Have been camping with the fam in Lake Perris and usually rented about four campers. This year the group rented 8 RVs and 5 of them were perfect. 3 had either A/C or refrigerator issues. There was one with no A/C for 3 out of 4 days. Jeff did promise to refund the money. And two of them did not have a working refrigerator. He did reimburse one renter for the daily purchase of ice. And linen, they should remove that amenity from their website and you should bring sleeping bags, JIC. And coffee, if that's important to you make sure you ask about a carafe in your unit. Lots of coffee makers, but no carafes. The Toy Haulers are a bit banged up but the air, refrigerator and electrical outlets worked this year. The first year the blinds fell down every time we closed the door and the mattress was thin. The next year the blinds were fixed and the mattress was plush, but some overhead lights were out and electrical outlets in the kitchen area didn't work. This year we got the exact same RV as last year (a toy hauler) and it looked pretty beat up inside, my husband didn't seem to care, but his wife, me thought it a little yuck. However, the A/C was en pointe, the refrigerator and freezer worked and both doors opened and closed properly. All of the electrical outlets worked and no blinds fell off. The bathroom was super clean and they brought by toilet paper. There was a toaster and coffee maker but no carafe. There was a mattress protector and 3 pillows in the master bed, but no linen. The memory foam mattress was heaven to sleep on. The awning never did work, or at least we couldn't get it to open, so we stayed inside. Not sure if the radio worked, last year it didn't work, but we had a JBL Bluetooth speaker so we didn't try. Five of the eight RV were great with A/C, fridge, water and microwaves. And, Jeff did come back in the middle of the night to try to fix problems and the price was right. I would suggest that you make sure you ask lots of questions about what is important for you to have a great trip. One RV though had no oven door, a freezer door that came off in the guy's hand, no linen and a mattress so thin it was like sleeping on a slab, but I'm sure Jeff reimbursed him for the cost of linen and ice. He did better than that :) As soon as he saw what I was holding he walked over to his counter and opened a box of them. Another customer had just ordered one, and he ordered a few extra to keep on hand. I left with EXACTLY what I needed in 5 minutes. It was truly meant to be. I've owned multiple Lance units over the last 15 years, and Galaxy Campers has always provided amazing service and support. If you're interested in a camper, or just need parts, don't hesitate to ring them. Absolutely amazing family run business with the kind attention and care you WONT find anywhere else in life sadly. (I'm kind of embarrassed I've never left them review before! GREAT People)

They were willing to negotiate, patient when I picked it up and took time to explain all the systems to me. In addition, they gave me the peace of mind knowing they'd help if I had any troubles (which I did not). When I was ready to move on to another camper, they took my used camper on consignment and sold it in weeks. This is a locally owned, zero hassle shop. I highly recommend this team.

Sandy Vans to the Rescue!…read more So... my original awning decided to pick a fight with the wind. The wind won. Turns out my Exclusive Outfitters-built Sprinter van had a VERY heavy electric Dometic awning supported by only TWO mounting brackets. And just to make things more interesting, those brackets were attached with riv-nuts drilled into the corner of my roof--which also happens to be a pop-top. I'm no engineer, but a giant heavy awning + two brackets + a pop-top roof apparently wasn't the winning combination we all hoped for. Enter Sandy Vans. I live in San Diego and needed a replacement awning ASAP because we're leaving for Utah in a couple of days. I contacted Sandy Vans and had an awesome experience from the very beginning. I spoke with Cindy two days in a row, and she was fantastic--super helpful, courteous, patient, and accommodating. When I came in to pick up the awning, if she didn't know the answer to one of my questions, she didn't just shrug and send me on my way. She immediately found someone who did. That kind of customer service goes a long way. Then came Braden. Also extremely helpful and accommodating. He handled my purchase and even gave me his cell number so I could text him if I decided to install the awning myself and needed some technical support. He did briefly mistake my Sprinter for a Ford Transit... I'll forgive him. My van has a pop-top, so it doesn't look like the 9-foot-tall Sprinter skyscrapers that make up about 90% of camper vans these days. Then Brian came out from the shop and actually took the time to look over my van and roof rack to figure out how I could mount the new awning. He gave me several ideas, explained different options, and made the whole project seem doable. Sandy Vans offered to install it, but apparently I enjoy making my life more difficult, so I decided to tackle the installation myself with a good friend. About 2.5 hours, some cutting, grinding, a few choice words directed at the old mounting brackets, and probably a questionable amount of confidence later... NEW AWNING INSTALLED! What impressed me most about Sandy Vans was that they were helpful even after realizing I might not be paying them to do the installation. They still took the time to answer questions, look at my setup, offer advice, and make themselves available if I ran into problems. That says a lot about a business. I highly recommend Sandy Vans for their customer service, knowledge, courtesy, availability, and willingness to actually help their customers. Cindy, Braden, and Brian were all great to deal with. Now hopefully this awning and the Utah wind can maintain a respectful relationship.

