Not happy at all with this place. Don't know where to start. First, they told me my trailer was going to be ready in 4 weeks, then I call back in two weeks and they told me my trailer wasn't ready yet. I really needed that trailer so I had no option but to rent a Uhaul trailer meanwhile my trailer was ready. It took them another week and a half. (I recommend looking for another place if you are not trying to get a cheap spray painted trailer.) Then, it comes that my trailer's sides ended up being to short for what I need it for (that was my fault) So I call them back a month after to see if they could customize my trailer. First time they told me they were gonna call me back. They're excused is that they are always busy, why not hire more people then? I never heard from them so I had to call them a week after. I was talking to Maria to see if I could get a quote to customize my trailer, then she told me yes, but there is a 4 week wait, i said ok that's fine then she ask me to sent her some pictures of what I want to do with my trailer, so I did (as you can see in the pictures attached). Then jessica sends me a message on Instagram asking me to trade my services for their services. You can read the messages. At first I had said yes, because I thought it was gonna be a good trade, but then I realized she was tricking me, so I said never mind I can't go that far for $140. that's way less then what I would charge to go over there. She wanted me to drive 280 miles for $140 dollars. So I was like never mind I will trade for something else, like customize my trailer sides, she was like ok, just that there is a 3 week wait for that. But then I saw It was not worth it. So I said I couldn't do it. I asked her again to do my trailer but now she took it personal and now she wants to have me on a 4 month wait, all because I didn't want to do that trade. That is so unprofessional from them. read more

I can't speak to the quality of the trailers these folks build as we never got out of the inquiry stage of their product before things went bad. I contacted IE Trailer via Offer Up and someone (who I still have no name for) responded. This individual explained that the photo and add on Offer Up wasn't a trailer currently in stock and that they had a two to three month build time. I thought that was odd since two other manufacturers quoted 10 days to 4 weeks but ok. This person asked for my number and said they would forward photos of a 23' trailer they did currently have in stock and I waited for a day or so. When I didn't receive any pictures I contacted this unknown person again. He/she said it was outside of business hours and made mention of the current virus issue. Ok. Waited a couple more days and again asked if they had photos for me yet and I was met with a nice, but disconcerting response. This individual complained because I was contacting them outside business hours. It was on Offer Up. If you don't want to respond then don't. He/she also felt that I was threatening them because I asked to speak to the owner and stated that they're poor response and follow thru would earn them a poor Yelp review. Apparently this person has a "cry wolf" mentality and accused me of threatening them when all I asked for was some photos of their trailer and when I couldn't get that, asked to speak with the owner. He/she further stated that they didn't want my business. No worries. There are what, 150 trailer sales businesses in the Inland Empire? These small companies seem to forget that customers are their bread and butter. You don't want my 8 or 9 grand, no problem as someone else will. And when another catastrophe happens, perhaps not unlike this current crisis and you aren't selling because people can't afford to feed their kids. Well then people won't be wasting 9 grand on a trailer and maybe you'll reflect and think back to how you treated a potential customer. If you happen to be in the elite group like IE trailers and have so much money and are backed up for months with orders because everyone just has to have your product, then fortune truly shines on you. Congrats you can afford to lose customers. And thank you, I will spend my 9 grand elsewhere. read more

Purchased a 14' utility trailer for my RZR and loved it. The quality is perfect. Customer service is awesome. Liz and Jessica in the front office made sure the transaction went smooth and Daniel made sure my trailer was up to spec as I asked for. The trailer is specifically made for a RZR so the upgraded heavy duty loading ramp works great and doesn't warp. The bad ass flush mounted back lights are a no brainer so they won't get smashed while backing up as they are usually the first thing you see broken off on these trailers. I'm a little upset with this company. I wanted to order 3 trailers from them. I went down there and told them what we needed. I was advised someone would have to get back with me. We contacted them same day to make a few changes by email. No response. I called left a message following day no response. I sent another email no response.I followed up on a Monday and called they told me my quote was with manager and she was at lunch it was 11:am she would get back to me still no response. I guess they do not need my business so I took it else where. She asked me when I could take my trailer in to check out the issues, I told her that I was taking it in the following morning. I ordered an enclosed trailer for our racing operation. the trailer looks awesome in pictures, not so good in person. I had the trailer delivered, next day i open the door to find the plywood hanging for the roof, about to fall off. around the man door the plywood is cut out and definitely not square. the back ramp door is 3/4" of an inch out of square. if you lay under the trailer and look up nothing is welded, only on the top and only half the trailer is painted underneath . I've tried multiple times to contact the company and get no answer. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. read more

Not happy at all with IE trailers. To start, my dump trailer was was late 5 days and the company did not reach out to me before my due date to inform me my trailer would be late for delivery, customer service is definitely not anywhere near their priorities, Cynthia was very rude and would not inform me or give me any updates on my trailer even after my due date. I asked to speak to the manager or anyone above Cynthia for that matter and no one from management ever reached out or contacted me. Cynthia stated many times that i would be receiving a call from management and until this day i have not heard from them, My due date was march 15, 2022 and i was told it would not be ready until Saturday March 19,2022. On Saturday i called Inland empire trailers at 11 AM and Eileen told me that my trailer would be ready at 2. when i arrived there at 2:30 my trailer was not ready yet. upon inspection i noticed that the quality was not at all what you would expect from an $11,000 Dump trailer, i paid 250 dollars for the grey color option on my trailer and the paint was dripped in multiple places, many spots on the trailer looked as if it was touched while the paint was still wet, the grease fittings on the doors were painted over as well as my jack handle and electrical connector. part of the neck of the trailer was not painted. they also added a tool box on my trailer which looks like if the trailer was painted with the tool box on because on the edges of the tool box it is black and supposed to be grey. my hydraulic line is leaking and also the cylinder is leaking. i also ordered a tarp which was not put on because they said they did not have enough time to install it even though my trailer was 5 days late. even with all these issues at the time of pick up management still did not contact me and were not even on site at the time of pick up. lastly, the employees did not inform me that i would have to come back on Monday to get the bill of sale signed by management because they were not there that day. The trailer was paid in full that day and they did not inform me that i would have to drive back to get it signed until after i paid in full. i am an hour away from Inland empire trailers so going back and fourth is less than ideal for me. with that being said If your are looking for good quality trailers and good customer service DO NOT COME TO IE TRAILERS. They're a headache to deal with and management will not try at all to make it right. POOR Quality POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

Just picked up my new trailer from IE Trailers. This unit is a beast. Ordered this for my Can AM Maverick X Turbo RR. Added a 9000 lb. winch and they upgraded my wheels to chrome black to match my truck. They customized my unit with a side loading trailer as well. Picked up a 16' open trailer a month ago, where do I start, ugh. First, the trailer tongue was manufactured too large and shook the living hell out of you as you drove, I took it back and they agreed to replace the tongue. When I got it back they had spray painted the new one to match but also painted the tag with the VIN so DMV wouldn't register it. Then the tool box I had added was installed with only 2 small self tapping screws that came loose, almost lost the box, oh and all the metal shavings still left in the box from drilling the screws in. Next, the trailer jack comes with a foot, they didn't tighten the bolt/nut so I almost lost the foot. These trailers are very cheaply made with poor craftsmanship, I don't recommend you buy here. read more
