FANTASTIC RV SHOP! Bought a newer 2017 RV that had some serious sun damage on paint and strips. I was quoting other companies and the Facebook marketing algorithums put Overland RV in front of me on my feed. Called owner Freddy & son Nate and they said they could strip the vinyl and paint new stripes with my own paint colors. They were very fair priced and said they could get it done in two weeks before a big camping trip. I pulled the trigger and glad I did. They buffed out all the painted surfaces and fiberglass then clear coated the entire motorhome. Turned out FANTASTIC. Freddy even traded my older motorhome for a fair labor trade. First camping trip found a lot of electrical issues and Overland RV took care of those too. Honest and trustworthy family owned business. PS - These bad consignment reviews are a joke. These Karens have obviously never gone through a a consignment sale tied up with banks/loans and legal when selling vehicles. It takes MONTHS. Go to Overland RV, you won't be disappointed. read more

DONT TRUST OVERLAND! Was quoted $370 to "Re-Sew" awning and Instead they duct tapped the seam and tried to send me on my way. This shows again there is no supervision and absolutely no quality control whatsoever. We were told that our awning would be a "couple inches shorter" due to the fabric having to be "folded" and sewn. Before paying, i opened awning & realized that the awning was was not "shorter" as stated by Federico. I went up onto the roof and sure enough, Saw that they used duct tape instead of Sewing! Federico stated he was unaware of this but it would last longer? Really?? There is no oversight of work performed on RV's We also paid Nathan to have faucets replaced at kitchen & bath and they only "hand tightened" fittings and now we have water damage inside of our cabinets. I also asked Nathan to fix the latch on my screen door and when I arrived, they were spraying a can of WD-40 into the latch instead of replacing as I was told they were going to do. The WD-40 ran down onto my steps and was tracked in across the floor, No clean up or apologies. Again, No oversight or supervision whatsoever on multiple requested repairs. You can see my other review regarding the wallpaper install disaster that has led me to file a small claims case. They will put you off forever promising repairs and then state that you are "out of warranty" I threatened litigation and they agreed to repair bad wallpaper install to only make it worse by the unqualified "auto mechanics" I asked for my monies to be returned for original wallpaper install that had bubbles throughout and enough wallpaper for replacement As I no longer trust Overland to do any repairs on our coach. Both Federico and Nathan have refused this request and so we will be heading to court. In a nutshell, they installed bad wallpaper that bubbled throughout, they put me off for 2-1/2 years without excuse after excuse, and when I finally threatened litigation, they agreed to repair all areas of concern. unqualified technicians went in and made it worse and caused substantial damages to woodwork and trim. Bought a used RV. Part of the purchase agreement was that specific repairs were supposed to be made. We even wrote it out on the invoice to ensure this got done. We show up to pick up the trailer, and nothing is done on the itemized list, and the trailer wasn't even cleaned. The Owner made promises he couldn't keep, said he was out of certain items needed to fix what was needed. We had no choice but to take the trailer because of course the loan already went through. He had 3 weeks to get everything done and did nothing. He couldn't even be bothered to fake it at least. Just made excuses. On top of this, the owner said he would provide us with all new hoses and power cords. Everything was used and dirty and he didn't even give us the right generator cord for the trailer. Didn't find this part out till we took our first trip and couldn't hook up properly. As a business owner, I don't like leaving bad reviews because I know how they impact business. This however is just frustrating. And reviewing the previous bad reviews, this seems to be an issue with the owner. Typical over promise, tell you what you need to hear to get the deal done and under deliver once everything is locked in. Likely needing the sale to cover expenses from the last botched deal. Should have done some more research before shopping here. Avoid this dealership. read more

Bought a toy hauler December of last year. Bought it as is no warranty. They swore up and down it had been gone through and everything was perfect. We noticed a soft spot in the front corner and tore up the flooring to see the damage. The corner of the floor and 2x4 were rotted. It was hard to find so thought maybe they didn't notice it. Started taking it apart to repair and noticed they had covered it up. Under the stripping where they had, according to them, resealed everything. We found brand new screws, that were screwed, for lack of a better word (they pulled out because the wood was rotten.) in the stripping on the front cap. If you find a trailer or Rv here. Took our 2019 T322 Torque to sell on consignment. Sold June 20th 2025. As of today September 2nd 2025 Overland/Fredrick has NOT paid off our lien with our credit union. Which we have now had to retain an attorney Also communication has been horrible throughout the whole process. We only found out our trailer was sold because we saw on RV . This has been a very bad experience and we are still making payments on our Torque and DMV tags are do soon. I feel bad for the people that purchased as they have no idea what is going on and also making payments. But will never own as the title is still in our name and our lender. Don't do ANY business with Overland RV We went into an agreement to consign our 2023 Alliance Valor toy hauler 5th wheel, back in late Sept. 2025. Finally, on Christmas Eve, 2025, "Freddy" found a buyer. Then, more than 8 days later, he finally sent in the check to my bank, to pay off the loan that we still owed on it. Then a couple days later, I found out that the loan was consequently re-instated. My bank said the check was declined because of non-sufficient funds. Then we went through a series of about 10-14 days, where he kept saying he would make things right, and actually payoff the loan. These promises went on for several days in a row ("sorry, tomorrow I will make it right"). Seemingly endless lies from this guy. And we have knowledge of several other parties that have experienced the same troubles with this guy (payoff checks being declined, due to non sufficient funds), that we have endured. Now it's over a month after the buyer took possession of MY trailer, and we STILL have not had our loan paid off! My name is still on the registration! And I'm still having to make payments and pay for insurance. This guy is NOT HONEST. Steer clear from this place! read more

