They walked through exactly what labor and parts would go into my repair. Unfortunately, that would at least require removing the rear window and bumper, which is Honda's issue not theirs. I got quoted a very fair price for the amount of work needed but it wasn't worthwhile at that cost for me to fix cosmetic paint damage.