I finally got around to reaching out to Sandy Vans to see about getting a replacement and was told that "this item is outside of their return window" (which is 30 days) but they could offer me $50 off towards a new $200 bug screen.. which seems silly considering the first one fell apart. I'm not sure about their other products, but the bug screens are garbage! I declined their pitiful offer of $50 off a new one and told them I'd purchase from a company with a more durable product. I'd recommend anyone else thinking about buying this product do the same!

Would never rent from them ever again. They are cheaper than other sites but you get what you pay…read morefor. Toured at least 5 class A RVs several months before our trip. Some had just come back from Burning Man so they were filthy but they said all the carpet would be shampooed & everything professionally cleaned when we picked it up. Stopped by a few times before our trip to tour the RV with friends that would join us & make sure items that needed fixing were getting done. We arrive at our pickup time of noon & during the walk through we find out the carpet wasn't shampooed as promised as there were stains. We take a ton of pictures as evidence so they don't say we caused the stains. We noticed one of the living room windows didn't have a privacy curtain, we said we needed that. Their solution was to tape a padded aluminum square over the window, essentially losing the use of light & air from 1 of the 2 main windows in the main living area. Then we wanted to check to make sure all the slide outs were working properly before taking possession but the bedroom slide out wouldn't slide back in. Maintenance was called & after more than an hour of fidgeting with the slide, it finally slid back in but I was already not happy or confident in the condition of the RV. We drive the RV back home to load up & had to top off the gas tank as it wasn't full. Once we got home, we opened the slides to start loading & find out it won't slide back in again. Now it's 4 pm & & we have to call them back. They said to bring it back & they will fix it. Now we have to unload stuff we had started to load so we can take it back, in case it isn't fixable. Ugh! Our husbands drive the RV back & maintenance tries to fix it but couldn't so a part was ordered. We asked if there was a different RV, because now we have zero confidence the RV will work properly. They said they didn't have a similar one to exchange. We waited 1.5 hrs for the part to be delivered but that didn't fix the issue with the slide. Now they said they had another RV & it was slightly bigger. Ughhhh, now we are several hours behind schedule due to the issues with the 1st RV. By the time we get the replacement RV back home, it's past 7pm & dark out & impossible to take good pictures of the condition of the outside of the 2nd RV for any existing issues or damage. Ughhhh When we finally finished loading everything, it is well past 1am & we are exhausted from the extremely long day. We had to delay our departure to Sequoia the next morning so we can get enough sleep for the long drive. This caused us to arrive to the RV park late in the evening & hookup in the dark, which we didn't want to do. When we took our first turn, the contents of the refrigerator fell out when the doors flung opened. It was a residential fridge, not an RV fridge with locking closures. That's when we noticed there were hooks on the side of the fridge. Luckily we had some bungee cords that we used to keep the fridge doors shut using the hooks, when we were driving. It would've been nice if ShareMyCoach warned us or provided straps. They also tried to tell us we dented the fridge when we didn't. The audacity, considering all the issues we had with the 1st & replacement RV!! The main living room heater worked the 1st night but stopped working after that. We had to crank up the heater in the back bedroom & keep the bedroom door ajar so our friends sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room could get some warmth at night. Then there was a steady & annoying beep coming from the microwave every 5 mins & we couldn't figure how to stop it, even though our husbands are handy. We had to call their maintenance but he didn't get back to us until the next day. Told us to reset the inverter but the beeping came back whenever we were hooked up to power. We also rented 2 e-bikes from them & on the day of pickup, 1 of the bikes we were going to rent had a flat tire. And the batteries were old & could not hold a full charge to go more than 5 miles, even though we kept them charged for 2 days. What a rip off for charging $30 a day for each e-bike!! When we complained they apologized but didn't give us credit. Do not do business with them!
