Horrible customer service, plan and simple this commpany lies, disshonest. I bought a brand new…read moretrailer with in 6 months the tires began to wear on the out side, very odd. The only cause of this is a bad axel that is toed in, well they refused to fix it and wanted me to pay to have axel taken off and tested by sending the axel off to the manufacturer, hence a $500 shippinng bill plus the labor to pull the axel off and reinstall it. The trailer has about about 700 miles on it and the tires have to be replaced. All over their web site, phone message they pride them selfs on customer service, buyer be were because this is not the truth.

BEWARE! I have bought a lot of trailers and I've never had to deal with people like this. The…read moretrailer was missing the VIN tag and had ABS problems which is a safety issue and we got an OOS for it, dropped it off for 2 weeks and paid our drivers to go back and forth 4 times, yet they still couldn't fix it but kept telling me it's fixed. Thought I'd give them another shot, went to buy 2 more trailers, 2 other customers walked out right in front of us, but right from the beginning,Tim (the clown) was rude and argued with me over some $100 brake job (had a crack in it and was barely %30) which I still agreed to pay out of my pocket. Then saw his tire guys putting non-DOT tires on the trailer we just purchased and call it "DOT" and when I told him he said "well, that's what you get". Then he goes "I don't care if you walk out" well, we sure did! When I called him out on his bad attitude, he called me a "D***" then he had a complete meltdown. They mickey mouse everything, their entire business is a scam. They're bunch of crooks trying to rip you off. Tim is a racist trust fund baby who wants to act like a boss. He needs some serious help.

My husband and a friend walked in a bit after they were closed and finishing up with another…read morecustomer, not even realizing they close early on Saturdays. Rick was still willing to help and answer all of my questions even though he knew we were not going to purchase anything that day. I'm new in the trucking industry and Rick was a wealth of knowledge that he didn't mind sharing at all. We also had a change to talk either Jay who is very know leaf on their financing options. A few hours later we leave. Fast forward a month later and I am ready to make the purchase. I got approved ahead of time working with Jay, who is very blunt but I love his personality because it's so honest. We went down on a Saturday and I had a few trucks picked out from their site but they sell quick! With Jays recommendation and assistance we were able to pick out something within budget but also a good deal! We have had the truck a little over a week and no issues! Our driver is on the road as happy as can be! We plan on purchasing a few more tractors early 2016 and we will definitely will be going back to see Rick and Jay!!

We bought a truck from Cherry Trucking knowing it was sold as-is, and we were fine with that. We…read moreaccepted the issues we could see and even the ones that might show up later. But what happened next was unacceptable. On pickup day, their staff was already replacing the batteries. The next day after we brought the truck home, the battery was completely dead and the truck wouldn't start. We had to spend about $500 to fix it. Even worse, on the second day, we found a clear oil leak near the fifth wheel. My husband is a mechanic and checked that exact area before purchase--it was clean. There is no way it got that dirty overnight unless it was cleaned on purpose to hide the leak. We contacted them very politely and only asked for $500 back, which is less than half of what we spent on repairs. They refused and then stopped replying. As-is does NOT mean hiding problems. This was a very disappointing and dishonest experience. We expected better integrity from a business that claims decades of experience.
