My wife and I love this business so let me elaborate: Rental: I was just inquiring about renting a Camper Van from Todd and he explained everything about everything. I took up his time like crazy asking all kinds of questions day after day and no matter how much I called at inopportune times he would always answer with a positive attitude and give me the low down on any questions and concerns. He even called me to say that he had put the van aside for me and that people were interested and wanted to offer the van to me first. I couldn't miss out so I finally booked. What a guy. Picking up the Van was great and easy. I showed up and Todd wasn't there but Tom is there working hard to make everything work and polish all the details on the cleaning. He takes the time for the tour, gives tips, friendly and helpful in every way even under the immense heat and more obnoxious loads of questions. On the road: I never had an issue but if i had some concerns or forgot how to work something, Todd would always answer or call back shortly after. I felt safe knowing that the Van is very well maintained and that I had someone REALLY there if I needed it. Todd & Thomas are the best. Thank you so much for allowing my family and I to experience this cool RV rental. The fact that I didn't need a special driving license was a plus. It's easy to drive and all the functions work amazing. The RV was perfect and definitely wanna do it again . Having your own restroom, kitchen and place to sleep all in one place was so convenient and perfect. RV camping all the way! Here are my top experience with the RV aka Big Bertha. TV in the back helped with the long trip because my wife and daughter enjoyed some movies (DVD player only so dust off all the classics). Microwave & 2 top stove was great for cooking. The awning saved us during some rain. The Furnace at night keep us nice & warm (I suggest keeping the top fan on and open since it runs off of propane) All the storage space was perfect for blankets, luggage, and dish ware. The fridge was a perfect size for breakfast, lunch and dinner. :) The back couch turned into a super comfy King size bed that fit us 3 just fine with some extra elbow space. 1st time to rent an RV was worried about any hidden fees, insurance, driving and emptying the black/grey water tanks (ewww). Luckily Todd took care of it all. RV came with full tank of propane and water. Generator allowance was 1 hour/day. Mileage 100/day. I inquired about driving the Minnie Winnie Vs. The sprinter. Todd explained the difference in mileage and how each was like to drive. I chose the Minnie Winne for more room for 5 people. We camped at Big Bear so mileage wasn't an issue. It took a little getting use to but it was fine. Only had to text Todd once and he got to us right away. The TOW HAUL mode was helpful driving down the mountains- glad I looked that up on YouTube. Rental cost $860/ 3 days 2 nights, plus insurance add $100 refill gas 1/4 tank $65 regular gas. Well Todd is man, he hooked me up with a 2018 Pleasure Way Luxor sprinter. It was the perfect size and very easy to drive. The couch in the back electrically reclines to a queen size memory foam super conformable bed, push of switch converts back to a sofa. The thermostat kept the temperature in the sprinter at a very nice 70degrees when it was 33degrees at night while I slept on the super plush bed and the fridge kept my beer plenty cold. This review is for my experience with Todd. I had never driven an RV but Todd answered all of my questions and quoted me a great deal for a 3 week trip! I was able to come in for a test drive to make sure I was comfortable and it was a good experience. I ended up not being comfortable with driving an RV for that long so I can't comment on the actual rental. If I did rent though, I'd definitely go with Todd. Sprinter RV Rental and Todd were fantastic. After another company jerked us around and basically cancelled our reservation less than 24 hours before our desert camping trip I called Todd in need. He was able to get us in a perfect vehicle in a jiffy and really helped handle all of my anxiety about such a last minute switch for first time RV-ers. Customer Service: Amazing - Todd was available pretty much 24/7 to answer any questions - He worked around us and our schedule and had a colleague meet us at LAX so we could jump into our trip as soon as we landed - He was nice! I see that Todd has many great reviews, unfortunately our experience with him was quite the opposite. We called him inquiring about a sprinter rental for an upcoming trip. He gave us fixed range cost which depended on the specific unit we rented. He sent us a quote with the exact amount and deposit required. We had some VERY simple questions about the quote and sent him an email. He seemed very hesitant to simply reply