They manipulate the electricity meters so much that in Jan 2022, his bill was over $600. It's a small single wide trailer with no working heat! From that point on, everyone living in the 55+ has had issues but they feel helpless. The pool was condemn by city. It's been green for several years. Don't believe their website. They're promoting open houses but I'm telling you, the place is a dump! And it's owned by Westland Real Estate Group. They're liars.

We had over 120 guests, and Alma, Jazz, and the entire team were wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. Alma was highly communicative, responsive, and friendly. She made herself available for venue walkthroughs, allowed us to take measurements, and helped answer questions as we planned every detail of the event. On the day of our baby shower, she was on-site and a pleasure to work with, helping ensure everything ran smoothly. One feature that really stood out was their event dashboard. It made it easy to keep track of payments, send messages, access signed documents, and stay organized throughout the planning process. The resort itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels new. The event space is spacious, inviting, and well-suited for larger gatherings. The commercial kitchen was a huge plus and was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. We also appreciated having convenient access to their inventory of round tables, banquet tables, and chairs, which made planning and setup much easier. Our event included a 3-hour baby shower, with 2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown, and the venue worked perfectly for our needs. We're grateful to Alma and the Launch Pointe team for helping make such a special day a success. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a private event.

This is an expensive KOA and the entrance makes you think you are coming into a beautiful resort…read more Then you drive in. And the scenery changes quickly. I am very unhappy with this resort. We booked the KOA online. Gave them the specs of our big rig- 42 feet with 5 slides. Check in- they put us in a back site- not an issue that does not accommodate 42 feet. We would have had to pull through both sites to have us fit. Site 143 is also extremely unlevel as is most of the sites in the Oaks area. And ALL DIRT! Not even decent dirt- just blowing sand. Every site is un-level! And in full sun- no shade trees unless you are in a premium site. So we went back up to the office- parked in front of the office to show them what 42 feet looks like- they reassigned us a new spot- again a back in and a corner lot. Again, very unlevel, all dirt and in blazing hot sun directly on the passenger side of the rig- no shade. The sewer pipe is a 3 inch hole- not the standard 4 inch as most other campgrounds are. You pay for the amenities since they have three pools. You surely are not paying for good campsites. They have other areas of the park with unlevel but somewhat decent sites but they assign you your spot. You don't get to pick. If i did not need to be close to Warner Springs with family, I WOULD NOT STAY HERE. The picnic table is wooden and warped so bad you cannot sit a drink on top. Total crap. The fire pit is large- there is a plus, but the grill is so rusted and nasty I would never use it. Walking around our site there is also trash from previous campers. So if check out is at 11 and check in is at 2- you pay staff to clean the sites. Again, I camp quite a bit. If i pay good money I expect a decent campground. If nothing else somewhat level. If i was on BLM land or dispersed camping that is a whole different ballgame but this is a KOA RESORT. Clean it up- fix the picnic table so families do not get splinters. There are just a bunch of kids working at the front and driving around on carts who do not know the campsites well enough to be knowledgable. We are staying here for 8 days- longer than just a weekend. They could have TRIED to place us in a more decent spot and not around the family camping crowd. I am not here with kids, I have a dog. Also, the dog park, is just dirt and leaves. They want you to scoop your poop but the poop bag holder is empty. So basically- you are paying for the pools. My advice unless you enjoying camping on just dirt and uneven RV sites- spend your money somewhere else. They have lots of grass and lush everywhere except where you want it to be. So save yourself time and money. Find a level spot with less amenities and pay way less. Especially if you are in a big rig of our size. Lastly, in the oaks area the cell reception is horrible- for T-Mobile. SOS or 1 bar of LTE. Wifi does work.

The water is all natural and my mind and body feel almost cleansed and purified from this amazing place. It has 2 camp grounds that are meant only for groups, so sorry no single family camping here. The camp grounds are shaded by enormous vegetation and trees. So you can expect temperatures about 10 degrees less than Temecula weather. They have a enormous swimming pool that is free to use all day for campers. In the middle of the camp site is the remnants of a old town, you can see where the old saloon, bank, and jail were. It's pretty amazing just to look at the old artifacts they have there. If you have a groups of at least 10 families I totally recommend to check this place out and spend some quality family time. It is meant for church retreats so you will see things like the stations of the cross and statues of Jesus. I asked and you don't have to be religious to make a reservation here. I hope everyone has a chance to try this amazing place.

I rented the eagle crest premium camping cabin from Wednesday until Saturday. There's WiFi, private…read morebathroom, air conditioning, and TVs with the premium cabins. There is a portable Ac in the living room and a window ac in the bedroom. My child slept upstairs in the loft bedroom. The main issue is that you can't run both the portable and bedroom ac at the same time because it pops the breaker. The window ac is very noisy and makes a rattling sound. Don't even try to use the toaster and ac at the same time. It was 90s during the day and still very warm at night. It was an inconvenience not being able to run both AC units at night. They provided towels, toilet paper, soap and pans but no hair dryer. The groceries at the market are extremely expensive. Best to buy all your food at the stater brothers down the mountain to the campsite or go to the grocery store in Idyllwild. I rented the pontoon boat for fishing and that was my favorite part. It was so relaxing to cruise on the lake and enjoy the beautiful Mountain View. We caught a very large cat fish with the night crawlers. I recommend coming in the spring or fall to avoid the extreme heat during the day and bring all your food with you to save money. Come during the week for a more peaceful experience once Friday night hits, lots of families are arriving. Theres cafe in the market that has pretty good food but they have odd hours during the week. Idyllwild is a 15 minute drive with fun quirky shops and good restaurants to explore.

Creek-view Barn This…read morecabin is wonderful. Pet friendly and newly remodeled everything was perfect. The view into the woods from our patio is beautiful especially with a few inches of snow. The cabin is clean and well stocked and close to downtown....walking distance. The cabin is decorated very nicely with thick bath towels and comfy bed blankets. We will definitely come back to Strawberry Creek.
