I wish I would've been made aware of this ahead of time because it delayed my trip a couple hours. Also, alignment of the truck was way off:

I reached out to the chat box and Samantha and KJ. I believe both responded with they did not receive any of our selfies. Correction, any of my selfies and I took six of them. I would not recommend this facility, even if my life depended on it they are very racial And I felt extremely sad because of this you would have to be there in order to actually visualize what racism looks like and actually be African-American. This is not one of those rent and raves either. I felt so sad when I seen the change in the dynamic as we tried to check in and they had me remove my husband and Actually Had me provide the information and still gave me a hard time to the point where I request requested them to cancel my rental three times before they were willing to do it again. I will never recommend this place very very dissatisfied and extremely unprofessional to say the least.

I had asked for better rates with Amanda but she did not react to my request after they had taken another $3800 dollars out of my account. I also requested for them to call me before any transactions; however they would just do the transaction with out a call. This lead to my commercial insurance missing a payment and was then canceled. This was damaging because I had to now work double to get my insurance back online. Another issue I have with this location is every truck I rented had bad steering alignment. I wondered if they did their checks, why every truck had a bad steering alignment. I would not recommend working with this group of individuals in this location. Management has communication issues and, do not follow request.
