First and foremost is there incredible professional customer service. All the employees are welcoming, courteous and helpful. I met Miguel with a handshake and a smile and he provided me unparalleled assistance assisting me to find the best travel trailer for my needs. He gave me an excellent price that I could not say no to. The Lance 1985, was perfect for me and my family. The walkthrough was their own complete and they provided me with a 2 and 1/2 hour personalized instruction on how to use the trailer. Upon receiving my new plates, Miguel even drop them off at the house. An incredible company with personalized customer care. I am sold under incredible professionalism and dedication to their product.

Purchasing our trailer from Galaxy Campers has been one of the best decisions we've ever made. We never felt pressured or rushed. Our questions were always promptly responded to. And since we've purchased and had our first camping trip, Miguel and David continue to make themselves available. We highly recommend Galaxy Campers!

We just bought a used Lance 1475 from Galaxy Campers on 5/17/25. Dave and Miguel shared their knowledge openly and answered all of our questions completely. We are pretty particular and yet they put us at ease with their no pressure yet honest and thorough approach. We'd bought an RV before from another dealer and experienced how they treat you once you've agreed to buy. With Dave and Miguel it was completely different. They actually became even more helpful when we went to pick it up. We are already sure that we'll be going back for service and new sales in the future.

My wife and I purchased a 2018 Lance 1985 travel trailer from Galaxy Campers. David (The Owner) & Miguel took great care of us. This is our first RV, we had many questions and they answered them all. David and Miguel provided us with their personal cell numbers to call anytime we have questions. They installed needed equipment on my truck and their work was top notch! We definitely recommend Galaxy Campers if you are in the market for a Lance Camper or Trailer. These guys know Lance RV's inside and out...David & Miguel were very personable and welcoming. We had a great experience here!

I decided to purchase my 2023 Lance 850 at Galaxy Campers. I chose Galaxy Campers on price alone. I didn't know anything about them, until I made my purchase. I shopped around for about a year, and I was willing to drive up to 1200 miles to get the best deal. After making my purchase with them, I would do it all over again without changing a thing. They were awesome.

I was looking for a Lance 1172. I found two of them put a deposit in on both the overall experience working with Galaxy was fantastic. What a pleasant surprise fair deal quality service nice people, and absolutely the best on hold music.

Highly recommend. Absolutely fantastic experience from the very first phone call with Crystal to David and Steve spending hours with us answering all our questions. We bought a used Lance model #1985 from a private party and came to Galaxy Campers for an observation camera install and overall inspection. David and his team are extremely knowledgeable and their customer service is excellent. So glad we found Galaxy Campers and feel we have a partner for all our needs. Thank you so much - Laurie and Denise

The wife and I decided to buy a travel trailer and "buy some memories" while the kids were young enough to enjoy them. We did our share of research and talking to various people and quickly decided a Lance was the trailer for us. They have a good reputation for quality and the floor plans and features we liked the most. We met Miguel and David (the owner of Galaxy Campers) at the RV Show in Fontana and he made a good impression up front. We spent another two days looking around but kept coming back to Lance and Miguel. We finally bought a 2445. They were ZERO pressure, unlike many other brands there. Truly, they don't have to. Lance sells itself. The quality and features really do the talking for them. Comforting us was the random encounter while tent camping in Utah with some Lance owners. Not only were they happy with their products but they knew of Galaxy Campers by name! They boasted about their good reputation within the Lance owner community which communicates openly on online forums and meets. Before the trailer arrived David had me come to his business with my tow vehicle and did an inspection of the unusual hitch arrangement to insure he mated everything with a good tow hitch and accessories. His expertise was very valuable. When the trailer arrived a little over a month later we met again at Galaxy Campers in Ontario. To say they were helpful would be a unbelievable understatement. They took delivery and then spent a few days doing a very thorough quality and function inspection. They then spent hours going over every single last detail, function, and feature of the trailer. They educated me on some mistakes new users often make which lead to expensive issues later and/or malfunctions. (I later read about these types of mistakes online and am truly grateful that they took the time to educate me and spare me such a fate.) It was not a cursory demo but a patient and detailed orientation. A few small adjustments were made and off we went. They even let me "test drive" a brake controller and see if I liked that particular model. A week later I received a "check up" text to see how things went and see if I had a good experience on the maiden voyage. Here's my perceptions: The team at Galaxy Campers, especially David and Miguel, are world class. They are down to earth, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. They are into friendly and no-pressure sales. They offer very personal service and half my conversations with them we're direct to their cell phones. That's a big thing to me. I don't like impersonal answering services and systems with push button options. These guys acted like friends. This is my first experience buying an RV but it was positive and exciting and I have ZERO doubt that I will be buying from them again one day. I already have coworkers asking me about my Lance. It's ok..."I got a guy!"

