Well our adventure started 4 months ago when after many search engine searches for RV repairs ,mechanical fixing in one location brought us to OCRV. We were shown the Big Red RV remodeling which was nearing completion, interior was beautiful workmanship, which was our understanding of the quality of work done here. First our rear bumper needed to be prefabricated due to a tow bar breakage which rear ended our rig and broke our bumper. The fabrication went excellent and the process was smooth as insurance was involved. We then decided to have our passenger wheel wear looked into as well as our air conditioner in dash. A tie rode was needed as the one in ours was stress fractured, air-conditioning was a bad compressor, which was repaired. Now each of these processes required my calling onto OCRV repeatedly placed on hold,transfered to A.J or Egor whom made verbal promises to get parts information together and return my call in a next day report , None of which Ever occurred. I'd call back a week later requesting information and was told a "sorry" I got busy,or I didnt get parts yet. Now when one calls OCRV a recording states "exceptional services, return calls up to date service" none of which has been shown to us. 4 months now we are on time for our appointment at 11am showed up at 1036a.m. After 1/2 hour wait we are told by our rep hes not able to meet us for a personal illness issue currently, 11:30 a.m. another person is suppose to assist us. 12:00 and still no help with our rig appointment. Now we demand our rig to be done and we will pick it up next week. read more

MUST READ. My wife and I was leaving on a camping trip and our slid would not go in, we called everyone, no techs, no help. My wife called OCRV and the owner Art came to our house and spent a hour and a half trying to figure out what was going on and finally found the faulty wire, saved our trip and would not let me give him any money. Wow! OCRV is great! Our Class A RV sustained damage on the left front while on our way to Redwoods National Park. After returning, our insurance company directed us to OCRV where it was repaired perfectly. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and with the excellent staff. Service Manager Egor Emelianenko explained all of the work, gave us a tour of the facilities. Later, he showed us our rig, ready for paint. He explained the process to repair so well and answered all of our questions. When the work was completed, Egor called and we picked it up. Both the inside and outside had been cleaned and it was ready to go for our next trip. We are so grateful to Egor and to Kim (the office coordinator) and TJ (service manager) for their assistance and kindness in coordinating this project for us. The most unprofessional service center I've seen. The integrity of this business is beyond questionable. I brought my class a for a service on the rig and generator. They did a tune up on my generator and rig. When the vehicle was done I went to pick it up and upon pulling up I noticed my wing mirror was hanging off of the RV. I went inside to let them know about the damage and they were quick to blame another customer who allegedly hit the rv while parked. The customer that hit the mirror took no responsibility for the damage. I asked them to mount the mirror for the time being due to us leaving for a trip in the morning. The service manager said they will pay for the mirror and a detail when we got back. Now for the fun part the next day we were camping the generator on our rv caught fire. Luckily the rig did not spark up with it. I emailed OCRV and left voicemail to get some advice on what to do. They never responded to either. I brought the rv back after the trip they said they were going to take care of the fire issue and the mirror. After going back and fourth with them saying they were waiting on back order parts they finally said they were not doing any repairs after having the RV for 5 months. Long story short get everything in writing and double check the work. Igor the manager will tell you what you need to hear so they can buy more time. Go anywhere but here. Well, first of all trying to get a appointment was very hard every time I would call they would say that they would call me back but they never did so the fourth time I called I asked can I bring my trailer in and they said OK you can bring it in for a estimate to put a inverter in my travel trailer so I dropped my trailer off and I spoke to a guy named AJ. He told me that he would get back to me on the estimate after three days. I didn't hear from him so I called and the owners wife said that he would call me back. He sent me an email of the estimate which was ridiculous $2000 for parts and 5000 to install the inverter for labor. I told him that was too much for to install the inverter He told me he would get back to me that he would talk to the owner. AJ is the owner son I never heard back from him so I sent an email telling him. that I could only pay up to 5,000 that will be two 2,000 for the inverter and parts and 3000 for labor which is still ridiculous but I told him that I could pay that he then contacted me telling me that they couldn't go no less than 7200 hundred so I asked him can I just come and pick up my trailer after that he was very rude he told me yes and I went and picked it up. one star is being too kind. They had my class C Navion/ Sprinter in for some exhaust work. After 3 months I called for an update. A guy named Igor called a week later and said it was all done! Except for the tailpipe they need to have the muffler shop install. We called twice a week for the next month and a half, asking for an update until they got tired of hearing about it and returned our vehicle. A week later I get half way through Texas and now in Limp Mode. Its a Diesel thing that happens when a leak occurs in the turbo system, which the exhaust system is integrated with. I travel a hundred miles to Houston at 50mph,code P0299, to the Sprinter Specialists in Spring, TX and they discovered that a newly replaced line that connects from the EGR valve to the exhaust system was improperly installed and vibrated until it broke in half thus causing my boost