I was recommended to James by my friend because I was telling her how toddler son hated sitting in the carseat and had the sun shining into his eyes. I had a window cover but it was not good enough for him. I asked James if he could fit me in immediately and he was able to the very next day! He recommended the carbon tint and it was for a very reasonable price (i've asked around before at other places and they were much more expensive so I never did it). A couple hours later he returned my car to me and it was perfect. My son doesn't scream bloody murder in the back of the car anymore since the sun cannot shine through. I want to start by saying this is a good shop. They took care of my parts in a timely manner. I paid for what I got and for the price I have no complaints. However, my first complaint is based on the service regarding phones. Please guys, hire a secretary to manage your office and phones. You are the MOST DIFFICULT people to get a hold of. I called multiple times a few days in a row with no answer. My parts were supposed to be done on a day and you guys didnt answer the phone so I could check in. The next day you finally answer and say it wont be ready for even another day. No big deal, just communication issues. Look into getting a secretary though. Not really a complaint but "Bondo" was used on my trunk. I have deep scratches also from the "sanding" and multiple shops have told me it was an awful job. I however, like how it came out. It is color matched and looks close to original paint. If you want to stay cheap and have some decent work done then I would recommend these guys. I haven't had anything else done so I dont know how well their "quality" work looks. Mine is good for the price and I am a happy customer. read more

Aerowerkz outsourced all of its body repair to this shop. I trusted Phillip from Aerowerkz, so I gave this shop a try. What a nightmare! The car even got additional damages from inside door panel, steering wheel to outside body panels during repair. They said they would fix everything, but when they found out the cost of OEM parts, they started backing out of their promise. Moreover, they kept re-shooting the paint four times, but it's still not perfect yet. My car has been in the shop for over 4 months now, and I still haven't got it back. I wish I can give them a zero star review. If you are reading this review, please do yourself a favor, stay away from them. read more

So I've gone to several different autobody shops around SGV and OC area and B1 auto was priced the best. Knowing my car will be a lot of work, some shops didn't want to take it in and wanted to charge more but B1 took on the challenge without hesitation and without added payment for labor. It took longer than I expected but with patience it came out beautiful. I'm a stickler when it comes to it being perfected and didn't want to rush anything, and so did they but when they finished, they got it spot on. I got into a car accident with one of my vehicle accident and started too look for a for a place to get the repairs done. I cam across this place by chance and decided to check it out. I came and met with James and we came about with a price not only to fix my damaged 4runner bit also to re paint my rx7 which was in dire need of a respray. They took care of my 4runner very quickly and it came out great! My rx7 took a good while for it to be completed but it was sure worth the wait. They did a great job. My front was completely destroyed in the accident. When I went to go pick it up, I was a little nervous on the way, thinking that damage cannot be fixed to where it wouldn't be noticeable But to my surprise it look like it was brand new with quality paint that matched the rest of the car along with seamless lines that had even gaps meaning no parts where misaligned.
