He represented me very well during the negotiations.I found that the RV that I bought had a faulty refrigerator. I took it back to Giant RV service. I said that it never worked from day one. I notified them within two weeks after purchase. After much discussion we worked out an agreement to do the repairs to both of our satisfaction. Julio in finance was extremely supportive and was instrumental in coming to terms. Also, John the Service Manager was really a life safer. He searched for replacement parts for 4 weeks and finally got the repair achieved. He was very communicative and kept me in the loop and made a professional decision with the charges which was acceptable to us both. I will continue to use their service department for my RV.

Amanda led my to believe she was a sales person, she is not. I had asked her some specific question 2 weeks ago and she said she would get back to me, so far I have been met with sielence. When I called her number I got the sales dept. and a guy named Jerimiah. I asked him the same questions and he was going to get back to me That was 10 days ago. Still nothing and Amanda will not return any text messages etc. So I am going to a different dealer. Cjeckout past reviews I am not the only one that has had this problem!!!

We initially spoke with Kaitlyn Mahoney over the phone regarding the motorhome. When we met Kaitlyn in person, she was genuinely a wonderful individual who made us feel like we were meeting a good friend. She took a sincere interest in understanding our wants and needs for this major purchase. Kaitlyn spent considerable time answering all of our questions and thoroughly showing us the motorhome in detail. Her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. A special shout-out to the other team members as well--Doug, Curtis, and Francisco in Service and Parts--for helping coordinate our needs and ensuring everything was addressed. Last, but certainly not least, Mike provided a complete, thorough, and highly detailed walkthrough of our new motorhome. As first-time motorhome owners, we greatly appreciated the time he took to explain the systems, operation, and maintenance requirements. His patience and attention to detail gave us confidence as we begin this new adventure. Do I have any negatives regarding Mike Thompson RV in Colton? Only one: the starter motorhome package was not worth the value for the price based on the contents provided in the box. Overall, our experience with Mike Thompson RV was outstanding. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a positive and memorable purchasing experience.

We recently purchased a camper from Mike Thompson RV in Colton, CA, and traveled all the way from…read moreMaine to California to pick it up. The communication throughout the buying process was excellent, and we felt confident that we were dealing with a dealership that valued our business. Unfortunately, that changed almost immediately after the sale. Within minutes of leaving the lot, we received an engine oil overfill warning and had to return so excess oil could be removed. The camera system was also not working. We were told it was caused by water from the pressure washer, but we have since discovered that the cameras stop working whenever it rains, raising concerns about a larger issue. Shortly afterward, we discovered multiple chips in the window and an airbag warning light. We immediately contacted the dealership and were told these issues would be taken care of and that we should have the repairs completed and provide the receipts. However, when we submitted a window repair quote, we were told by Dan that it was too expensive and that we needed to find somewhere else. After returning to Maine, we had Mercedes perform a thorough inspection. They found that the airbag system had previously been repaired incorrectly and now requires significant repairs. We were also informed that required service had not been completed, resulting in another significant expense. Despite our prior conversations, we were then told to submit these repairs through our extended warranty. The biggest disappointment has been the lack of communication and the conflicting information we've received. Calls have gone unanswered, including one that supposedly "dropped" with no return call, and we have had very little follow-up despite repeatedly providing documentation. We understand that issues can happen with any camper. What we expected was for the dealership to stand behind the commitments made to us and help resolve problems discovered immediately after purchase. Instead, we are left dealing with significant repair costs and a serious safety concern. We do want to recognize Mike Crossland and Kaitlyn in sales. Both have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely committed to customer service. They deserve 10 stars for their efforts and have been the bright spot in an otherwise very frustrating experience. We sincerely hope Mike Thompson RV will take our concerns seriously, honor what was promised, and help resolve these outstanding safety and repair issues. We would much rather end this experience feeling that the dealership stood behind the camper we purchased.

FANTASTIC RV SHOP! Bought a newer 2017 RV that had some serious sun damage on paint and strips…read more I was quoting other companies and the Facebook marketing algorithums put Overland RV in front of me on my feed. Called owner Freddy & son Nate and they said they could strip the vinyl and paint new stripes with my own paint colors. They were very fair priced and said they could get it done in two weeks before a big camping trip. I pulled the trigger and glad I did. They buffed out all the painted surfaces and fiberglass then clear coated the entire motorhome. Turned out FANTASTIC. Freddy even traded my older motorhome for a fair labor trade. First camping trip found a lot of electrical issues and Overland RV took care of those too. Honest and trustworthy family owned business. PS - These bad consignment reviews are a joke. These Karens have obviously never gone through a a consignment sale tied up with banks/loans and legal when selling vehicles. It takes MONTHS. Go to Overland RV, you won't be disappointed.

DONT TRUST OVERLAND! Was quoted $370 to "Re-Sew" awning and…read moreInstead they duct tapped the seam and tried to send me on my way. This shows again there is no supervision and absolutely no quality control whatsoever. We were told that our awning would be a "couple inches shorter" due to the fabric having to be "folded" and sewn. Before paying, i opened awning & realized that the awning was was not "shorter" as stated by Federico. I went up onto the roof and sure enough, Saw that they used duct tape instead of Sewing! Federico stated he was unaware of this but it would last longer? Really?? There is no oversight of work performed on RV's We also paid Nathan to have faucets replaced at kitchen & bath and they only "hand tightened" fittings and now we have water damage inside of our cabinets. I also asked Nathan to fix the latch on my screen door and when I arrived, they were spraying a can of WD-40 into the latch instead of replacing as I was told they were going to do. The WD-40 ran down onto my steps and was tracked in across the floor, No clean up or apologies. Again, No oversight or supervision whatsoever on multiple requested repairs. You can see my other review regarding the wallpaper install disaster that has led me to file a small claims case. They will put you off forever promising repairs and then state that you are "out of warranty" I threatened litigation and they agreed to repair bad wallpaper install to only make it worse by the unqualified "auto mechanics" I asked for my monies to be returned for original wallpaper install that had bubbles throughout and enough wallpaper for replacement As I no longer trust Overland to do any repairs on our coach. Both Federico and Nathan have refused this request and so we will be heading to court. In a nutshell, they installed bad wallpaper that bubbled throughout, they put me off for 2-1/2 years without excuse after excuse, and when I finally threatened litigation, they agreed to repair all areas of concern. unqualified technicians went in and made it worse and caused substantial damages to woodwork and trim. Now they tell me I'm out of warranty. Nope!
