs. Close to Cathedral City where you will find everything you need. We parked our 37' RV here and had no issues getting it parked albeit the streets are small which add to the character of the 'village'. I highly recommend this place to stay on your visit to the Palm Springs area.
