A third party shop prestige collision sent my car over here for an insurance claim and had the suspension work done here had a relation with these guys and man you guys literally had to have my car go to the actual dealer and clean up your work after having the control arm bolts all lose and whatever else was wrong with the suspension. The noise of scraping and rattling was insane. Grown ass man who can't even tighten and align car parts correctly. don't do business here unless you want to be like me and spend more money to fix it. Last Thursday (7/16/2020), my tire blew out and caused a bunch of seen and unseen damage to my car. It wasn't until Saturday that I learned my gas cap was damaged. I was very desperate to get it repaired since I was returning to San Diego on Monday (7/20/2020) and I was very low on gas. I am assuming Tony E is the owner. I sent out an email through Yelp. Pro Motors was the closest to my aunt's house in Whittier. Through the Yelp text, Tony helped quell my anxiety because I was worried about the cost of this repair. Also, after reading the various reviews, I knew this had to be the place to go to. I got to ProMotors. Tony could not have been any more kinder. He is a tall and gruff guy, but he was also very kind and calming. He looked at the situation and corrected it the situation. I asked him how much and he just told me to pay for the parts and that was it. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I wish I lived in Whittier, because I would have him do all the repairs on the car for me. He came off as a very honest and kind person. His words and actions are proof of it.