I traveled from Sacramento area passing many Lance dealers on the way down to deal with Miguel and Dave. They have an awesome thing going on in Ontario. I seen Miguel's Craigslist add on a new Lance 650 and messaged him on a Monday and had a deal done by the following day. This being my first truck camper I had many questions and concerns, they put my mind at ease! I had a deal setup on a 2018 650 and get all my paperwork the day before I leave and it says 2019. Come to find out there was something they needed on the 2018 from Lance and wasn't expected to deliver before I was to pick it up. Instead of just telling me the camper isn't ready for pickup they put me in the 2019 at the deal we had for the 2018! Unreal! I stated to Miguel I had to be out of his shop by 2pm on the day of pickup. He tells me to come in at 8am to install the torklift accessories and he will have me out by 2. He had me gone by 1 with a huge smile on my face! I can't thank them enough for everything they've done for me! Live. Lance. Life!

Would never rent from them ever again. They are cheaper than other sites but you get what you pay…read morefor. Toured at least 5 class A RVs several months before our trip. Some had just come back from Burning Man so they were filthy but they said all the carpet would be shampooed & everything professionally cleaned when we picked it up. Stopped by a few times before our trip to tour the RV with friends that would join us & make sure items that needed fixing were getting done. We arrive at our pickup time of noon & during the walk through we find out the carpet wasn't shampooed as promised as there were stains. We take a ton of pictures as evidence so they don't say we caused the stains. We noticed one of the living room windows didn't have a privacy curtain, we said we needed that. Their solution was to tape a padded aluminum square over the window, essentially losing the use of light & air from 1 of the 2 main windows in the main living area. Then we wanted to check to make sure all the slide outs were working properly before taking possession but the bedroom slide out wouldn't slide back in. Maintenance was called & after more than an hour of fidgeting with the slide, it finally slid back in but I was already not happy or confident in the condition of the RV. We drive the RV back home to load up & had to top off the gas tank as it wasn't full. Once we got home, we opened the slides to start loading & find out it won't slide back in again. Now it's 4 pm & & we have to call them back. They said to bring it back & they will fix it. Now we have to unload stuff we had started to load so we can take it back, in case it isn't fixable. Ugh! Our husbands drive the RV back & maintenance tries to fix it but couldn't so a part was ordered. We asked if there was a different RV, because now we have zero confidence the RV will work properly. They said they didn't have a similar one to exchange. We waited 1.5 hrs for the part to be delivered but that didn't fix the issue with the slide. Now they said they had another RV & it was slightly bigger. Ughhhh, now we are several hours behind schedule due to the issues with the 1st RV. By the time we get the replacement RV back home, it's past 7pm & dark out & impossible to take good pictures of the condition of the outside of the 2nd RV for any existing issues or damage. Ughhhh When we finally finished loading everything, it is well past 1am & we are exhausted from the extremely long day. We had to delay our departure to Sequoia the next morning so we can get enough sleep for the long drive. This caused us to arrive to the RV park late in the evening & hookup in the dark, which we didn't want to do. When we took our first turn, the contents of the refrigerator fell out when the doors flung opened. It was a residential fridge, not an RV fridge with locking closures. That's when we noticed there were hooks on the side of the fridge. Luckily we had some bungee cords that we used to keep the fridge doors shut using the hooks, when we were driving. It would've been nice if ShareMyCoach warned us or provided straps. They also tried to tell us we dented the fridge when we didn't. The audacity, considering all the issues we had with the 1st & replacement RV!! The main living room heater worked the 1st night but stopped working after that. We had to crank up the heater in the back bedroom & keep the bedroom door ajar so our friends sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room could get some warmth at night. Then there was a steady & annoying beep coming from the microwave every 5 mins & we couldn't figure how to stop it, even though our husbands are handy. We had to call their maintenance but he didn't get back to us until the next day. Told us to reset the inverter but the beeping came back whenever we were hooked up to power. We also rented 2 e-bikes from them & on the day of pickup, 1 of the bikes we were going to rent had a flat tire. And the batteries were old & could not hold a full charge to go more than 5 miles, even though we kept them charged for 2 days. What a rip off for charging $30 a day for each e-bike!! When we complained they apologized but didn't give us credit. Do not do business with them!