pressure for the turbo to disappear. Sprinter Specialist in Spring TX said it was a rookie mistake and they should have known better. If in the Houston area with a Sprinter problem Ruben Hererra is the man. Speaking of Art, the owner. I called him after I finally got my vehicle back after 4 and a half months and told him that the air filter intake hose was missing. He said " oh we didnt touch that". but I'll buy you a new one and send it to your house. Of course he didnt! Besides the missing hose, they ran my battery down to the point I had to have AAA rescue me at a Chevron station on the way home from their shop and fortunately they had a replacement battery. I'm not even done yet. Now I have to deal with my insurance Company to try to get reimbursed for the Emergency repair in Houston plus 3 days lodging while waiting for parts. And while I'm at it they might want to know about OCRV's shenanigans. Oh, by the way, if you try to contact Art by email, you will not get a response. Sounds like some advice a lawyer gave him. No paper trail.... So two words of advice to anyone considering using this place to have your vehicle serviced/ repaired. Read all the past Yelp reviews, which I did not, and read the Better Business Bureau reviews too, if they have such a thing because I havent visited them yet. Did I forget to mention that they were supposed to replace a damaged tire as part of the repairs? They sure billed for it, but oops, they forgot to replace it. I had to make sure they corrected the invoice. I sent pictures of the new exhaust pipe to Art, that was installed apparently with a sledge hammer, of course, no comment. It wasnt pretty and if you would like to see photos I will be glad to show em to you. July 11, 2026 update, just went to the BBB. Turns out OCRV has an F rating by the Better Business Bureau. If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and in my opinion based on my experience, a complete scam. All they care about is taking your money, not fixing your RV. They ignore you, lie to you, and treat customers with complete disrespect. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced -- extremely rude and dismissive. The manager actually told me, "I don't want to hear this, this is something I already know." The technician even said, "I don't care." That should tell you everything about how this business operates. We had just purchased our RV. One night, we ran the A.C. for a long time, and during the day we expected the solar panel to recharge it. What we didn't realize was that the solar panel charges slowly. For this very simple issue, we made one of the biggest mistakes of our lives by bringing our RV to this repair shop. All they had to do was recharge the RV, and we would have gladly paid for that service. Instead, they completely rewired everything -- and that's when all the problems began. When we picked up the RV, the inverter control panel wasn't working. They told us they would replace it under warranty, but even after installing the new part, it still didn't work. Then the solar panel and the display panel also stopped working. After that, they claimed the inverter itself needed to be replaced -- but we knew for a fact our inverter was in perfect working condition. When we questioned them about this, they kicked us out of the shop and flat-out said: "We're not going to work on your RV any further." When we told them, "You caused these problems, and you need to fix them," their response was simply, "We don't accept that". I have already reported them to the BBB and encourage anyone else who has had similar experiences to do the same. If customers don't report them, they will continue operating this way, scamming people and getting away with it. Here are my strongest warnings to future customers: * Do not sign any paperwork before you fully inspect your RV after service. * Write down and document every part that isn't working before leaving. * Expect to be ignored, mistreated, and left with more problems than you started with. And most importantly: fight for your rights. There are state agencies and consumer protection offices you can file complaints with -- use them. After reading the reviews, I realized we are not the only victims, and unfortunately, we will not be the last. This business has lied and refused accountability. If you value your RV, your money, and your sanity, stay far away from OCRV. I read one the reviews someone said I wish I just gave my RV to the homeless guy outside instead of OCRV I couldn't agree more. Don't let the good reviews fool you, I wouldn't be surprised if those were fake too. Who knows at this point. I don't know where their technician received training but they keep claiming they have "40 years of experience", they have 40 years of experience getting away with terrorizing vulnerable RV owners but they definitely don't know how to repair an RV. read more

I don't know how this company is still in business. There's a reason their Yelp rating is tanking and they have an F on the Better Business Bureau...    We started working with AJ in February to have our wine tour bus renovated, brought it to them in late March, and still waited another month and a half to get an estimate for the project. It should have been a red flag to me that I had to contact him several times just to hear back on this first step, but I foolishly chalked it up to him trying to get a handle on being groomed to take over the business from his dad.  In mid-June we finally got the estimate and gave the green light, then paid the deposit using our business card. We also asked AJ for an updated project timeline (he had initially told us the project would take 2-3 months, max) and for a rendering of the project, which he assured he would get to us that day or early the next day. A week passed and we heard nothing, so I reached out with a friendly reminder. No response. When I finally got ahold of him, he had excuses as to why he hadn't sent it but promised he would send it shortly. Two more weeks pass with not a word from him, so I reached out yet again and he tells me that he was waiting for an update from their supplier. He assures me that he would contact them the next day and provide me with an update. Want to guess if he followed through?  