This place is amazing! We brought our 2017 Winnebago Micro Minnie here for some modifications and not only did they do a fantastic job they were fast, quick to respond and super flexible. We replaced our jack knife sofa with a booth dinette that gave us a more usable space. Got a new toilet, new awning fabric and 5 new tires. Our baby is like new again. Vince and his team were wonderful to work with. They got the job done in less than 2 months and we are ready to roll. There's not enough room to give the praise deserved for the service, and the staff at LCW. Their attention to detail is a leader in the RV industry, but more importantly as a customer, you really matter. We recently had to have an entire new leveling system installed on our 2008 Alfa Gold. Vince is our our service writer, and has been for over a year now. Vince went above and beyond to relay to the owner our situation, and how they could serve us well. And boy did they! So where do I start I met these people in Quartzite at the show in January of this year. I talked to the owner bought a few LED lights for them they worked really well and he said he had a complete shop that could repair my coach. So in February we brought the coach there we had good Sam extended service plan and had a few items to get done. We had a couple fans the microwave turntable wasn't working the refrigerator door fell off and it wasn't cooling in Palm Springs where it was very warm there was a spark igniter for the stove and the slide out wouldn't come in as normal. The first round they made us wait there for three weeks and the pandemic hit we have a six-year-old and we were stuck there until they got the approval from good Sam and had time to do it about three weeks. Which was OK because they had power and a place to stay and that part kind of worked out. Then they started explaining to us about good Sam and how they wouldn't cover the water heater because the tank blew then they install the water heater but you could only use the water heater when you're hooked up to electric and gas even though it's still a two way water heater now the water heater leaks because they didn't tighten the connections and I have dry rot under where the water heater was installed. They charged us $800 for the water heater. They kept taking our coach during the day and we go places in the car and come back and half the work wasn't done. Then OK so we had to come out of pocket about $1500 for the water heater and a couple other things on the coach the good Sam policy cover the the microwave a couple fans and the spark igniter. We still don't have a working refrigerator by the way but we're in ice chess and I guess that's OK for now. So then once they got the parts for the ramp underneath the slide out they said I will fix it OK so we take it back they install the microwave and they fix the slide out however the slide out doesn't go back in so they call me and say it's gonna be another $1200 to fix the slide out so it goes in and out OK I guess cause good Sam is not gonna cover it I said OK well guess what slide outs still doesn't go in and out. And to make matters worse I ordered a spring for my slide out topper on the one side they weren't supposed to put it in but they put it in but they over tightened it so much that it's ripping off the trim off of the coach Mind you our coach is a brand new it's a 2001 Monaco Knight. And while I understand there's gonna be problems with it don't charge me $1200 and all this money and not actually get things done properly now were in San Jose and we're having to do all the repairs ourselves. So for those of you who use this service please avoid this business at all cost one they don't do good work oh and by the way when the water heater leaked Atlee down onto the heater and we had to repair the heater another $300 out of pocket of our cost. Then they told us they're going to make the refrigerator look better so when the inspector comes by he won't know and we will get the refrigerator done So they said they had to bring in at Newark hold specialist to check the refrigerator to make sure it wasn't something other than the door causing it not cool that cost us another 200 and some odd dollars and then they said they repaired it I wish I could show photos on here what exactly they did because now the gas escapes into the coach because they didn't see it properly and then when we're driving down the road all the air comes in from outside.... So to sum it up Slide out paid for not repaired Refrigerator now completely doesn't work and is barely attached Water heater not installed properly and leaks Slide out topper to tight pulled moulding off of coach So for the over three thousand dollars we spent and the 2500 dollars good Sam spent We have a microwave spark igniter and a couple fans Oh and an extra couple weeks of work for me Beware this business.... The slide-out on our motorhome wasn't working. We were on the road and they made us an appointment right away. We actually got there one day early, and they checked us in then, diagnosed and replaced the motor on the slide with 3 hours that same day, and we were on our way. Ervin Ramirez was our service rep. He is outstanding - professional, courteous, patient, encouraging, and made us feel like he really cared about us as a customer. Recently, when jumping in the drivers seat of my motor home to leave on vacation I discovered that someone had peppered my entire windshield with a pellet gun. Having had previous work done by Leisure Coachworks I gave them a call to see if they could replace it. I spoke to Vince in service, sent a few pictures and a replace windshield was ordered. After dropping off the RV Vince called to sadly report the replacement windshield had arrived cracked. Another ordered and arrived in tact, installed and still completed on the day promised. I had a few bad experiences lately with my local RV repair centers up in the high desert and I was complaining to the guys in my Jeep club about it. I found out everyone in my club takes