We searched for an RV body shop (not easy to find in our area), then found McBride's on Yelp! We are so happy with the work that was done on our trailer! McBride's was spot on with the time frame given and had our trailer back to us before our next trip! The customer service, communication and body work was all superior! We highly recommend them!

The generator on our Roadtrek camper van needed servicing. It ran poorly for the last six months (despite monthly "exercising") and recently wouldn't start. In fact, since we bought it years ago, it never did operate properly or smoothly. McBride performed the repair in record time -- six working days -- and stayed in touch with progress reports. The generator now works perfectly. I'd certainly use McBride again. I trust that they're knowledgeable and experienced, and can handle most RV repairs. Pros: * They were able to get the generator fixed quickly. * They were able to get OEM parts quickly. * Joe explained the repairs in detail so I understood what was being done. * Reasonable 6-month warranty period. * Joe and the rest of the staff were friendly; Joe was knowledgeable. * I liked Joe's examination of the van -- including pictures -- to ensure there were no problems later on. * A surprise: They washed the van, so we came home with it sparkling clean. Cons: * McBride is more expensive than other RV shops I've used. * You don't have any face time or interaction with a mechanic.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience with getting our RV repaired. McBride's is the place to go, they were professional, prompt in returning our calls and kept us updated on the progress on our RV. We were very skeptical that our RV would ever look the same again after it was side swiped on the freeway causing $13,000 worth of damage. The finished result was amazing! We are sooooo pleased and cannot wait to hit the road again! THANK YOU to everyone at McBrides!

    Letter from McBride's

This review is most likely not what you would anticipate with a 2 star rating. Let me start by saying I have been a 20+ year customer with McBride's. I've know Ben and Jared there for all those years. Over the years I have had good service and bad/substandard service on my coach. I recently took my coach in for an oil change and replacement of my ice maker, which had bee acting up so I wanted to replace it. Not to bore everyone with a bunch of details - but let's just say that the overall install of the unit was bad/substandard this time. It was my mistake for not checking the install before leaving the shop and once I got home and looked at the install I realized that there was definitely a problem with the way the Tech put the ice maker in. Again, there were other issues earlier surrounding the operation of the ice maker that I am leaving out. Anyway, I live some 18 miles from McBride's and with a diesel pusher and gas costs I wanted compensation back for the labor and the costs to bring my coach back to them. I actually decided over the weekend (I picked up my coach on a Friday afternoon) to simply remove the unit and install it correctly myself. When I removed the ice maker I found that not only was it not screwed in properly BUT the knockout plug was not removed as the directions clearly showed. The old unit should have been a clue that the knockout plug needed to be removed. I corrected that issue and used a couple of correct size screws to remount the unit and all was good. I recontacted McBride's and sent them photos (Shared below with my post) and told them I wanted my labor cost refunded to me for the incorrect install that I had fixed. They agreed and sent me a check. Now here is where the disappointment comes in! I received the check for the labor cost of $277.00 and an unsigned letter from the company politely saying "Going forward it is best that you find another shop that can care for the future needs of your coach". In other words - we don't want your business anymore. They couldn't even take the time to sign it... SAD! In past years when service was not done correctly, McBride's always made good on correcting the error, either by fixing the problem a second time OR by refunding labor costs. That was fair. They refunded me as well this time too. Again, that was fair. What makes me sad is that they now dismiss me as a customer because I am holding them accountable for bad/substandard workmanship. I think that at a Labor rate of $185.00 per hour that you should expect correct and skilled workmanship. And when that doesn't happen - AND YOU CALL THEM ON IT - they decide that you need to go elsewhere for future service. I find that sad and I decided to write this review after much thought because in years gone by that was never the philosophy of McBride's. They always did the right thing! The question you need to ask yourself is... did they do the right thing in simply sending me a refund for labor as I had requested - but then dismissed me for future service OR maybe they would take this issue as yet another learning experience and try to improve the quality of work they put out. You decide before you take your coach in for service. I know there will be a response written to counter my posting, but I simply wish that the mind set at the shop would be more proactive about making sure ALL repairs to coaches are done correctly before leaving the property. I wish them well in the years ahead. I guess this customer will have to take my repairs elsewhere and when the lean years for RV service and repair come along again, I'm sorry that I can't be there to support them. That was their choice! Just be sure all is repaired correctly before you sign and pay. Happy RV'ing everyone!!

