The trailer was spotless, ice cold, and ready to go when we arrived. What really sets Jim and his crew apart is their customer service. When the park started having electrical issues, they were there immediately, doing everything they could to help. We have a 3-month-old son, and with temperatures over 110°, Jim even brought us a generator to make sure our A/C kept running. That level of care and service meant everything to our family. Hands down the best RV rental company we've ever used. We highly recommend JC RV Rentals and will continue using Jim for all of our future river trips. Mahalos to Jim and the entire crew! You guys are the best! 10 Stars!

Just got back from our ATV trail riding in Angeles Forest. It was Amazing! Highly recommend!…read moreOur guide Kevin was terrific! The safety equipment provided is excellent. Even paper ski masks to help keep out the dust! That was a very nice and unexpected touch. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews about getting the waivers done. But it's not hard. I've worked in IT help desks for years so I know some people are just not good with a computer. That's fine. Just read the instructions carefully and you'll get thru. Or just get help from a teenager. :-) To get to this location they give you very good directions. If you follow them you'll have no issues. It's actually very easy! But GPS is not great for the less traveled roads in the mountains going to a place that doesn't really have a street address. We will be going back soon! Hopefully for 2 hours next time!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY -- TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE We…read morebooked a mountain ATV ride with Enjoy the Mountain ATV in July 2026, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The first red flag was that the company did not provide a phone number, making it difficult to get help or clarification when we needed it. We followed their directions exactly and arrived 30 minutes early. We parked in the designated lot as instructed by the person at the gate, but our guide never came to meet us. We eventually had to drive into the park ourselves and locate the guide, who was parked on the side of the road. There was no clear signage identifying the company or where customers were supposed to check in. Once we finally found the guide, the intake process took approximately 40 minutes. After all of that, we paid approximately $700 for a ride that lasted only about 20 minutes. We were also promised pictures from the experience, but no pictures were ever provided. Lucky I took my own before riding. What made the experience even worse was the customer service afterward. Rather than taking responsibility for the poor communication, unclear instructions, lack of signage, and failure to provide what was promised, the company provided little to no accountability. For the amount of money we spent, this was absolutely not the experience we expected. Poor communication, poor organization, inadequate customer service, and failure to deliver what was promised. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company and would strongly encourage others to consider other ATV companies before booking.

Sandy Vans to the Rescue!…read more So... my original awning decided to pick a fight with the wind. The wind won. Turns out my Exclusive Outfitters-built Sprinter van had a VERY heavy electric Dometic awning supported by only TWO mounting brackets. And just to make things more interesting, those brackets were attached with riv-nuts drilled into the corner of my roof--which also happens to be a pop-top. I'm no engineer, but a giant heavy awning + two brackets + a pop-top roof apparently wasn't the winning combination we all hoped for. Enter Sandy Vans. I live in San Diego and needed a replacement awning ASAP because we're leaving for Utah in a couple of days. I contacted Sandy Vans and had an awesome experience from the very beginning. I spoke with Cindy two days in a row, and she was fantastic--super helpful, courteous, patient, and accommodating. When I came in to pick up the awning, if she didn't know the answer to one of my questions, she didn't just shrug and send me on my way. She immediately found someone who did. That kind of customer service goes a long way. Then came Braden. Also extremely helpful and accommodating. He handled my purchase and even gave me his cell number so I could text him if I decided to install the awning myself and needed some technical support. He did briefly mistake my Sprinter for a Ford Transit... I'll forgive him. My van has a pop-top, so it doesn't look like the 9-foot-tall Sprinter skyscrapers that make up about 90% of camper vans these days. Then Brian came out from the shop and actually took the time to look over my van and roof rack to figure out how I could mount the new awning. He gave me several ideas, explained different options, and made the whole project seem doable. Sandy Vans offered to install it, but apparently I enjoy making my life more difficult, so I decided to tackle the installation myself with a good friend. About 2.5 hours, some cutting, grinding, a few choice words directed at the old mounting brackets, and probably a questionable amount of confidence later... NEW AWNING INSTALLED! What impressed me most about Sandy Vans was that they were helpful even after realizing I might not be paying them to do the installation. They still took the time to answer questions, look at my setup, offer advice, and make themselves available if I ran into problems. That says a lot about a business. I highly recommend Sandy Vans for their customer service, knowledge, courtesy, availability, and willingness to actually help their customers. Cindy, Braden, and Brian were all great to deal with. Now hopefully this awning and the Utah wind can maintain a respectful relationship.

I finally got around to reaching out to Sandy Vans to see about getting a replacement and was told that "this item is outside of their return window" (which is 30 days) but they could offer me $50 off towards a new $200 bug screen.. which seems silly considering the first one fell apart. I'm not sure about their other products, but the bug screens are garbage! I declined their pitiful offer of $50 off a new one and told them I'd purchase from a company with a more durable product. I'd recommend anyone else thinking about buying this product do the same!

POOR REPAIRS AND DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM Heater problems…read moreSuburban NT 12S. last October I took it in and they replaced the parts in the picture shown and cost almost $600.00. They told me it would be cheaper to repair than to replace. A new one is $1,500.00. It only blows cold air. took it back and they said there's another part that needs to be replaced. When I questioned the first repair RICHARD kicked me out of his shop not to come back. Blessing in disguise. They stole money from me. I also showed them a part I needed on the back of the toilet. They said they had to take toilet out and it would take 1-1/2 to repair. It just needed a washer coming from the plumbing. I bought a washer for .35 and spend 10 minutes on the repair. BEWARE OF THEIR UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Our after sales support was a very poor experience…read more After one outing, we took the trailer back for repair under warranty which was prearranged with the manufacturer. After a 7 hour drive to get there, they spent 10 minutes looking at the unit and said bring back another time and we will repair. We pleaded with them to leave it there so that we didn't have to make another 14 hour round trip just to drop it off. (Their lot is giant and had acres of space) We were very polite and respectful. The service manager was beyond rude and after we escalated to the manufacturer and had them talk to the service manager, he agreed to let us leave it, but was rude about it. We picked the unit up repaired several months later and they charged us to fill both our twin propane tanks which had been filled when we purchased it and we had only used the two burner stove once. Apparently he felt we had to pay for something. The older owners while they seemed nice, didn't seem to have much of an interest in customer service.

At the time of sale, Big Tex staff knew I was operating commercially and for hire, yet did not clearly explain what derating the trailer would mean in practical terms -- specifically how much it would severely limit usable payload, despite the trailer being physically capable of more. As a business owner, I relied on the dealership's expertise to explain the implications of the product they were selling. After realizing the impact this has had on my operations, I reached out multiple times by email seeking guidance or a solution. I was eventually told the trailer could not be re-rated, leaving me stuck with equipment that does not meet my business needs -- something that could have been avoided with full transparency at the time of purchase. I'm not accusing Big Tex of doing anything illegal, but I do believe they failed to properly inform a commercial customer about the real-world consequences of buying a derated trailer. This has caused unnecessary financial and operational hardship for my business. I strongly recommend that other business owners ask very detailed questions and get everything in writing before purchasing a derated trailer from this location.
