Arrived around 8:30am and my car was ready around 12:30pm. I expected a wait since it's Saturday, and I was having multiples services on my car. Renee did my vehicle intake, she was very helpful and answered all my questions. A technician came out as well to chat with me and assisted with the locks on my hood. I didn't catch his name, but he was great. Tammi checked me out and provided an overview of the vehicle services performed and future recommendations. I left with my print-out, and planning for my next visit. Very pleased with today's visit. (They provide updates via text regarding vehicle status, very convenient.)

When I pointed it out, the employee argued that my car's system must not be working -- even after I explained it was new and replaced less than a year ago. He then claimed the old battery was installed the same way. Unbelievable. Then, while trying to replace the rear wiper, he nearly broke the handle and admitted, "I don't know how to change it." There is more to it but I just went back and asked for my money back and left. To make it worse, the manager's attitude was just as bad -- completely dismissive and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience. You'd expect O'Reilly's to have trained staff who know the basics and treat customers respectfully --solving car issues accurate and well done!
