Had a great experience here. I shopped around and they had the best prices for quality trailers. I've had the trailer for 2 months and so far zero problems. The whole staff was helpful from quote, to purchase, to DMV registration. Johnny the owner is a great guy and took the time to sit down with me chose the perfect trailer for my needs. I upgraded this trailer to the gills. From diamond plated sides, to stainless toolbox, and upgraded rims, and the out the door price was still thousands of dollars less than the base price of the local top competitors. By the time I left, I was on a first name basis with the entire office. I have already recommended them to multiple people. Will definitely be buying from here again. read more

I purchased two of these trailers for my business about two years ago. I do not overload my trailer in any way. They use average parts when they build the trailer. Thankfully, we were not on the freeway when this occurred. This review may change after I visit the company and show them these pictures. No one was hurt which is a great thing. If you go on to their website they advertise trailers with a "bait and switch" price. Call them up and they confirm the price and ask for a deposit. Then they send you and email and say the price has increased by 16.7%!! This is a bad business practice and I would not trust these people. Buyer beware. We bought a new 24 ft cargo trailer from them in February and loaded our belongings in March. We needed it hauled to where we are living now in May but the man we hired to haul it called and told us he only got about 10 miles and pieces started falling off the trailer. He had to take it back and we talked to the owner about fixing it but it was going to be too long so we asked if he would buy it back from us. He agreed to finally but only 60% of what we paid for it just a few months before. Their product was inferior and I would not recommend anyone buying a cargo trailer from them. They had not used rivets to secure the panels but used double stick tape. read more

Called to ask about trailer for sale, the guy placed me on hold for about 10 minutes then hung up on me. I called back because I figured it was by mistake, it rang once and they hung up on me again. Called third time and same. I have never done business with them and never will, was prepared to buy trailer from them today. I'd give 10 stars if I could, and I didn't even buy from them! Johnny is awesome. I called to see if he had a PJ utility trailer in stock, but unfortunately he was sold out. I needed a trailer same day, otherwise I would have ordered from Johnny as his prices were the best I could find and his service was outstanding. I asked Johnny for his advice, as my local PJ dealer in Ramona, CA had a PJ utility trailer in stock, but it was priced $1000 more than what Stellar Trailers sells them for. Johnny said they're way too overpriced and suggested I purchase an aluminum trailer that I was also looking at from a box store. That is the kind of customer service that is missing these days, and I really appreciate him going above and beyond! read more
