Not only from the work they do but the prices they have. For anyone who is looking on getting something fixed AND good price I highly recommend this place as one of your options. I had messed up my car bad (in my opinion) it was so unexpected and my insurance not covering it. I went crazy looking for places and asking for prices of how much it'd be to get it fix. Specially since I was paying out of pocket I was trying to go with the best. I literally went to about 5 different places who told me they couldn't take the dent out of my car and I had to get a new/used door prices ranged from $2500, &1,500, $1,000, $950, $800. (Btw these prices were all from different auto body shops) I don't know if I was given these high prices because I was a girl but Forsure they were not in my price rage. After a long day of going around to different shops asking for prices i was ready to give up and head home. On my way I seen this shop and decided to take one last stop, I mean I had nothing to loose with just asking one more shop for a price. The gentleman who was there was so helpful, I told him what was going on and he gave me a price that couldn't be beat! I was so shocked by it I had to double check I heard right. Really thankful I found this shop, not only did I get an amazing non-beatable price but they did an awesome job!

Anthony was fantastic and knowledgeable…read more I've been rear ended (none my fault) while I was going 0 MPH six f'ing times. Three were significant. 2 red lights, 1 yielding left turn, and 3 in stopped freeway traffic. Whatever is on your phone or the 30 seconds you're trying to save is not as important as safely driving these metal coffins at 40-60+ MPH. I have PTSD now when traffic stops and see a car approaching at high speeds in my rear view mirror. This most recent one annoyed the crap out of me because I'm older/grumpier now and I don't want to go through this whole process again with insurance, rental, and body repair on my car. A few days after the accident, I hit up 4 different body shops looking for estimates. The first out of the three seemed pretty promising in informing and answering my questions and I felt I would likely go with them after visiting the third place. Focus was my last stop on the list for the day. I asked for an estimate and Anthony immediately helped with that. A few things I noticed were that he was very knowledgeable and has a sharp eye. I had asked all 3 previous body shops about my obliterated tail light because I was concerned about the safety of people not knowing I am going to merge or brake as well as the legality of it. They said to not replace it before the body shop repairs because insurance will be an issue with that. Makes sense, but that didn't ease my concern. Anthony immediately identified it as non-driveable. Finally, a helpful answer. The other thing was he quickly spotted a very subtle indentation caused by the traffic collision that the other 3 shops did not see. I didn't even see it, but there it was. We went into the office and he called my insurance to get more information on the claim and coverage. He then arranged the rental over the phone for me with the Enterprise two blocks down the street and got them to pick me up to get a rental. Dude didn't know how fed up I was with the situation as well as the concerns I had, yet he addressed them and took a lot of weight off my shoulders. I really appreciated that. His knowledge and confidence gave me confidence that I was in good hands. I have the car back and it looks great and I feel good about it. It was washed and cleaned inside and out as well. I'm grateful for Anthony's help getting the "wheels in motion" and making it a smooth experience for myself because I needed that. He explained the whole process for me so I can get a clear understanding of what to expect and anything that I may be responsible for moving on. Also, shoutout to Kaylee in the front/over the phone for helping me with further questions I had during the whole process. (cross post from my google review)

The quote I received as too high for my budget at the time and decided to go somewhere else that charged less. The result I got from somewhere else was decent for its cost. Jumping forward 5 years or so, I let someone borrowed my car and they got into a minor accident that damaged the side of my bumper. I was upset that it happened but since it was a family member do caused it, I let it slide. The family member was more than happy to pay for the expense for the repair though. I brought in my car and got it inspected. I was the given the quote and discussed this with the family member at fault. He agreed to it. So I brought in my car on a Monday a week before Labor Day. I was told to expect the repair to finish by Friday. Unfortunately it wasn't. They said that it won't be ready till Tuesday, a day after Labor Day, but I was in no rush. I did appreciate the constant update about my car status on daily basis. It shows that they like to keep the owners informed about the status of repair process. They also utilize a neat online portal that shows your car status live, so I get an idea the status the repair is at. Tuesday came around, and was given a call in the morning that my car is ready. I left work early the day and came to pick it up. Paid for the repair and was guided to my car. The technician inspected the entire car with me to make sure everything was in check. I was shocked by the results. My entire front bumper was new and it look as my car looked brand new and was definitely satisfied. On top of that, I got a complementary car wash. That was sweet!
