I provided the information and then they asked for my contact number. They said that it was needed to provide me with a quote. My gorgeous and new Audi Q5 that I lovingly named Olive was hit while parked in front of my house. It was loud and I was even louder when I saw the damage. It was a hit and run and I was devastated. So, I'll begin this with letting you know that the owners did ask for a review afterward, but didn't say anything like 'make it good' or 'please give us a five star rating!' and I really appreciate that, because I've gotten that so many times from different business owners and it feels wrong. I'd never been in this situation where I went through insurance for an accident, so I was unprepared for the process. I thought it would be a matter of a few weeks, but the other party's insurance was difficult to deal with both from my end and apparently from the owners Art and Derek. I was able to have a rental from my insurance for a month and when the month was up and I still didn't have my car, I was frustrated. Art did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the whole process and there were delays in getting the right parts fro their suppliers and he explained to me that the parts they'd been sent were no good or had imperfections and they don't do work that produces anything less than perfection. I was still frustrated, but I totally get it. It was late November when I was rear ended and pushed into another car, so there was some major work that needed to be done cosmetically on both ends and the cage of my engine needed to be bent out again. Art, I apologize for my demeanor if I was rude at all during this whole time, but you and Derek truly did do such an amazing job. I would recommend your business to anyone and I so appreciate the fact that you pushed my insurance to get the right parts and even though they didn't approve the logo plate, you went ahead and ordered it anyways for me to make it right.
