I hired this company to diagnose an issue with my RV slide and paid $200 for the service call…read more Their conclusion was that the motors needed to be replaced, and I was told they would follow up with a quote for parts and labor. Instead, I contacted BAL, the manufacturer of the slide system, directly. BAL recommended a retrofit repair kit as the proper fix, which I purchased myself for $160. That kit includes two new motors. Once I had the OEM-recommended parts, I asked this company for a labor-only quote. After multiple follow-ups, they declined to even provide one, stating their technician "has not had good luck" with these retrofit kits and that they were not comfortable performing the repair. That's the part I find most frustrating. The retrofit kit still involves replacing the same motors they originally diagnosed as failed. If they were not comfortable performing the manufacturer-recommended repair, that should have been disclosed upfront -- before I paid for a diagnosis and spent time sourcing the solution myself. I appreciate their honesty in ultimately admitting their limitations, but that honesty came after the fact, not before. In the end, I paid $200, got no repair, no quote, and no clear path forward until I handled it myself. Future customers should ask upfront whether the technician is experienced with their specific slide system and whether they are willing to quote labor separately before paying for a diagnosis.

They were friendly, professional, and even cracked a few jokes while explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the job would take. My garage was spotless, the brake system looked professionally installed, and all the wiring was neatly hidden inside the trailer frame instead of hanging underneath. The paint below the windshield is what he was supposed to match. He painted above the windshield 3 or 4 times and it still does not match.

I took my car for repair work on the passengers right side. When I picked up my car there were buffing scratches all over my car! I ended up paying because they seemed so shady didn't know what they would do if I didn't. I felt completed ripped off and to top it off they ruined my car. Call center told me all I had to do was send a copy of the registration. I did that, and was told I then needed to send my drivers license. I did that, I was then told that the registered owner, our CEO, would need to fill out all the paperwork. I explained that the tiny home was owned by the corporation as noted on the registration. I further attempted to explain I had power of attorney and a letter from our legal department validating said authority. The manager said no. I will not name him since I feel this is a broad issue with the company. The manager was very rude he did not even ask to see the documentation I discussed. I was already heading to the yard and I was planning on arriving before LA traffic started to get bad. Had to reroute and find another yard that understood business 101. Luckily found one by end of day, but would not be able to store until documentation was reviewed. Rental was approved early the next morning. Unfortunately I had to drive an additional 60 miles from where I was and could not avoid traffic. Lost several hours and an additional day since I had to rebook. I do not recommend this business at all. Common sense, knowledge and respect our not available at this business.

