I supplied all the parts and well aware there is no warranty for the parts. I also requested for an alignment. My biggest issue is that I dropped off my truck on time at 9am and was told to be at the shop by 5:30pm to pick it up. The store did not check in with me throughout the day so I called at 1:42pm and received an update that they weren't finished. Once 5:30pm came around I was at the shop again and came to see my truck parked on the curb. The suspension was successfully swapped over and I was excited to take my truck home. The staff told me their alignment tech went out to do some errands. I discussed with the staff that i need my truck back because it's my only vehicle i take to work and the response I got was, "we'll work late if we have to, but they shouldn't have told you it's a one day job." Instead of taking accountability for their alignment tech running errands while on shift the blame was directed towards the staff member who told me it's a one day job. From my experience with previous off-road shops getting suspension swapped out and a truck alignment in the same day is not a 8 hour job. Now even though every shop is different I expected more from this one given the previous review. I waited an hour at the shop before I got my truck back so I'm frustrated that I paid nearly $900 for this service. Overall, the job was done right and my truck drives how it should, but given my experience with the poor professionalism I will not be returning.
