Harbor makes a great product, great boxes but today I was very very disappointed. I call and asked how much for for a locking bar that closes all the boxes like a master lock. Last week dude told me 2k or around that for installing one on an existing box and to call to Schedule it in, i would have to leave my truck. I was like cool! I'll have them do some new locks etc etc. Well I called to day and they said no we don't work on our older product or install anything on the box after they leave the shop. I know that BS cause I know people who have had work done. But after reading all the bad reviews I have to agree, they SUCK at customer service. I'll just have to find a custom fabricator to build the lock bar, everything else I'll do. Like the old saying goes "IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE RIGHT YOU'LL HAVE TO DO IT YOURSELF. Too bad I really like their boxes.

No agents at pickup locations, impossible to get live operators on the phone, surprise fees after return. The guys at Penske are f-ing AWESOME. They walked me through the entire process, which was a huge relief as it was my first driving across the state in a truck. Even hooked me up with a larger truck without the added cost. But where Penske really shines is their customer service. I originally booked a truck via Budget, but upon arriving at the pickup location, they didn't have any trucks. I desperately called Penske to see if they could do a same-day one-way rental. Not only did a live rep pick up the phone immediately, they even quoted me a price similar to Budget. AND I could pick up the truck within 10 minutes. That's something none of their competitors offer. Special thanks to R.