Another week goes by, no word from AJ. I follow up, no response. Call the office, he's not in and no one can give me an update. Another week passes and I message him to ask if he can put me in contact with someone else that can give us updates, since he was clearly overwhelmed with his project load. No response. Called the office AGAIN and was told he was out sick. He finally calls me a week and a half later, and gives an incoherent update on the materials. I ask for the blueprint of the work, he says he forgot about that but will send it over as soon as he gets it. A few days later I get a text with the "blueprint" (see pictures to see why I'm putting that in quotes). I call him and said something to the effect of "thanks for this initial sketch, when can I expect a full rendering?" and he responds with "that's the best we can do."  At this point it's mid August, we are out of our $18,000 deposit and don't have anything but a drawing on college ruled paper to show for it. With still no timeline, I call the office weekly until I get a timeline of some sort. One of the times that I called I was told that Saturday mornings are the best time to get ahold of him, so I call that very Saturday and Art, the owner and AJ's dad, answers the phone. I take the opportunity to explain the situation and Art apologized and assured me that he would get us back on track, including finally getting us a project timeline. He asked me to email him with all of the things that we are still waiting for and have questions on and he would take it from there.  Within a week or so, AJ gets removed from our project and a new hire, Brian, gets assigned to it. Within a few weeks of Brian being assigned to us, the flooring was installed, the benches and wall panels were built and installed AND we were kept in the loop the entire time.  As great as Brian is, he couldn't shield us from round two of OCRV's incompetence and dishonesty. A week before we were supposed to pick up the bus, Brian calls us to say that Art wants to update our original estimate and add another $15k to it because AJ under quoted a few things. I'll spare you all of the details, but it was conveyed back to Art that this newest demonstration of incompetence by his son was not our problem and these additions never made it to our final bill. However, a few things that were never done on our bus WERE on our final bill and it took more back and forth with them to fix.  Finally, we call to pay off our balance and are told that we need to give them a cashiers check instead of our business card. Since when? They happily took our card for the deposit (which was more than what our remaining balance was). What changed? Art was worried that we would dispute the charge because of all of the issues and the incomplete final product! Eventually they agreed to take our card so long as we signed a "waiver" that guaranteed we wouldn't challenge the charge. Insulting to anyone with integrity. One final nail in the OCRV coffin. We go to pick up our bus and find that not a single thing has been done to the area behind the driver's seat and AJ, at the last minute had a hand rail removed and reinstalled, not discussed nor approved by us, to add more to our invoice. Now, Brian should have run that by us, but it seems that AJ gets to call whatever shots he wants because...nepotism.  This company's saving grace is Brian, but even he isn't enough for me recommend this company one bit. Run! Far, FAR away, and while you're running, look up how many lawsuits they have. read more

We've been patiently waiting for Art to reimburse us for incomplete, incompetent, work on our RV. It wasn't until we hired a real mechanic to come out and resolve our issues and confirmed that the part they installed was faulty, wires cut and left loose, and work done half ass. We documented everything and sent to Art and he even agreed, apologized, and said he would reimburse us. It has been 5 months and still waiting. After reading other Yelp reviews, looks like we should get in line... there are others in worse situations. Not sure how this place continues to do business. They have an F with the BBB. An incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I left my van for about $19k of various repairs, was quoted in writing that it would be a 3-week job. My requests for updates were repeatedly ignored for weeks at a time and when answered I was given vague promises that work would be completed soon. Fast forward 4 MONTHS later - and I was forced to tell them I would stop by to pick regardless of the state of my van. They did a rush job to complete the remaining work in the last couple of days - and I even had to wait an extra 2+ hours at the shop while they completed the last bits. However, several items were left partially completed (e.g., A/C installed to work on shore power, but not connected to work on the lithium battery build -which was the entire stated point of going lithium in the first place). Worse, several items were never completed, but my final bill charged several hours of labor for said uncompleted work! In my mind, this is an unacceptable oversight at best, and fraudulent at worst. Perhaps the most frustrating were my interactions with their manager, Jim. He took an unprofessional tone, and essentially gaslighted me, making me feel like it was my fault for everything. My interactions with him were unpleasant in the extreme. In the end, I received a discount on the work - but I have lost several months of use and enjoyment of my van (missing one planned trip), and now I have to bring it elsewhere to finish the work, losing yet more time. Finally, I trusted OCRV for a dashcam install - they recommended a dashcam which I have been unable to get working and which I am now finding out has terrible reviews online, including for support. I am currently at Newport Sound in Costa Mesa getting a different dash cam system installed. I will concede that the paint and body work they completed seems good (I have not found any issues as of now) and the lithium build seems to work fine, minus the noted A/C connectivity issue. But overall, the entire process was just terrible and a source of constant stress and frustration. