So awhile back (June ish) I used Nick to check in on a refrigerator repair and he point out some stuff quickly and had some solutions. During the process there was some wood that was jacked up around the fridge where it anchors to the cabinets. I'm not overly picky just like bare minimums for my rig..but I wasn't thrilled because the fridge didn't stand straight. Nonetheless Nick said whether it was like that before or from his install he'd handle it next time around. Welp 7 months later my roof is leaking, I found again for roof leak repairs and he quoted, came out in a couple days, had it worked up, threw a little extra seal along the roof gutter that came off at material cost only..and he honored what he said from 7 months prior by finding pieces to anchor the fridge while doing the roof work at no extra charge. Additionally, I found a small leak from a clamp when using the hot water heater and he stopped by the campground on 24 hour notice and found the origin of the leak and fixed that for me quickly too (no charge). Called Nick to get a quote on a floor repair on our trailer, and to reseal the roof. Two other repair services said the job was too much for them to take on, saying the floor repair would require more work than they could handle. Nick was responsive and gave us a more than fair quote for all the work. All of the repair work was done at our house, with Nick and his crew doing the work in several stages. Called Nick for a repair on a lift gate. He replaced the motor, but just a few weeks later the lift gate stopped working again. I called him the same day and he said he would be back within a day to check it out. Instead, it took him three weeks just to come out and diagnose the problem. When he finally showed up, he said the issue was the lift gate switch and that the part would be in by Monday. Another two weeks passed while I kept calling every few days trying to find out when he would return to finish the repair. When he finally came back out, he suddenly claimed the problem was the motor again and said there was "water damage," so it wouldn't be covered under warranty. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The funny part is I was willing to pay for a new motor if needed, but he wanted to charge additional fees just to pick up the motor and install it again after his original work failed. Overall, a very poor experience and I would not recommend. Along with an honest review, this is the the type of guy you are willing to work with if your unsatisfied with your service. Nick and a helper came out to where my RV Trailer is stored to repack the bearings, and while there check the brakes. They were very responsive to messages, usually responding in minutes, and very professional at all times. While they worked Nick explained what he was doing, and answered all my questions, even giving me advice on my tires, that you don't need to repack the bearings every year, and other items about my trailer.