their rvs and trailers to Leisure Coachworks. I took their advice, made an appointment and drove an hour to this place in Fontana and it was totally worth it. They fixed my plumbing issues faster than promised, everyone working there was very cool, and I even met the owner Jon who is awesome. So I'm done with the mobile RV repair flakes working in the high desert, and dirty, slimy and undependable and incompetent RV repair shops up here. My husband took our trailer into this place to have our cushions replaced. The work was great. When we were given price we were told 1600 out the door per Vince via email. When my husband went to pick it up our total was 1694.00. Out the door means out the outdoor. Not out the door then plus tax. Was very disappointed. I understand it's 94 over what we were told but it's the principle when your told one price and then it's another at pick up because they didn't disclose taxes on there end. I can't say that I am impressed with their customer service. I purchase a pair of RV entry door latches and I misplaced the keys. I do have the Key Code, so I contacted parts to obtain a replacement key(s). The pair of latches cost less than $50 so hopefully a key would not cost more that that, but unfortunately that would not be the case. The text chain goes as follows: I misplaced/lost my key but have the key code of B062 manufactured in 2021. Is is possible to obtain a replacement key? reply: Hello, our key codes change with every batch of 10-16 latches most manufacturers use only a small number throughout the entire line. This is done for security purposes and due to the number of codes, it is not feasible to keep this number of keys in stock. Our apologies for the inconvenience. my reply: Thank you for your swift response to my inquiry. Since you do not stock or able to cut to order, can you provide me with an alternative source? their reply: Unfortunately, there is no way to cut a key without the original please try contacting a locksmith thank you. So, their solution was not to put me in touch with their supplier of locks to obtain a two dollar key, but to hire a locksmith with a cost of over $100 to resolve this problem. They could have at least, recommended that I just purchase another pair of latches. But I do believe that they do have a source other than the locksmith for a key that has a code. I don't believe that they wanted to take the time to look anything up. read more

These guys are AWESOME!!! I have a coach I use for a mobile bicycle team, so needless to say it gets some ware and tear. Alfateers installed a new pergo floor and all new accent carpet that made this RV look like new again. I strongly recommend their quality and attention to detail. About 1 month after the install we had a few scuffs on our new flooring (like I said we are hard on this coach). They were able to get me in and out in 2 days with all the issues handled. While living in Yuma, AZ, my 2005 Alfa Gold became home for a rat. After successfully capturing him, I convinced the insurance company to allow to take the coach to an Alfa experienced dealer for assessment of damage, repair, cleaning and disinfecting. They agreed. In looking at reviews, as well as having previously purchased parts from them, I contacted Leisure Coachworks (a subsidiary company of Aflateers.) I contacted them about the work as well as some maintenance items I'd further like addressed. They advised they were very busy and could not get to it until April 18, 2019. But did advise that if we could drop it off earlier they might get a chance to look at it. We dropped the coach of on April 1, 2019. As expected nothing actually got done on the coach before April 18, 2019. Numerous phone calls after that date began to make us feel uneasy about the work being done on our coach. I finally complained to management and spoke directly with Jon Goldstein, President of the company. We were pleased to see some progress more forward after that. I received a phone call from the service advisor telling me that the slide outs I had asked to be serviced were being hampered with due to what they termed a "sagging reared of the coach." In order to make the slide out operate correctly they would have to modify the floor framework at the rear of the coach. Cost estimated at 25 hours at$125/hr. Total for this work $3125. The slide out issues we were having were simply with the big living room slide. The bedroom slide worked perfectly. To make this review shorter, we asked for them to make some minor repairs, change the oil, oil filter and fuel filter. Butter main concern was the checks for rodent damage, subsequent repairs and to clean and disinfect in all storage areas and under the cupboards. On, or about, the 1st of May, the service advisor called with an update. He advised that all cabinets had been checked, access holes sealed and they found no indication of rat intrusion. I told him I found that odd since we caught the rat under the sink. He assured be there was no evidence of a rat found under the cabinets. We were told to come get the coach on May 8th. When we arrived they finishing the cleaning of the outside. As we began our walkthrough, it became evident that most of the items we asked to be fixed were either not done, or done inappropriately. As a couple of examples: 1. The first thing we are told id that they did not get around to cleaning and disinfecting the basement compartments where the rat apparently resided. This waste of the MAIN reasons we took the coach to them 2. Now the big slide won't go out more than about about 6 inches with our heating up and blowing the relay. The rear slide goes out crooked and also blows the relay (remember, this slide worked perfectly before Leisure Coachworks worked on the coach). 3. As the service advisor went inside to get a colleague to look at the issues, I removed one of the cabinet drawers. Rodent feces and urine were everywhere under the cabinet. they simply suggested that they must have missed that drawer. I quickly pointed out where it was like that under ALL of the cabinets. (Photo to follow) 4. An oil filter, oil and fuel filter change was charged in excess of $700. Upon returning home, and traveling on completely dry roads, I took a picture of the oil filter. (Photo to follow). Certainly does not look like a new filter to me. I had an oil analysis done by the local Caterpillar dealer. They also agree that the oil is not new and shows and "Extremely High" carbon content for relatively new oil. Many of the other items I was charged for also seem to have been either done incorrectly or not at all. Total charges came to over $7600. Trying to get reimbursement from Mr. Goldstien has been unsuccessful. They will certainly never see me at their shop again. "1" is the lowest number I can assign or it would be MUCH lower. read more