I researched their ratings on Yelp and wasn't impressed so upon further research I came upon Socal Collision with their 4.9 start rating. I told AAA that I wanted to go with Socal. I took my car to them and met with Rocky, the manager. From the moment I walked into their facility my first impression was that he runs a very clean shop. We keep our cars in immaculate condition so I was hopeful that they would do great work and return my car in pristine condition. That is exactly what they did! Not only that but Rocky kept me up to date in his correspondence with AAA and the status of my vehicle. I mentioned to Rocky that we had our car detailed about a month before the accident and wanted the new body parts waxed with a similar finish. He obliged without hesitation. I am more than impressed with their work ethic and would highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates professional work.

Every time I picked up my car, I was told everything was fixed. Multiple people lied to my face about repairs being completed, only for my bumper to start coming loose again shortly after leaving. It felt like I kept getting the runaround every single visit. At one point, I left my car there for a full day because they told me they needed more time to properly fix everything. When I came back, I later found out they had hot glued my bumper back on instead of actually fixing the problem. Meanwhile, the real issue was my headlamp, which they never properly addressed. They also kept saying their work was covered under their "warranty," and during one visit they told me they were going to fix it under warranty. They had my car for about 25 minutes, told me it was fixed, and sent me on my way. Eight minutes into driving, my bumper started falling off again. That's when I knew nothing had actually been repaired. What also doesn't make sense is that when I contacted my insurance, they told me I should leave my car there for the entire day so the shop could properly fix it. But if they supposedly fixed it in 25 minutes, why did they previously need my car for a full day? The whole situation just didn't add up. I even took my car to another shop for a second opinion, and they pointed out missing screws and poorly installed aftermarket brackets that weren't aligned correctly which explains why my bumper kept falling off in the first place. On top of everything, they wouldn't even let me speak to a manager despite me asking multiple times. It wasn't until my uncle came in with me that they finally allowed me to speak to someone. I also honestly felt disrespected as a woman, because my concerns weren't taken seriously until I had a man there advocating for me. After seven visits, two months of back and forth, multiple promises, and their so-called warranty repairs, the issue still wasn't fixed. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This has been nothing but a headache and a waste of time. Avoid this location at all costs.

They also have a close relationship with Enterprise, which made the rental car process incredibly smooth while dealing with my insurance company. They do a lot of insurance/collision stuff but also can do other things for a much more reasonable price than any other place I've been to!!! Their office manager Emir is the most professional, knowledgeable guy I have ever dealt with and is super nice. He is very good at explaining with what they will do and how much it will cost as well as calling you with any updates etc.... I recently had a big project to do with my old 2005 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab truck. It WAS faded sun rot burgundy, with Stock rims and tires with chrome mirrors, chrome bumpers and every piece of rubber lining anywhere in the truck was rotting. Rather than paying tens of thousands for a new truck, I decided just to revitalize my old, great working truck and make it LOOK new. I bought rims and tires from Americas tire Co and then took my Truck to Ruben's to completely paint it and install all new rubber pieces around the window, the wheel well lining etc.... I wanted them to take off anything and everything chrome and replace it with black. They installed a new black bumper, black side mirrors, headlights with black inside casing, and black side steps as well as a new shorter black antenna. They also painted every thing black such as the Toyota emblem as well as the chrome strips that are on the bumper. They also put in a new TRS Decal on the bed. They were the best price around but more importantly, they didn't rush it and took a little more time (which was ok with me) to take off the bed the doors and other parts to completely paint the ENTIRE truck. They truly dismantled it which took a lot of time but allowed them to give me a factory level (and more) paint job. The Truck NOW looks new and the paint job is the best I've seen. I get compliments a lot and I tell everyone where I got it painted. I've owned a lifted dodge 2500 diesel 4x4 with huge off-road tires and rims as well as a Ford F-250, diesel lifted with off-road tires and rims and THIS truck has been the one I am the most proud of to drive thanks to Emir And all the guys at Rubens auto. Thanks again!!!!!!!
