Paid $535 for sand, bondo, and repaint/blend. Repair was completed in 2 hours. Workmanship is absolutely lacking - completed work does not look anything like the example photos provided. Paint is flat and area is not blended well. Bondo'ed area does not line up with the original body panel. For this price, I wasn't expecting perfection but this is far below expectations. Be warned seller will make multiple attempts to upsell and charge more than the original estimate. Common in this industry. Would not recommend, look elsewhere. read more

I had Joseph and his colleague work on a dent for my Mazda recently. To give credit where it's due, the actual dent repair was fine and the car looked much better initially. However, the customer service experience following the repair has been incredibly frustrating. During the process, a scratch was left behind that needed a quick follow-up. Since then, the shop has completely ghosted me. I have tried reaching out multiple times to get this resolved, but they are effectively unreachable once they have your money. A major word of caution to others: Do not pay in cash upfront. It seems once the cash is in hand, there is zero accountability or incentive for them to show up for follow-up work or address any issues caused during the repair. I got scraped along my right passenger door and quarterpanel by a large vehicle about a month before calling Joseph, and also had an older spot of chipped paint on my left bumper. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called, and Joseph came to my workplace in Orange County (even though he's based in Alhambra) and repaired my car (dent removal on right, paint restoration on both sides) while I was working. All I needed to do was leave my car unlocked for him, but I did come watch as I was able. He worked quickly, efficiently, and answered all my questions thoroughly; and once he finished roughly 3 hours later, my chipped paint is completely gone and I can barely tell I'd ever been scraped at all! Scam, I hired Joseph to fix my dented bumper after being involved in an accident, was charged nearly 3k for partial work because he claimed that my headlight bracket is damaged and needed to be replaced. Told me that the rest of the job would be done under a 5 year warranty that is provided for all his jobs and I had to wait 60 days for warranty to take effect. Now 3 months later after calling and texting. He completely ghosted me! Unacceptable!
