Jason (owner) has been so professional from day one. We were given the name of this shop from another business and told they were wonderful. So we just showed up with our RV. Jason came right outside introduced himself, listened to what we wanted and said; Sure. He not only attached the box and break lights to the back, he took 4" off the length sticking out, and attached the license plate. All in a couple hrs. Price was past reasonable, it was GREAT!! We are now scheduled to get our springs installed and WeBoost this week. They are also going to replace/install a sofa we have ordered and are having deliver to them. Buyer beware - Jason will lie straight to your face, and not think twice about it! Although he comes off as a trustworthy salesman, just know that when he asks for money up-front for parts because "he's a small shop and can't afford to front the cash", he won't tell you that he might just pocket the cash and then never buy the parts or perform the work! In August of of 2023, I gave Jason $3000 to purchase parts for our RV, and despite requests for status, a year later I was still waiting. Finally he agreed that he needed to repay me for the parts, but now it's been almost two years and he's totally ghosted me and won't answer any of my calls or texts. In addition, his "apprentice" broke the front door lock when he tried to force it open using the wrong key - which cost me another $400. But the worst part about my experience was that the when I went to pick up the motorhome, the Air Conditioning belt was mangled, and the box was totally unattached - which cost me another $3400 to get repaired. Jason lacks integrity and follow-up. It's very sad and frustrating dealing with people like Jason who essentially steal from you. I can back up every statement made in this review. read more

This guy is a total fraud! I was traveling to Southern CA from MA visiting family and needed air bags to help level out my ride - an Entregra Esteem. He comes across as nice and knowing but stiffed me $1,200 in parts! After I confirm my chassis with him twice, he orders the parts which I had to prepay. They turn out to be the wrong parts which set me back a week ... he gets and installs the "correct" parts but they don't work on my chassis, which sets me back another week! I go to retrieve my rig and he doesn't refund me for the parts he ordered that do not work ... OK, whatever I've got to get going ... I drive away and notice my retractable step is jammed and doesn't function - it was in perfect condition when I dropped it off ... he plays dumb and after some back and forth, he owns up to smashing them on the curb and promises to reimburse me for a replacement step. That was in October 2024. I am still going back and forth with him as he continuously promises to pay me ... what a joke of a business man, serves me right for believing his BS! read more

We absolutely recommend Jason and Broken Wheel RV. We had several issues with our motorhome that caused us not to be able to use it. We were referred to Jason by a friend (thank you!!!) and we called and made an appointment to come in. He was there, ready to talk to us and look at the motorhome. He determined why the generator wasn't working and was able to repair it -- same thing with our main air conditioner -- both fixed. He looked at some other issues and took care of those. I paid Jason at Broken Wheel $5300 to order and install a new generator for my RV in March 2024. Jason was unable to get a generator shipped to California and so after going back and forth for one year with Jason continuing to tell me the generator was coming or he could get an alternative, Jason finally admitted that he could not get a generator for me and needed to return my money. But he couldn't. He didn't have it. We agreed on a payment plan for him to start repaying me in April 2025 , however, he has yet to pay me one dime, despite my reminders. I am literally out $5,300! Jason seems like a nice guy and was very apologetic that he couldn't repay me, but this is NO WAY to run a business. I am not sure if this is a scam or if he has just run in to tough times. Regardless, I am now going to have to take him to court in an attempt to get my money back. Very stressful and inconvenient. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. read more

Phenomenal service!! Can't say enough about these guys! Brought my rig in to have the heater looked at, while there the compressor went out. They figured out what was wrong with the compressor, reset the heater and fixed it all in a day. When I asked them if the heater company was gonna cover the repairs they said "no, it was an easy fix and the warranty won't cover it. You don't need to pay us anything, just bring your business back next time". They didn't try to sell me anything, rip me off, or do anything unethical at all!! We were taking our RV out for trip to Texas and wanted to tow a vehicle. We also wanted to replace our Axxera stereo head which never functioned well. Jason and his crew stepped up for us ! Jason recommended the Road master brand for our tow bar and alpine stereo head as a replacement. We ended up crunched for time nearing our leave date but the crew at Broken Wheel installed everything perfectly. We are newbie RV owners and on our very first outing we started to get a strong odor of propane coming out of our tank while we were driving. Being complete noobs, we were freaking out and decided to stop at the first place that might be able to help us. We did a Google search and found the Broken Wheel RV. We gave them a call and the person on the phone said, we may or may not be able to help you and bring your RV anyways. Worst case, we will help you trouble shoot your issue. As soon as we pulled into the driveway, the person we spoke to came out, greeted us and immediately identified the problem. He pointed out exactly where the leak was and said that this is out of their expertise. He recommended going down the road to Mutual Propane to see if they could help. The employees at the Broken Wheel RV are friendly, accomodating and extremely professional. I appreciated their next level customer service and that they we willing to recommend other business when an issue is outside of their wheel house. Not only did he create two additional hitches that exactly matched the custom factory hitch, he also corrected some imperfections in the lift hoist system itself. Broken Wheel RV is our new go to shop for RV needs. We just had Jason put in an Airforce One braking system and set up our Jeep Gladiator for flat towing with Blue Ox equipment. When I first called him he took the time to explain all braking system options and let me decide what was best for us. Zero pressure and a whole lot of friendliness, professionalism, and information. After much research my wife and I decided on the Airforce One system. I called Jason who ordered the parts and said it would be about a week for them to arrive. Oh my gosh. We are traveling across the country and ran into some problems with the slide and inverter on our fifth wheel RV. We called in the morning and said we would be in Orange in a few hours and would they be able to help us. Carter was friendly and accommodating on the phone and said they would def fit us in.
