We ask for work to be done within time so we can get it back for the day and did just that. Manny and his coworker honor their mistake for pricing so weren't charge extra at all after the fact. They are super busy even after closing time people pull in with flats they still took care of them so customer service is priority for them. They take cards and cash payment only. And warranty the work and products. They don't cheat you they actually do the work and show you your parts. Will be coming back next time and recommend them for sure. read more

I came here 5 years ago for alignment and very disappointed. Today I come back again for alignment to know that they are better or not. The mechanic lifted my car up and installed alignment equipments and he focused on his phone all the time without do anything to the car until the job done, I know I lost $70 and more than an hour here. Had to do an unexpected pit stop at the shop for a tire change. Service was prompt and price is fair. I called in ahead of time and got a quote over the phone and showed up a while later. After about 20 minutes the tire change was complete and I was on my way. They take cash or credit card but no personal check. Will definitely use their service again. read more

I have a dropped car and the wheels my car uses are TINY because of the body kit on my car.. long story short every single tire shop never has my tire in stock and when they try to "order" it for me it takes about 1-3 business days for my tires to get there BUT at the wonderful El Dorado they have my tire within ONE HOUR max. I'm very picky too. I only use Kumho tires on my car and this place gives them to me for an EXCELLENT price. Only downside (also why I'm giving them 4/5 stars) is that because my car is lowered they can never do an alignment/tire rotation for me because they don't want to risk damaging my car or whatever.
