Have been having problems with are Norcold fridge on our Southwind motorhome. Made an appointment with Aaron's mobile RV service. Kyle came out and checked the boards, he said we should order a Temp control board. I ordered the one he suggested and plugged it in when it arrived. I was having the same problem. I called and they rescheduled to come out and check the problem. Arron and Kyle showed up and found out the problem and replaced the issue with the parts included in the kit that I had ordered. They reconnected everything within a 1/2 hour and fridge was working. I asked if they had time to fix 1 of our blinds that the strings broke on. I had the repair items on hand. Arron said he could work on it before his next appointment. This is a 2005 motorhome. There were issues with the old blinds, but Arron and Kyle were able to get it to work!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]They stayed a little extra time on my job and put their next customer a few minutes behind their scheduled appointment time. They called and informed the next customer that they would be about 15 minutes late.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It worked out as she was also running late. I rented my airstream trailer to a client . Unfortunately they leaned it up against a big bush at their camp ground and scratched my trailer from front to back . I had no idea how I would fix this . I called Aaron's and he was very knowledgeable about airstreams . He explained to me that airstreams have a very thin clear coat that protects the stainless steel and you need to be very careful Buffing out scratches and also explain to me that some scratches will not come out as they are too deep but he would do his best. He worked on my airstream for about three hours and was able to carefully remove several giant, 16 foot long scratches along the entire top portion of my airstream . Aaron has been able to fix every damn thing that's broken on my RV so far. I think he's been out three times now over the past two years and does a great job every time. An RV dealer quoted me $1,500 each for two cargo compartment doors because they wouldn't stay closed at highway speeds - apparently you can't replace the latching mech, has to be the whole door. Aaron had the latches fixed in about 15 minutes, at a fraction of the cost. He's fixed a faulty generator, installed new house batteries, a flow-over for the engine battery, some A/V work including a new TV install, a broken storage door stay, a Winegard install on the roof and several other items. As it's an older RV that's new to me, and as I was new to RVing, Aaron has also educated me on different tips and tricks that have helped tremendously and add a lot of value when he comes by to work on issues. read more