At that time, I felt it was a great option. This time, however, my experience was different. I am not sure whether it is because prices have gone up, but the tire looked repairable to me. Still, they told me it could not be patched and that I needed to buy a used tire instead. Since I was already there and the work needed to be done, I ended up paying $60 for a used tire. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. They were able to help diagnose my problems. They found a few other things that I was not aware of what is most important to me is that they showed me exactly what was going on they explained it to me in a way that I could understand and we're extremely friendly. These guys are Masters at the craft. They helped me prioritize what was most important but also worked with me to stay in my budget. I have a list of future work that they also helped me prioritize. I want to keep my 7.3 diesel on the road for a long time this is the place to get it done. I'll be returning there pretty soon to rebuild my front end and a few other things that needed to get done. Dan is very helpful and patient so please be patient with him. Allow yourself some extra time but trust me this is the place you want to go with your Ford diesel. I hang out with a few other guys that also have 7.3 diesel engines. This is gonna be our spot. I think even more importantly is that each thing that was explained helped me leave with a better working knowledge of my engine. They even gave me very solid maintenance advice that I could either bring to them or do you want my own. That tells me personally that they care about their craft and our passionate about these types of engines.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this RV repair shop. The work was poorly done and the overall quality was far below what we expected. We trusted them to take care of some maintenance and repairs on our RV several issues appeared again. It was clear that the job was rushed and not done properly .. some of the electrical components that were supposedly fixed stopped working within days. Communication wasn't great either. We spent a good amount of money hoping to have our RV in reliable condition, but instead ended up with more frustration and additional repair costs elsewhere. We just bought a brand New RV from Mike Thompson nothing was working a week later couldn't get it into the dealer for about 3 weeks. We called Broken Wheel and Jason said bring it in I'll take a look. He found the problem fixed it and we had it back in 2 days. He was the nicest most professional person I have dealt with in a long time. I have called back a few times with random questions about our coach and every time he has taken the time to answer me. Jason and his crew at Broken Wheel Rv Center are absolutely the BEST! These guys are very knowledgeable and do the work right. We brought our Ford Transit van in which had a crappy conversion done on it by the previous owner and they transformed it to a first class rig. They also pointed out and corrected electrical problems which were a hazard that we hadn't realized. Their pricing is fair too. I can't say enough about them...I would give 10 stars if I could. Jason at Broken Wheel Rv Center is great to work with! He is honest, and saved me at least a couple of hundred dollars, when he discovered my leaking air bag did not have to be replaced, but only had a leaking coupler, after I had already authorized replacing the air bag. We have a 2004 Winnebago Journey that we needed some repairs on. The owner reviewed all the items including fridge, back jack, bedroom slide, hydrolic fluid leak, propane smell, and a grease job. They negotiated with our warranty company for repairs that were covered, kept us updated on progress and even fixed the jack and hydrolic leak that a different shop said they had fixed but had not. We certainly consider Broken Wheel RV as our repair and maintenance shop! read more

We were shown the Big Red RV remodeling which was nearing completion, interior was beautiful workmanship, which was our understanding of the quality of work done here. First our rear bumper needed to be prefabricated due to a tow bar breakage which rear ended our rig and broke our bumper. The fabrication went excellent and the process was smooth as insurance was involved. We then decided to have our passenger wheel wear looked into as well as our air conditioner in dash. A tie rode was needed as the one in ours was stress fractured, air-conditioning was a bad compressor, which was repaired. Now each of these processes required my calling onto OCRV repeatedly placed on hold,transfered to A.J or Egor whom made verbal promises to get parts information together and return my call in a next day report , None of which Ever occurred. I'd call back a week later requesting information and was told a "sorry" I got busy,or I didnt get parts yet. Now when one calls OCRV a recording states "exceptional services, return calls up to date service" none of which has been shown to us. 4 months now we are on time for our appointment at 11am showed up at 1036a.m. After 1/2 hour wait we are told by our rep hes not able to meet us for a personal illness issue currently, 11:30 a.m. another person is suppose to assist us. 12:00 and still no help with our rig appointment. Now we demand our rig to be done and we will pick it up next week.

I asked Liana and Raziel If they could look ad the fridge too. They managed not only to fix the breaks but was able to fix the fridge, drawers, light switches, muffler and a few other nick nacks. I hired this company to diagnose an issue with my RV slide and paid $200 for the service call…read more Their conclusion was that the motors needed to be replaced, and I was told they would follow up with a quote for parts and labor. Instead, I contacted BAL, the manufacturer of the slide system, directly. BAL recommended a retrofit repair kit as the proper fix, which I purchased myself for $160. That kit includes two new motors. Once I had the OEM-recommended parts, I asked this company for a labor-only quote. After multiple follow-ups, they declined to even provide one, stating their technician "has not had good luck" with these retrofit kits and that they were not comfortable performing the repair. That's the part I find most frustrating. The retrofit kit still involves replacing the same motors they originally diagnosed as failed. If they were not comfortable performing the manufacturer-recommended repair, that should have been disclosed upfront -- before I paid for a diagnosis and spent time sourcing the solution myself. I appreciate their honesty in ultimately admitting their limitations, but that honesty came after the fact, not before. In the end, I paid $200, got no repair, no quote, and no clear path forward until I handled it myself. Future customers should ask upfront whether the technician is experienced with their specific slide system and whether they are willing to quote labor separately before paying for a diagnosis.
