I took my truck in to diagnose for an ac evaporator failure. There vacuum test pass so then they…read morerefilled my Freon and sent me on my way. I paid for the Freon gas that had a fluorescent dye in case it leaks the next day. The next day my refrigerant was empty again and I took it back and they found the leak behind my dashboard. Which meant the whole dashboard needed to be taken off to replace the AC evaporator. They gave me their bid and a turnaround time of about a week since they wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. On top of that they found that my brake pads needed to be replaced which i let them replace. Overall I didn't go with them for the ac evaporator job since I found another shop that was cheaper and gave me a faster turn around time, however I felt that they were honest and genuinely tried to help me. Nothing bad to say about this shop.

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I came in for what should have been a simple…read moreflat tire repair, but the repair took much longer than expected. A younger technician who appeared to be in training was working on my tire, and both the owner and another technician had to step in to help complete the job. After the repair, I later discovered damage near the tire bead in the area where the tire had been removed and reinstalled. Since the damage wasn't something I had noticed before the repair, I returned to the shop to raise my concerns. During my first visit back, the owner told me he would look into it and get back to me. He never did. We tried calling multiple times but couldn't reach anyone, so we had to make a second trip to the shop. At that point, the owner told us there was nothing he could do and said he couldn't tell whether the damage happened at his shop or afterward. What frustrated me most wasn't just the damage itself, but how the situation was handled. I expected better communication and some effort to resolve a legitimate customer concern. Instead, I had to return twice, received no follow up, and ultimately left feeling dismissed. Based on my experience, I won't be returning.

My dad was present while Cesar worked on my car, and my dad gave me such a glowing review of how Cesar worked. My dad has not been able to stop talking about how Cesar did an amazing job on my car, how clean he works, how he keeps his tools, and his communication. My dad was so impressed with the quality of work Cesar provided on my car that he decided to get a quote for replacing his rotors. When Ceasr finished on my car, he let me know that my brake fluid was not in good condition. He drained my brake fluid and replaced it with new fluid. He explained to me in detail that brake fluid should not be topped off. I had no idea, and apparently, my dad didn't know either, and we had topped it off because it was low. Now, I know, for future reference, that when it's low, I should replace my brakes. I appreciate the work that Cesar did on my car and his communication. I will absolutely use his service again and recommend him to friends and family.

He's dropped me off home a couple of times from the shop. Gabriel is very direct and transparent about pricing. They are very on top of what they do. I recently had them replace the ball joints on my vehicle and they got my vehicle back to me during the time they quoted me.

I was in an unfortunate hit and run accident 2 weeks after getting my new car. I took my car to Hadley Collision based on family recommendation. The entire staff was easy to work with and understanding. Jessica was absolutely amazing. It's been ~ 2 weeks since I've had my car back from repairs with Hadley CC, and I'm please to say all is working very well. Their prices are very reasonable and THEY'RE HONEST!! I took my car in for radiator hose repair, oil change and new oil pan. Rick informed me that the oil pan was fine that it appear that the dealership across down didn't place it back in securely, and Hadley corrected the leak that I was experiencing. just a terrible experience overall with this place. and the owner somehow made me feel like i'm…read morebeing the unreasonable one. i paid out of pocket to get my door, which was dented due to me scraping my wife's side view mirror, fixed and repainted in 2024 when i was living in whittier. ended up seeing when i brought it home that the paint was missing in some places (some pinholes where the metal was still visible) and also some lint stuck in the paint (see pics). obviously wasn't happy, so i brought it back and the manager at the time, Orlando, agreed to repaint it. I wasn't the nicest about how I conveyed my discontent, and I own that. The owner, Tony, made it a point to say i'm just a picky guy which kind of pissed me off, but I honestly don't know one person that would be okay with paying for a sloppy paint job. well, fast forward to now, roughly 2 years later, and i see rust spots forming under the window trim and 2 chips in the paint under the TUNDRA badge where there's clearly another layer of white paint underneath. it seems to me that, instead of repainting, they buffed the problem areas and sprayed over the initial paint job. Well, the office manager, Cesar tells me to bring my truck on the weekend. i end up having to push to the following weekend. I drop my truck off, pay $80 to Uber home to the IE, and Tony calls me Monday afternoon to basically tell me he doesn't know why Cesar told me to bring the truck in and that i was a pain for coming back to him with my complaints back in '24, and that he wasn't going to do anything for me. he told me to come pick up the truck and hung up on me. keep in mind Cesar had over 2 weeks between when I first talked to him and when I brought my truck in to talk to Tony. anyways, I paid another $80 to uber there and pick up my truck and we're cordial to each other. he tells me how he buffed the rust stains off and added touch up paint to the chips so I don't get more rust. i'm over it so I grab my key and take off. they talk about how their work is guaranteed, but it wasn't for me, so be warned. the only place on that entire truck that has rust spots and chipped paint is where Whittier Collision 2 did work.