On the rental side of my experience, it went pretty smooth. I did have to hunt my deposit down but I did recover. I left my trailer for repair and was pressured to pick up because "it was ready" after being it gone and going through it more carefully I was completely unaware of the poor workmanship, the trailer was never detailed, the carpentry work was 2 out of 10 and that's being nice....... We purchased a used motorhome from Overland RV on Oct. 20, 2026. We paid cash to Freddy. We were told they would submit all of the paperwork to the DMV and we should be getting our new plates and title in about a week. After not receiving anything in the mail I contacted Freddy who told me that he was surprised that I hadn't received it yet. Next time we spoke he told me that he was in the DMV as we spoke getting it handled. The next time we spoke it was another run-around. Freddy did seem like a nice guy, but I believe that he kept my Sales Tax from the cash purchase. I had to look up what my recourse was. I had to formally inform him in writing that I would be turning him in to Riverside County DMV investigations. California Law requires dealers to submit all DMV paperwork within 20 days. It became a daily issue where I would call him and get some excuse. I told him over the phone that I would be moving forward with turning him in to the DMV and potentially taking him to small claims. I had purchased a RV spot that was non-refundable because the temporary plate had expired. It was not until March 6 that I finally received my plates in the mail. It took 137 days for this to finally get resolved. On another note, (I should have figured this out), there were a group of people outside of his business picketing his business. They were quite angry. He told me it was just a misunderstanding and that it was being resolved. I believed him, when I probably should have ran for the hills. Hopefully this will help someone not deal with what myself and apparently others have gone through. read more

I've NEVER Yelped any business, but Overland just cost us another $163, and we haven't used them since March. Our experience with Freddy has been less than favorable. And here's where my negative review starts. We purchased a new storage door, and the keys for that door were discarded (as usual). They reinstalled the old universal locks from the original door onto the new door and gave us some song and dance that the new door locks didn't work. It wasn't until we were out last month that we discovered the locks were universal!... $163 later! We had new blackout blinds installed. When we went to pick up our rig, one of the blinds was hanging sideways. When it was pointed out to Freddy, we were told the blind only came with 1 bracket. How did he or any of his mechanics (and I use that loosely) think this was acceptable? We had a leaking toilet and Nathan told us it would have to be replaced. Instead of replacing it, they "rigged" it. Of course, it leaked on our next trip out. When we questioned Freddy about it, he played dumb and "didn't remember the said conversation" and was surprised it was leaking. YOU CAN'T REPLACE THE FOOT PEDAL OF A NOMADIC TOILET BOWL. We replaced our entry door due to damage and were given the new keys. When we got home, we couldn't deadbolt the door. Why? Because the keys they gave us were once again universal! I had to call and tell Nathan they either had to find the door keys, or they were going to change our locks at their expense! They found the keys a day later. We asked for all the roof seals to be checked and replaced if needed at the start of the season. We were given the all clear. Our first trip out in Feb, we had heavy rains. All we could hear was the constant drip of the shower skylight all night long. We had to tarp the roof to try to keep the rain out of the ceiling. And this was AFTER they checked the seals. Here are some other examples of unsatisfactory services: Heavy objects left on our roof that would have flown off in transit if my husband had not checked their work. Trash from drinks left up on the roof. The trailer was left dirty after they serviced it. NEVER, not once, was the trailer ready to be picked up AFTER they said it was ready for us and would be waiting at the gate. We had to wait an hour or more for the RV to be moved to the front, and even at that, the 2 forklifts they had were always down and that always caused delays. We ended up having to take our trailer to a new mechanic and pay AGAIN for the repairs that Overland was supposed to do and charged us for. Do yourself the favor, don't waste your time and or hard-earned money. Find a reputable RV mechanic with certified RV techs. Cheaper hourly labor costs, cost you in the end. read more

I would never use this company again for RV repairs they have no idea what they're doing. They charged me for several repairs they did not complete and when I spoke to Freddy, he told me it was something different. Yet charged me. I ended up going to another repair shop who was able to fix everything I needed accomplished. I would definitely not recommend these guys. I think they have no clue. read more

Nathan and his team showed up on time and ready to go. We had issues with brand new factory axles and brakes. The previous service department who installed them never properly adjusted the brakes and sent us down the road. I noticed after a few trips that something wasn't right. We reached out to Nathan and Overland Rv just a few days before we left for our yearly big trip. He made it a priority to come and help us out as soon as possible so we were safe on the road. A couple weeks ago I parked my RV on a slope for a little too long and the freakin refrigerator went into an error code and turned itself off. We had a big event to attend and we use our RV for business travel, so I was freaked out! I tried what I could to get it going to no avail. So, after a quick click to YELP for some advice, Overland sent a technician to my place and not only fixed the 'fridge, but installed a new water pump as the old one was sounding 'different'. Overall, Nathan was a pleasure to work with. We brought our Roadtrek in for a generator oil change and filter service. All is well...Generator is running and we leave. We take our Roadtrek out on a trip and the generator suddenly dies on us.. luckily on the last day headed home! I go to check the oil level and is way below the low level marker .. on top of that, I see oil pooled around the drain plug. I just don't understand how "trained professionals" are able to botch an oil change.. Moreover, our RV generator was checked off for perfect health(no oil leaks, new carburetor put in) by another Rv dealer/service dept. before scheduling an oil change here.. Also, there was no mention of an oil leak by the tech's initial inspection here at Overland RV.. This is our first time to experience such issues with oil levels on the Onan genny and it all started after getting our oil change here.Unfortunately, we could not schedule an oil change at our original go-to Rv service center because of time restraints!
