Alex is who I have been working with from start to finish and he has been absolutely amazing with communicating daily with any updates if any. Wanted to see the selection of RVs available. As soon as my wife and I walked in, we weren't greeted kindly nor friendly at all. The receptionist asked if we had an appointment, didn't know we needed one to browse. Then, i should've asked his name, but another elder gentleman there, rudely interrupted stating that we were not allowed to go into their lot to view the trailers. He stated, "They all look the same from the outside". My wife and I felt discriminated on and just turned around and walked out of their showroom. Scott Baxter, the sales rep schedule an appointment to show us an tv. We drove several hours to. View it. He insisted on showing us two others first saying "they are all right next to each other." When we asked to see the modem we drove down to view he began to act quite shifty and said it should be here but might be at one of our other locations. Bottom Line is that he lied to us about it being on site, and lied to our faces as we walked out to look at it. I called the sales manager and he was most unconcerned about this behavior. Great service until you drive off the lot. I bought a used Solis Pocket. I only got one key for it- no book for the van and the window coverings were missing. I have talked to Alex my salesman several times and been told that they are working on it each time and that he will get right back with me. It's been 2 weeks and when I text and called today no response. Make sure you are completely satisfied before you leave, because they won't get what you are missing once you drive away. Such a terrible experience for something that should be exciting. I don't even know where to start from the sales department to the service department to the finance department, the delivery department and ownership not one part of our purchase was handled with honesty or respect. We have been lied to by every single department. It took over six weeks for them to get repairs done to the unit we were purchasing. And on delivery day, most of the repairs were still not complete and the tires and alignment were not safe. We have now purchased a motorhome that we can't even use. Upon speaking to everybody all the way up to ownership we are not getting anywhere on getting things fixed. We're just getting disrespect and lies. I have included some photos of how dirty the unit that was supposed to be cleaned as the floors were so dirty as well as the furniture and cup holders and the tire with cuts in it that was not replaced. The worse place to go ever! They are all cons!! Glen their "Sales guy" tried to convince me on buying a T2800 Evo that was built incorrectly!! He tried saying this was a new floor plan? I was over charged they gave me a correct one which it was over priced and I have had used it 3x's and it had a leak took 3 months to get in to have them check it out! Took 4 months to get it back ? Nows all my face plates are just falling off and the refrigerator it is not working well? I put over 10k down their finance guy "Rigo" applied the other 8k that was going toward the price for lower payment to extended warranty which they SUCK!! My last RV had been totaled by an impaired driver in August, and I had contacted Angel for a few months after looking for a specific model, in a specific price range. It just so happened, it was the exact time when a decision had to be made on purchasing something less than my dream RV due to unavailability. It was just as described and pictured, the purchase process was open, honest, and streamlined, and many options to protect the investment were offered. Even though sold used "as is", they still took a few days going over the vehicle and provided all maintenance required (oil change, generator tuning, etc) and made sure all systems were in working order. Unfortunately, none of that is true, which further shows the type of people at this dealership. The detail you are missing is that Chris, your manager, left us at the negotiating table, to "see what he can do about the price", then proceeded to proactively pursue the other family, because according to him, they had a trade-in, and their deal was more valuable. He sold out his own rep and colleague, who was great in all of this, because he had been working with the other family for 2 hours (by his own admission). We had already signed the application, and we were in the middle of the deal. We were much further in the process than the other family. In fact, the only interaction with the other family was to give them our genuine congratulations. They were innocent in this situation as well, and received no animosity from us. read more

Hello, so while we were there no one ever told us you guys don't work with it. You guys were ok with us leaving it there and saying it will take 7-10 business days to try and find the problem and then fix it. We offered to show video of what the problem was because we had found out and was told you guys don't want to see it. We took it to arrow trailer the very same day and they had it fixed the end of next day. They don't work with mobile grooming vans either yet they were able to work with us and help us fix the problem in a timely matter so we can get back to work and for half the price of what you guys were quoting us in the beginning which when we first brought it to you guys you said it would be 500 and then increased it to 1200+ . I wouldn't recommend going here to anyone, friends, family; even my worst enemy. I would tell anyone and everyone to avoid this business. I bought a brand new 2022 trailer back in august, it's now mid October. Multiple items from the due bill have still not been resolved or repaired, the front door doesn't lock, there are multiple water leaks, the valence(window covering, curtain, wood framing) all of it ripped off the wall completely within 2 hours of leaving the dealership, just from driving from the dealership to a diesel station. The slide out has had multiple pieces of weather stripping rip completely off, from having the slide out extend ONE time. The window casements have a 1/4 inch gap between the window framing and the wall. The service department will play constant games with you, you can call and leave messages and they'll claim they never got them; even with call records on my end to prove it, and email records, and text records. Basically IF you decide to go here, keep meticulous records of all your interactions with them. It might just save your ass. Judy, the wicked Karen of the west. Will blatantly lie on paperwork, give you the run around, ghost call you, and just generally make your experience miserable. One of their technicians, pretty sure his name is mark(ginger haired guy) got into an argument about the fact that the fridge needed replacement. Started belittling me and my fiancé. I work in HVAC, when a fridge has had the same part replaced THREE times. And that part still breaks on first use, the unit needs to be replaced, not insulting the customer and telling them that it's fine and stuff just breaks and it's normal to not have a working fridge in a brand new $60k trailer. It has been months, still waiting on the service department to get back to me and even start ordering the parts/looking at what is broken/they never bothered to repair. read more