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them and would warn anyone considering entrusting their RVs to them - sufficiently so that I was moved to write this review. I needed a front end alignment on my Spinter Class-C Motorhome and couldn't find anyone to do it. My service manager at Fletcher Jones Van Center referred me to OCRV Center. I called and set an appointment and was in the next day. The staff were friendly and informative and they had my rig finished in a couple hours. Their alignment rack is state of the art. They gave me a tour of the shop and shared some of the work they do on RV's I must say I was impressed! So, if any of you other Class-C owners need an alignment, I can highly recommend this shop... Art, Jim, Kimberly are very professional and they know this business. They get many RV's and they are juggling with customers and insurance, while trying to stay in business. With that being said, they took a severely damaged front end of my motorhome and made it look better than new. Be patient and realize that they have many things going on at once. I had many bids and getting anyone to work on a RV can be frustrating. I chose them because Art took me on a tour of what they work on. Eye opening! Great facility, great paint booth. Their fiberglass work was better than factory. It is stronger and no indication of any repair was even made. I've dinged up, broken, and to have many repairs done to my RV. I saw this business at a #vanlife conference, and I was impressed with how well the whole crew was familiar with all things "recreational vehicles". So, when I needed repairs (after a break-in, theft, and break-in again), this was the place for me. They helped me negotiate through insurance, and left me feeling confident with the fixes that were needed and made in a timely manner. Given that I've been there a few times...I've not seen rigs sit on the lot waiting months for repairs (CampingWorld, snatch). My RV is now with OCRV for hopefully just a couple of weeks, as a significant repair is needed. I can't imagine going anywhere else. read more

Excellent place to get your RV dialed in. My wife and I stopped by to talk about getting an a/c installed in our sprinter van. Our van didn't come with a second a/c. We worked with AJ who helped us pick the new 12v a/c that became available for these rigs in the last year or so. He paired our our build with a 12v auxiliary battery bank so it can run without the engine on. They do amazing work. From start to finish it took about 3 weeks to install. We shopped around and their prices were the best and they do all their own fabrication work in house. Can't recommend this team enough. We are so happy. read more

I've never experienced such a complete lack of professionalism and care as I did at OC RV Center. I brought my RV in for a repair estimate, and I was promised a quote within 2 days. What actually happened? More than a week passed, and not only had they done nothing with my RV, but they didn't even bother to inspect it or give me any updates! I asked for routine roof small crack maintenance job on a 2 yr old 5th wheel. They didn't want to seal minor sealant cracks and wanted to rip out all sealant on the roof then reseal with new sealant claiming they couldnt cover work under warranty if they did it any other way. Thsts hogwash! Way too costly and excessive. This is my 4 RV and I have done this maintenance myself in the past with no issues whatsoever. read more

So, this place is a mixed bag, depending on your vehicle and what you need done. For starters, they have no shuttle service, so you either cool your heels (nothing in the immediate area unless you want to take a long hike to the Rv park), find a friend both ways or spend money on a round trip Lyft. I had a 5-figure, month long paint and body job with a last minute propane tank check, both of which were done well. The propane turned out to be leaking and they accommodated my late request well. The paint/bodywork is excellent. I specifically asked them to take their time, that I just needed a little notice for my plan B travel plans. With a month for the paint/body, I also asked for several small additional coach hardware things done. Their guy said they'd just throw that in. Not only was my pick up time 2+ hrs after they said it would be ready (I sat, watching my take off time get later and later) but the the wrap up/finishing was haphazard, rushed and things left not only undone, but slap dash with a window latch broken and left as is, poorly reattached door panels, hardware and wiring bits left in the coach, bad riveting, masking goo on the headlights, etc. a newly painted piece nearly falling off later due to poor re-attachment. And, none of the interior coach items were done. Not one. He apologized and I took off out of necessity at this point. Later, I returned for the items left undone and to address a few of the post-work items I noticed. Not only did they have it for ANOTHER several days, but had the gall to charge me several more hundred dollars for the privilege. After getting it back-they we're trying to close-several more things cropped up that they left undone from the paint work, including a half attached door latch, broken door panel attachment and loose door handle. They are just far enough away and have lost my confidence so I have had to find and pay other folks to take care of these things instead. Really disappointing. The quote/customer service fellow, Jim, great. The other guy, AJ, pleasant enough but dropped the ball and didn't have the presence of mind to make it right. Whoever does their quality control for finishing should probably be re-evaluated for competence. My vehicle is an older one, so parts can be a challenge, but I'm generally excellent repair. Beware. Unless you have a newer rig or low standards for finishing work and buttoning up your expensive vehicle, watch out. These guys are one of the only games in town and make a lot of money on this cornered market, and get good reviews, but I went from yay to boo in a pretty short amount of time, so take my experience as a cautionary tale.
