We are so impressed by the professionalism and excellent work we had done this month on our 2023 Nexus Rebel30R SuperC. We had an electrical issue with the trailer plug, damaged rear molding, a drip when we filled up with diesel and a vent cover that wouldn't close completely. The estimate was very fair, and their time to complete the repair was as estimated. When we picked up the RV all the repairs were perfect, the paint on the repaired molding matched perfectly! Incredible is all I can say. This may go on for a minute because I can't express the unbelievable experience I had. I'm traveling through California and my RV and the air conditioner goes out. It's Sunday. I'm worried sick that on Monday I'm not going to find anybody to have time to look at my RV and I have a 2-month trip planned and it's my second day on the road. On Sunday night I reached out on Google to a few re repair companies and left messages. Well, all I can say is that I am glad that I spoke with the RV pros because I expressed my travel conditions and the urgency for my much needed diagnosis on the air conditioning unit. At 9:15 a.m. on the phone I was asked if I could come in at 10:00 a.m. I jumped to the ceiling and said I'll be right there in 30 minutes at 9:55. I was already seeing my RV in this incredible immaculate huge indoor RV service center. Within 1 minute of it pulling in. They were working it on it. Within an hour I was diagnosed. The bad news was I needed a new air conditioner because it was not repairable and a new thermostat. Within another hour I was told they located the parts and they were being delivered within 30 minutes. I was elated to no end. 2 and 1/2 hours later I was driving out of the shop with a brand new functioning air conditioner for my excursion through the US and Canada. Who would ever think that you could get an appointment in the first place and then for them to take you in and actually deliver this level of service in one day. Remarkable more over the staff was insanely professional and knowledgeable. They treated me as though I was the only customer they had. I live in Lake Havasu, Arizona. I will go nowhere else and make the 4-Hour drive to go to The RV pros. They do everything you can imagine from interiors, exterior paint, air conditioner, refrigerator, any and everything you can think of. Been a strong staff of professionals. I cried when I left. I was so elated I had to get pictures with the owner and Irving the greatest customer service tech you will ever find. Do not go anywhere else if you are anywhere in Southern California or passing through. I've never given the strong of a review for anything. Actually I can't even articulate what it meant to me. I submitted a 100% honest review of what I personally witnessed at RV Pros and someone somehow deleted it. The truth can never be hidden from the only one who matters . . . Here's a shorter version. My RV was there over a holiday weekend and when I got it back, someone had caused 2 puncture slits into my like-new passenger seat (see photo). In addition, someone had urinated in my toilet and let it sit there for days, creating a horrific stink. Someone also was in my bed or took it off for no apparent reason and wasn't bright enough to put it back on correctly (it goes on only one way). Finally, someone loosened my kitchen sink nozzle to the point that the minute I turned it on, it flew off and water sprayed me in the face. When I reported all of this to Frank, with photos of the apparent knife-stab slits into my previously perfect like-new passenger seat, he did not respond at all. I am informed that this type of joyriding/unauthorized use/damage/vandalism is not uncommon at these RV shops, as another surfer who owns a Sprinter van found a used condom in her bed. read more

Great customer service. We live quite a distance from the storage facility where we store our fifth wheel. RV Pros picked up our fifth wheel from storage and took it to their facility for repair. Service advisor, Daniel was a joy to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. Communication was incredible. He kept me updated on the scope of work and the progress. When the work was completed, my husband and I visited RV Pros, and Daniel went over all of the work that was completed and because my husband and and I are "of a certain age" and are unable to climb on the roof of our rig, Daniel had pictures taken of the repairs and sent them to us. We even had the opportunity to meet the owner of the company, Joseph, who also made us feel very welcome. Now that the repairs are complete, RV Pros will drive our rig back to the storage facility. This made the process extra easy and so convenient. We previously had a bad experience (poor workmanship and terrible customer service), with the service department of the company where we purchased our (then new) fifth wheel, so I'm very happy to have found RV Pros -- a reputable RV repair company with excellent customer service. I hope this is the right company. I purchased a new RV toilet from them. Great price much lower than the RV parts store It was delivered very quick Problem is I had a hand flush unit and it was no longer manufactured so the newer unit was too low and the handle would not function as it hit against the tub and wall. They gladly took the unit back and sent out a foot flushing type immediately without so much as a question or extra fee. We purchased a new motor home is Pismo Beach and brought it home to Corona. Of course it needed warranty work done and The RV Pros were listed as an authorized Winnebago Service Center. I spoke to Frank and brought it in. Irving helped me and did a great job noting the problems. RV pros gave me a service appointment just a few days after I called. Another service department at a Winnebago dealer made me wait two months for an appointment. RV Pros checked my LP regulator and accordion blinds assembly while I waited. They said they could minimize the appliances we lost the use of because of lower LP regulator output until the replacement regulator came in. They opened the regulator up too much and created an LP leak, but they adjusted the regulator right away, eliminated the leak, and still kept most of my appliances running after I told them about it the next day. When the replacement regulator and blind came in just eight days later, they installed them while we waited. RV pros has a huge covered facility, nice grounds, not too crowded, and great service personnel - especially Gus, our service advisor. read more

I store my travel trailer at this place. I love it. You call them up a couple of days before you pick up and they have your rig ready for you to hook up and go. When you return you rig, you just drop it off and they'll park it for you. Great valet service. Pricing on repairs was very reasonable. They do everything there. What a terrible experience. Had them remove worn out decals and do a paint job to my RV. They noproblemed me to death. "We do this all the time". My coach came out terrible. After only 7 months the paint is cracking. When they removed my decals they gouged the fiberglass- EVERYWHERE! Beware. They will give you every excuse in the book for why it turned out bad. We tried this place for the first time yesterday. We originally acquired their business card at the big RV show this fall. Good RV service centers, or really anything you might need for your RV in our experience are hard to come by. We brought our 40 foot class a motor home home to load up for our new years trip we were to take on Thursday. AND of course one of the jacks was causing a system failure. My husband spent one day trying to trouble shoot the issue, but with no success. So we call our usual go to place and they can't take us. So now what. Cancel our trip? Or try another new place and be let down once again. So I called the RV Pros, and yes they are pros. We drove the RV to them the next morning. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the new Jack and had us on our way home the same day. I have 2017 Winnebago I needed some warranty work. Staff was friendly but they don't have a clue on how to fix or repair Shwintek slide systems . My slide wasn't coming in smoothly so there solution was to load up top and bottom tracks with BEARING GREASE, which got in the motors ect ect big problem dust and dirt collect and sticks to grease (DRY LUBE ONLY ON SLIDES) so needless to say they are clueless on this slide system Helen Keller could've fixed it better ...next I needed some new lap seal installed on the roof I specified I wanted them to use A TAN colored lap seal so it will match..and when I picked it up they used BRIGHT WHITEthen argued with me about it how its the same as the Tan stuff ....winnebago has a refference sheet so u can apply the propper sealant and color Way to follow simple directions and last, the day before pick up they damaged one of my Decals with the pressure washer while washing it ..hey human error things happen ...so fast frwrd 3 month I finally took to another repair center to have all the issues fixed and The Rv Pros will not except responsibility for there mistakes ...I would avoid this place at all costs!!!!