Moosecaca aka Goosefraba in shop terminology ,the shop crew were the only positive experience we had during our time there. Buyer beware this amazing 16 year Teardrop Camper business has been under new ownership and the lies they tell you , sub-par workmanship ,marked up prices ,to never receive your camper after paying for it and empty promises, you realize quickly that your money is gone and you don't have a camper as well or if you do manage to get your camper ,the condition of the finished product just blows your mind. I personally would be embarrassed as a company to give a camper in the conditions I've heard from several people and witnessed that was appalling. The new owners have closed up shop and ran away from their responsibilities to all of us they have screwed over. Buyer beware do not give your money to these people and please share your story if you have one ,these people should not be allowed to rip innocent people off ,with their lies of promised campers.

New owner refuses to take responsibility. Great talker when everything is going smooth. But showed his true colors after. He is now ignoring me. I am not asking for anything extra! Just want MY stuff back. Are you willing to buy a $30,000 trailer from a guy like this? I would take caution with the new owner Tom. He responded to my review somewhere else so I am posting my responses here. -Let's be truthful Humberto, we did take responsibility and sent your Stabilizer Jacks back to him- Response: No you didn't. I paid you to ship me MY jacks. You sent me old beat up ones that I spent 6 hours cleaning and repainting to make them presentable. I did this review hoping to get my new jacks to ship to the new owners. -What Mr. Salinas failed to divulge is the fact that his Tear Drop was being priced, by his demand, way above market value, which was communicated to him, and furthermore was not willing to remove certain accessories to reduce the price for a more reasonable sale as every potential customer that reviewed his trailer found it to be close in price to a new build and therefore opt for a new one instead; again priced so high that it was inline with our new product.- Response: Not true. The original price was suggested to me by the prior owners of Socal and is not even close to new with all the options it has. I also agreed to remove accessories for the older couple you mentioned so why are you clearly lying? I also lowered the price. Little did I know that I shouldn't have. Once I picked up the trailer and listed it I got lots of interest. Three serious buyers at the same price within days of me listing it. Sold it in a week. -Furthermore, what he failed to tell, is that we had to move his Tear Drop in and out of our shop everyday and take up production floor space since accepting to consign the RV in which he was not charged any storage fees; another person disregarding free labor and if it was another shop they would left his tear drop outside for vandals' and wouldn't care about the condition.- Response: Free labor? You and I both know I agreed to a consignment fee. It was only free because you didn't list the trailer anywhere so of course it wont' sell. The funny thing about all this is that you bought the business. You didn't like my trailer in your shop? Should have called me to pick it up. No one even told me the business was going to be sold. Another funny thing is, I called over two months ago to pick it up. What did you say? Leave it here, I can sell it. As a matter a fact I tried picking it up twice since I wanted to use it. Both times you said you can sell it. Until finally you told me you cant. -Ironically, Mr. Salinas tear drop was sold to a new owner in which we have been in communication in modifying and fixing the issues Mr. Salinas created during his ownership.- Response: Ironically? Issues? What could go wrong with a teardrop? It was in good condition when they bought it. I had all worked performed by So-Cal teardrops and have the invoices to prove it. I did not modify the trailer myself at all. If something is wrong with it is due to So-Cal teardrops. Unless there is a problem with the jacks you sent me. They looked 20 years old. You still have my 4 new jacks.

