We visited some friends for a pool day and played a few games like billiards. GVP also has corn hole, ping pong, and more. There's plenty of meeting rooms and places for large parties. The park is super clean and protected. I love that they don't have time for unruly kids or patrons, security is super responsible and friendly. The park has plenty of RV slots, a gym, and is near several hotels and eateries. It's perfect for a recreational trip or hangout. The funny part is there's nobody even in the parking spots, I believe someone is getting paid off by The tow company is the only conclusion I can come up with.. You are only allowed only one dog. When walking anywhere inside the park where it's safe. You can only walk your dog to the gate to go outside of the gate to walk your dog. I'm riding my bike with my dog when I stopped with my dog at the I'm riding my bike I stopped at the corner so my dog can do her usually smelling the fire hydrant. . A lady from the HOA walked up to me with a piece of paper demanding I take it so I will know where me my dog is allowed to walk to the outside gate.

Considering we're all senior citizens. A lot of people have dogs because everybody else in their life has passed away already. It's much safer to stay inside the gate yet your requesting we should take or dogs outside the gate. I will never abide by this ridiculous restriction. Hoa think they can enforce whatever they decide. They think they're right and what they say goes what happened to democracy we the people. HOA is not God judge and jury. Whatever bothers them hoa will come up with some new regulation .There's plenty of places where dog can socialize with other dogs. My truck was literally Stolen under false pretense .I forgot my truck across from my space I was unloading my truck I forgot I left it in the parking spot .I wake up the next morning somebody stole my truck imagine that. When I talk to the lady at the tow company she Informed me she was woken up the caller insisted the truck has to be picked up tonight. At first she refused yet they Insisted it had to be done that night. Somebody in the HOA is getting a kick back as well as the loser security guard. I support motorcycle and car accidents .I am very familiar with the tow truck company. Somebody from the HOA insisted my truck get hauled away it will never happen again. You can't park in a parking spot where every single parking spot is open. You can't walking your dog inside the RV resort It would be so easy to pay the same loser security guard driveing around with this flashing lights looking to steal a Senior citizens car living on a pension. The problem would be reduce by 95% with A security guard at the front gate with cameras is all it would take. If the security guard Stays at the front whatever goes in the front gate has to come out. Instead of him driving around looking to make a profit, By having vehicles towed from this facility if he sit at the front gate from 11p and 6am 95% of all the thefts and the crackheads that funnel through here 20 times a night would stop.

I let them know and still, no response. I have a new RV, excellent credit, more than sufficient income and am a model tenant. Overall, that just feels so shady to me. Working in property management myself, I know that you are required to provide an applicant with their application results, and need to provide reasoning for declining in writting. I'm glad I figured out this place wasn't for me before moving in.

We will be back as soon the summer hits. Walking distance to a beachy peninsular area. Onsite cornhole, chess, & connect four are in the hang area. There are trains all day long but never found it to be a major issue. The loudest noise is the duly and diesel trucks that are onsite inside camp. You can hear the ocean mostly. They manipulate the electricity meters so much that in Jan 2022, his bill was over $600. It's a small single wide trailer with no working heat! From that point on, everyone living in the 55+ has had issues but they feel helpless. The pool was condemn by city. It's been green for several years. Don't believe their website. They're promoting open houses but I'm telling you, the place is a dump! And it's owned by Westland Real Estate Group. They're liars.

We went from the 10th of May to the 12th we just went out there to just relax and get away…read more So we got there and got everything unpacked. And found out that the bottom of the refrigerator did not get very cold so I was actually worried about all of our food going bad so we called the front and let them know that the refrigerator was not working. The freezer worked fine so they sent somebody down to check it out. And he brought us a small refrigerator that he put on a table outside. So we could put some of our food in it so we did that, but notice that the refrigerator did not work very well. Either. But anyways, we just kind of dealt with it.. Then the maintenance guy came back and told us that they are giving us a free 2 hours on a pontoon boat for the inconvenience. I truly highly recommend this place, they truly make sure that you are comfortable. And they do try their best.I give these guys five stars.. A few things in their trailer should actually be updated. But we made things work. We will all definitely be going back there.Hopefully, they can get that trailer updated on the mattresses. The refrigerator. And just overall, the cleanliness of the trailer actually was not up to my standards, maybe they could do better, but other than that, it was awesome, very relaxing, enjoyed the nature and most definitely enjoyed the pontoon. I just completed My second year of fishing and camping here with my grandson. I love this place…read moresimply because of the staff. its camping, so things sometimes dont go as planned but the staff are always extremely helpful! Ed is the person who stands out for me. That guy goes out of his way to do what ever he can to make my visit enjoy for me and my grand-dude. The residents of the lake are also very helpful, welcoming to guest. There was a 8 yr old kid name Tauren who with his father's ok, walked up and down the shore to assist visitors in catching fish by offering his extensive knowledge of the lake and fish habits. Im already scheduling another trip. The water was low for the 2nd year in a row but I cant blame the lake for that! My one complaint is really trivial but the pillows and beds in the cottage were too hard and very difficult to sleep on. Also, the cottage I was in had two uncovered windows in the kitchen and the neighbors can look directly into the cottage at any hour.
