My RV is a Class C. There was significant water damage that we noticed had gotten really bad…read moreshortly after our purchase. We went around to several places trying to get an estimate and we got quotes from 7 to 15 K for a front-end bunk rebuild. Everything in California seems to be very expensive, so finding Universal RV repair was a miracle. They were very responsive with messages and texts. They sent a technician out to our RV site to give us a free estimate. Within a week of the estimate, they started working on our RV. It was finished in less than 2 weeks. Their work exceeded my expectations!!! They used new fiberglass when necessary and replaced all of the wood support and paneling on the inside. The bunk looks brand new. In addition to providing me with extremely efficient and quality service, they were able to give me a great price. I saved thousands by using this company. If you have RV issues or need repairs in Southern California make sure to reach out to Universal RV Repair!!!

Highly Disappointed with this business, customer service and workmanship. Yeah, he did fix the…read moreslideout but did not even bother to adjust it correctly, bottom is an inch out when closing it scrapes the flooring coming in. He also replaced the awning fabric which I provided. We noticed huge scratches on it right above the door on the new fabric when it is rolled up. The new awning came with a new pull strap and anchors and anchor lines. Hector decided to use the old strap and did not provide the other parts. When we picked the trailer up and paid, he got it out of storage with a forklift, parked it at the curb and just left, didn't go over the repairs or anything with us, just left. When we backed up to hook up to the truck, both batteries were stone dead! This was because he left my rv out on the street all week using battery power during the repairs and didn't bother to plug it to charge it when I told him I would pick it up the following afternoon after work. I guess that's why he split so fast. A mysterious new dent in the skirting near the slide where they working appeared! Rugs in the trailer were flipped over while they were working and were filthy from their footprints on the underside. So lazy and ghetto! Failed to pull one of the wheel chocks when he was moving it and crushed it, found that after arriving home to unhook. Very disappointed in Half-assed Hector and his business. Never again! Go somewhere else!