I called Sam to see if she could squeeze me in but they were booked solid. I had a satellite dish system installed, slide out pantry shelves made & installed, and several fix it items such as driver's seat wiring, tail light, AC on the pusher unit, etc. Service Advisor Vince was professional, thorough in explaining what will be done, and cordial. Great customer service! I ordered a replacement couch for my motorhome and had it shipped to Leisure Coachworks. They removed the old couch, installed the new one; removed the original dinette table and cushions, and replaced with new corian and new cushions; installed new corian in the bath and under the TV. While others seem to have great experiences at Leisure Coachworks, mine was unfortunately extremely disappointing. I helped my dad buy a 2002 Holiday Rambler Navigator. The unit was in decent condition however it was in need of some TLC. We found Leisure Coachworks on yelp and decided to take it in based on the yelp reviews and information on their website. We called and scheduled an appointment for a full inspection (valued at $1000), and had a to- do list of obvious needs and a major detail (valued at $2000). The quality of work performed was definitely NOT worth the 1 month wait to get in. The shop is NOT full in-house service- they sub a lot of their work out. Martin, the service adviser, was absolutely horrible with communication and meeting customer needs. The workmanship was extremely poor- see photos. Allow me to elaborate. Firstly the inspection was a complete joke. It supposedly takes 2 days to thoroughly inspect the coach. We brought the coach in on our appointment day at 7:30 am opening time. My dad waited until 11 am before he was seen, and was not even offered water or coffee. The coach inspection did take 2 days, however no report was provided. The only thing that really came of the inspection was that the coach needed a service and there was a problem with the fridge. The toilet also needed to be reset, however they never re-caulked or properly sealed the run way for pipes and wires in the bathroom (see pics). We had a to-do list of obvious things we wanted fixed in the coach- that list was barely acknowledged by Martin, the service adviser, and the work was not performed. We weren't charged for it, but it would have been nice to be called and updated and asked about items on the list. Simple tasks on the list, like changing a bad gas shock on a basement door or re-attaching a sun visor were completely over-looked. They also left the holding tanks full from testing which we had to dump later- We were never given a final report of the inspection. The detail job that they did included cleaning the coach in and out. They polished the outside of the coach HOWEVER- I noticed some major issues. When you pay $2k for a detail, that coach should be spotless; you shouldn't have dirt and filth in the basement openings, or rubbing compound residue in the crevices and hinges and smeared on the roof as if it were not wiped off. The wheels were another issue- Before taking the coach in to leisure, the front wheels were replaced with BRAND NEW POLISHED ALCOAS. They must have felt the need to re-polish them, because there was polish reside and SCRATCHES all over the brand new wheels. Again, see photos. Inside the coach, there was dust and polish reside on the counter tops. The leather seats and sofas were not cleaned, and there was filth in the bathroom on the walls and toilet. The grout was completely filthy. Mechanical work- they changed the oil and serviced the aqua hot system and generator (again, subbed out), but no mechanical issues were reported. We ended up picking up the coach and taking it to Colton Truck Terminal Garage for a full inspection and their team found a lot of issues that should have been documented and addressed in the original inspection that was supposedly performed by Leisure Coachworks. The icing on the cake was that Colton Truck also found that the oil was a half gallon low after Leisure changed it. Don't waste your money here. read more

Trailer / RV Service & Repairs-FONTANA, CA I would totally like to promote this business...I was at the AutoClub Speedway for a race weekend and was about to get back on the road for a 350 mile journey when a buddy noticed my pull behind trailer had a noisy & wanky looking wheel on my race trailer ! My 20 foot trailer needed a new hub & new wheel bearings... Alfateers is literally across the street from the Speedway. After calling and initially being told that they were booked out & busy for two months, I got the owner "John" on the phone, he did a smart and kind thing and found a way to get me in! Alfateers got me in & out with my emergency repairs on my "pull behind" 20' trailer, in a matter of hours. I'd further like to state that Alfateers understands the art of great customer service and attitude as was experienced by me through John=the owner, Jennifer=receptionist, Jose=mechanic, and Brian=the very patient and thorough service writer. I further understood "why" they work so well together...I noticed on the walls of the offices, there are framed quotes, that promote and state the culture of Alfateers...it's all about "Teamwork" & "Customer Service!"
