MY FAVORITE CAR PLACE EVER!!!! So, Since I have the worst luck in all the world and people like to wreck my shit any chance they get, I'm soooo glad I finally found a trustworthy place that gets my car back to looking right for the BEST deal possible! James and I have been through hell and back with my poor car, and he has delivered EVERY SINGLE TIME I needed him to! I had a shifted frame, broken headlights, dents, messed up gas door, a fu*ked bumper and chipped /scratched paint. . .you name it, it's happened at least once maybe even twice lol However, even after a hit and run accident on the freeway, a lady hitting me at target, then to an old man hitting the side of my car at school, it's safe to say me and my Z are the luckiest pair to have James/ B1 Auto help us through it all. My car looks like it's never been in any type of accident, and we even get offers daily asking to sell (Never selling babygirl, but it sure does feel good to hear all the compliments!!) If you guys are looking for a trustworthy place to get your car fixed (from using insurance or without using insurance) big or little, James and his team are ones to go to!! They can offer you the BEST deals, and give you such a great outcome that you'd absolutely love. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed. P.s If you stop by, please tell "Valentin" I said hi! He's usually the one dancing to music while working on all the cars LOL (: read more

I was recommended to James by my friend because I was telling her how toddler son hated sitting in the carseat and had the sun shining into his eyes. I had a window cover but it was not good enough for him. I asked James if he could fit me in immediately and he was able to the very next day! He recommended the carbon tint and it was for a very reasonable price (i've asked around before at other places and they were much more expensive so I never did it). A couple hours later he returned my car to me and it was perfect. My son doesn't scream bloody murder in the back of the car anymore since the sun cannot shine through. James was very friendly and I loved that he updated me on the status of my car so I knew when I could pick it up. Highly recommend! read more

Thank you Carlos and James. James is very detailed in explaining what work need to be done. I also requested to repaint my rear bumper since previous owner did a poor job painting it. Carlos and his team executed the work flawlessly and completed in just about 2 days. Super satisfied customer here. Highly recommended!!! read more

Customer service A++ Price A++ Labor A++ I will definite be coming back to get some more done in my car. read more

My matte Benz was recently involved in a hit & run and it left a softball sized dent in my rear right side. I was worried that it wouldn't be able to be fixed right since the matte paint might chip off or get ruined - but James did an amazing job! Got the car back lookin' brand new - couldn't even tell anything happened ! Plus he hooked it up and fixed a minor scratch I had on the pillar of my driver door/window. Thanks James ! read more

James is a scammer he scammed my father with insurance fraud. I would not trust him he failed to fixed my fathers truck. He took parts off our truck to fix a different truck. Not only us we found out hes done the same to other customers of his. He forged my father signature on the checks the insurance gave him without authorization. Save yourself a headache this guy is FRAUD!!!! read more

B1 Auto restored my car to its original condition after an accident. They did such a great job so when we needed work on our second car, they're the only shop that came to mind. They're very helpful and accommodating. They even dropped off my car at home because I didn't have a ride. Excellent customer service! read more

I want to start by saying this is a good shop. They took care of my parts in a timely manner. I paid for what I got and for the price I have no complaints. However, my first complaint is based on the service regarding phones. Please guys, hire a secretary to manage your office and phones. You are the MOST DIFFICULT people to get a hold of. I called multiple times a few days in a row with no answer. My parts were supposed to be done on a day and you guys didnt answer the phone so I could check in. The next day you finally answer and say it wont be ready for even another day. No big deal, just communication issues. Look into getting a secretary though. Not really a complaint but "Bondo" was used on my trunk. I have deep scratches also from the "sanding" and multiple shops have told me it was an awful job. I however, like how it came out. It is color matched and looks close to original paint. If you want to stay cheap and have some decent work done then I would recommend these guys. I haven't had anything else done so I dont know how well their "quality" work looks. Mine is good for the price and I am a happy customer. read more

Aerowerkz outsourced all of its body repair to this shop. I trusted Phillip from Aerowerkz, so I gave this shop a try. What a nightmare! The car even got additional damages from inside door panel, steering wheel to outside body panels during repair. They said they would fix everything, but when they found out the cost of OEM parts, they started backing out of their promise. Moreover, they kept re-shooting the paint four times, but it's still not perfect yet. My car has been in the shop for over 4 months now, and I still haven't got it back. I wish I can give them a zero star review. If you are reading this review, please do yourself a favor, stay away from them. read more

James, Raul and their team did an awesome job on my 2009 Venza, leaving the car as good as new. James went above and beyond and got me more money back from my insurance claim to cover all of the repairs. They also took extra time to detail and wash the car. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of the body work and the extra effort on James's part...thanks James! read more

James and his crew are kind, welcoming, helpful, and just awesome at what they do! My 2008 Honda Fit needed break pads and rooters they took care of her for a great price! If you're looking for reliable and hard working shop to get some stuff taken care of come here! They do body, refinish, paint, mechanical, frame, glass, and storage! So I've gone to several different autobody shops around SGV and OC area and B1 auto was priced the best. Knowing my car will be a lot of work, some shops didn't want to take it in and wanted to charge more but B1 took on the challenge without hesitation and without added payment for labor. It took longer than I expected but with patience it came out beautiful. I'm a stickler when it comes to it being perfected and didn't want to rush anything, and so did they but when they finished, they got it spot on. To their knowledge with cars and everything, the details they added made the car very appealing. I get a lot compliments wherever I go and if I ever need anything else done, I definitely go back. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to be guaranteed amazing service. I promise you, you won't be disappointed with the results! read more

Excellent customer service, fast and absolutely great work. I live in Tustin and his prices were the best in several towns comparing. James, the owner, made the process of this ordeal so easy. Cares about your car like it was his own. He even went out of his way to wait for us after his shop closed because we were stuck in traffic trying to get there to pick up the vehicle. Can't say enough good things about James and his crew. I will definitely be sending my friends and business to him again!! read more

I got into a car accident with one of my vehicle accident and started too look for a for a place to get the repairs done. I cam across this place by chance and decided to check it out. I came and met with James and we came about with a price not only to fix my damaged 4runner bit also to re paint my rx7 which was in dire need of a respray. They took care of my 4runner very quickly and it came out great! My rx7 took a good while for it to be completed but it was sure worth the wait. It came out great for the color I decided on which was a pearl trip coat white (25D snowflake white). I couldn't be any happier with the results of my car. read more

They did a great job. My front was completely destroyed in the accident. When I went to go pick it up, I was a little nervous on the way, thinking that damage cannot be fixed to where it wouldn't be noticeable But to my surprise it look like it was brand new with quality paint that matched the rest of the car along with seamless lines that had even gaps meaning no parts where misaligned. I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely bring cars back as well read more

B1 auto really came through for me. I was recently in the market for some new rims and tires for my 2015 Honda Fit, after looking at rent a wheel and other horrible places, I found b1 auto. James helped my by showing me different selections of rims and tires that he was able to get and kept in contact with me when I would try to get ahold of him. They have a great selection and prices, but what I like most about b1 is that they're way more than a body shop, they can do pretty much anything here from installing exhaust, to lowering your car. I'm definitely coming back here for anything else I need done to my ride. read more