Called owner Freddy & son Nate and they said they could strip the vinyl and paint new stripes with my own paint colors. They were very fair priced and said they could get it done in two weeks before a big camping trip. I pulled the trigger and glad I did. They buffed out all the painted surfaces and fiberglass then clear coated the entire motorhome. Turned out FANTASTIC. Freddy even traded my older motorhome for a fair labor trade. First camping trip found a lot of electrical issues and Overland RV took care of those too. Honest and trustworthy family owned business. PS - These bad consignment reviews are a joke. These Karens have obviously never gone through a a consignment sale tied up with banks/loans and legal when selling vehicles. It takes MONTHS. Go to Overland RV, you won't be disappointed.

This shows again there is no supervision and absolutely no quality control whatsoever. We were told that our awning would be a "couple inches shorter" due to the fabric having to be "folded" and sewn. Before paying, i opened awning & realized that the awning was was not "shorter" as stated by Federico. I went up onto the roof and sure enough, Saw that they used duct tape instead of Sewing! Federico stated he was unaware of this but it would last longer? Really?? There is no oversight of work performed on RV's We also paid Nathan to have faucets replaced at kitchen & bath and they only "hand tightened" fittings and now we have water damage inside of our cabinets. I also asked Nathan to fix the latch on my screen door and when I arrived, they were spraying a can of WD-40 into the latch instead of replacing as I was told they were going to do. The WD-40 ran down onto my steps and was tracked in across the floor, No clean up or apologies. Again, No oversight or supervision whatsoever on multiple requested repairs. You can see my other review regarding the wallpaper install disaster that has led me to file a small claims case. They will put you off forever promising repairs and then state that you are "out of warranty" I threatened litigation and they agreed to repair bad wallpaper install to only make it worse by the unqualified "auto mechanics" I asked for my monies to be returned for original wallpaper install that had bubbles throughout and enough wallpaper for replacement As I no longer trust Overland to do any repairs on our coach. Both Federico and Nathan have refused this request and so we will be heading to court. In a nutshell, they installed bad wallpaper that bubbled throughout, they put me off for 2-1/2 years without excuse after excuse, and when I finally threatened litigation, they agreed to repair all areas of concern. unqualified technicians went in and made it worse and caused substantial damages to woodwork and trim. Now they tell me I'm out of warranty. Nope!

DO NOT USE THIS MAN FOR REPAIRS OR RV PURCHASING!!!!!! Would give less stars if I could. "Nick"…read morescammed me and then tried to gaslight me into believing it was my fault that he sold me a trailer that had known NON COSMETIC issues. I bought a trailer, drove up to take a look at it, was told MULTIPLE TIMES "it only had cosmetic issues" and I was sure to clarify this was the case. Of course he lied, brought it to where it's supposed to be hooked up and spent over $2,500.00 to park it, hooked it up, there's a massive leak with the kitchen sink, MAJOR water damage which revealed a soft spot after it was exposed / once it flooded for a few hours. When I looked at the trailer I noticed the cabinets had started to swell at the base and they seemed very moist, he assured me AGAIN That there was no water damage LMFAO, bullshit. But I believed him, which was dumb on my part, but he confidently told me he and the professional he uses inspected it. I naively believed him thinking he wasn't a liar. It clearly had been inspected recently and that leak was probably noticed when the cabinets swelled. Apart from that there are exposed wires, the AC / furnace and thermostat doesn't work, several windows don't operate fully, there is horrible rodent issue (this is old, not recent) spent $9,500.00 on the trailer (negotiated from $10,900) then spent another $2,500 to park it where I'm staying for work, about $1,500 for an inspector and mechanic, and am about to spend another couple thousand to have everything thoroughly inspected and quoted for repairs that way I have enough documentation to drag this man to small claims court and be reimbursed for every penny spent on this trailer as well as what was spent after to discover these issues because this is absolute BS. Moral of the story -- this sale is going to cost him money, all he had to do was be honest. Oh also... He tried to claim that he offered numerous times to help me out or to work with me when that is not the case. Our entire text chain is him denying that he did anything wrong and denying that there are any issues which is just wild. This guy is smart. He knows exactly what he's doing And he thinks he's being smart by not admitting to fault through text. The thing is when you post an ad stating that this trailer has no issues, is ready to go, has only cosmetic damage etc... and the trailer has a history / maintenance record that says otherwise -- That was your first mistake. Pro tip- just be honest. Don't confidently scam people who are just looking to buy a trailer. If the trailer has issues, disclose them!
