New to rv'ing and can do most repairs myself. When it was time for experts to take over I went to rv specialist. They were very professional, provided good communication, and fair pricing. All work was done on time. They took care to cover the inside of our rv to protect the cabinets and couches while they were working on slides. I had slide toppers replaced, full wall slide tracks and gears replaced, and a skylight replaced. They did a roof inspection as well and allowed a third party windshield company to replace windshield at their facility. Could not have asked for more. Repairs were done as expected in a timely manner. Living room slide in our 2014 RV had to be completely re-built and reinforced, and the bedroom slide needed to be serviced. We dropped it off clean inside and out. When we picked it up we noticed they had not cleaned up after their repairs. We also misunderstood some the charges on the final invoice. Mike the owner reached out to us right away and sent detailers to our house to detail the interior. He also cleared up the questions about the invoice in a very professional manner. I do have an issue with the last few services I had on my RV. The first service was fine except my instrument cluster fuel and temp gauge was working before the service and was not working after the service. I suspect when the air conditioner vents were fixed, something happened with the gauges on accident. I let the technician know about this and he said to come back if it was still an issue. It was one of the issues I had for the 2nd service. Now the cluster has to be replaced. With a price tag of 1K to do this, this seems like a servicing issue. Happy to pay, but very strange. The second service was very frustrating. When I picked up the RV, the generator was left on as well as the radio and internal lights. I only noticed after parking in storage. Would have been nice to know these items were left on. Also, the batteries were replaced, but when I went to turn off the main disconnect, the switch was missing. I texted the office and received no response. It was there when I brought it in, but now I can't turn off the power main disconnect for storage. I would like a replacement switch ASAP. I will contact the office again. read more

This place is truly a hidden gem! As a young woman who doesn't know much of anything about vehicles, I am always very apprehensive about going to see a mechanic. However, to my delight this was one of the best experiences I've had at an auto shop. I went into the shop just knowing that I needed a new battery because my vehicle went out twice within the same week. I showed him a video of my Camry doing all the things it shouldn't be doing and told him I needed a new battery. I even told him that AAA told me that my battery was dead and that I needed a new battery. Instead of just replacing my battery, he took his time and checked "all the things himself." Turns out I didn't even need a new battery! I just needed my terminals cleaned! (Whatever that means) So bottom line is, He could have sold me a new battery and taken my money and I wouldn't have known a thing. Instead, he saved me money and time and my vehicle hasn't messed up since! It is not easy to find a good mechanic who also has integrity. I am so glad that this shop was referred to me. Before I left, I asked him if they could fix the scratches on my vehicle and he said they do everything and that he would email me a quote to get my vehicle detailed! Great customer service! Just got my car serviced. Dodge ram half ton pick up hundred thousand mile tuneup. Done in a timely manner and you must have a certified mechanic to do this I have a lifetime warranty on Dodge which they do not sell anymore. I looked around at Four different dealerships Dodge dealerships for pricing on 100,000 mile tuneup. These guys did it for a lot cheaper I did the same job highly recommend it if we have an RV which we soon will have I know where I'm going they do sell propane on Wednesdays. They called wild Wednesday they take up $.50 a gallon so if you need propane this is the place to go and firewood I'm gonna get some tomorrow read more