in email anything to do with pricing, discounts, etc which seemed strange but we decided to proceed anyway. We clicked on the "Reserve for $310" link in the email, which took us to a webpage with the details of the quote. Nowhere on the quote was there any mention of additional cost for mileage over a certain limit. We clicked "Next" and only after putting in our estimated miles, we were shocked that the quote had suddenly increased by several hundred dollars. My problem isn't the policy (its reasonable), but Todd never mentioned this, even during our 2 prior conversations where we'd mentioned we'd be driving to Colorado (obviously a good distance away). BUT HERE IS WHERE IT JUST GETS INSULTING: We emailed him is a professional manner explaining that we felt taking aback by sudden extra charges being added on last minute. In his response, he passive aggressively insinuated that they issue was that "a simple call could have cleared this up"??? Ridiculous, he could have communicated the milage policy during our conversations or in the written quote. He failed both opportunities and then has the audacity to put it back on me??? OH BUT IT GETS MUCH WORSE The funnies part is that in his last email to us, which at this point lacks any professionalism at all states "not sure how your screen shot was created". The clown now goes from accusing me on not having a phone call to clear things up to accusing me of doctoring a quote HE SENT TO ME. I'd gathered from our previous correspondence that Todd may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but to accuse a customer of doctoring a photo generated by your own quoting software (which by the way had the same prices he gave me verbally) is just insane, laughable and despicable. I spent a while shopping around for a good RV rental company, and Todd at RV sprinter rental is by far the best - his vans are in excellent "like new" condition, well kept, clean, this is a high end luxury camper van RV experience with on call excellent customer service. It was our first time renting a RV camper van/ sprinter so we had a lot of questions, he was patient and available anytime we had a question. From two experiences, I have found Todd at RV Sprinter Rental to be unprofessional, and dishonest. With rental breakdown, he charged me for a driver, and other fees that I did not agree to. He did not reimburse me for another vehicle rental costs and additional time it took to bring his RV to his specified repair facility. Instead he charges my credit card without my approval. Prior to this, he did not come forward and return my deposit without asking, reminding and pressing him of this situation. read more

They made it very easy to rent, as far as the vehicle is concerned it was very clean, everything worked great, the drive was smooth & easy. Everything was located on the inside so all was easy to use, i.e. stove, sink & microwave on one side & refrigerator was across from all those so it was like being at home. Lot's of storage space, beds were very comfortable. I will definitely use this company again for any of my future RV Rentals or the like, as in driving a class B or C vehicle. We rented a 21' sprinter for a weekend and absolutely loved it. The sprinter was clean and ready to go upon our arrival. During our use, we accidentally broke a water pipe. This was a very positive experience from start to finish. The level of customer service provided by Todd could not have been better. Our rental was very last minute, we had the idea 6 hours before hitting the road! The RV was delivered to our home, immaculately clean and ready to go. The fiancé and I were looking to go camping for the weekend, and she is not big on the actual sleeping outside part, so we went looking for a reasonable option that let us bring all the comforts of home with us. Our dog loves the outdoors, so pet friendly was a must. We rented one of the sprinter conversion vans, and it was perfect! Small enough that it's easy to drive, and comfortably sleeps 2 adults and a dog! I bet you could sleep 4-5 in there if you had too. The toilet and shower are a huge plus, since we are big on hiking and being able to clean up before you curl up is a must. I was skeptical at first because I found the add on Craigslist (this was a few months ago before he got with the times and joined Yelp), but after working with the owner, Todd, I can guarantee I will not be going to anyone else in the future. Todd is very flexible about timing and will work with you on delivery and other options (apparently he has a JetSki fleet as well!). The rates and pet deposit are better than the other rental agencies I checked, and I would rather my money go to a small business owner than a national chain. Overall very glad I took a chance on a local business, and more importantly so is the fiancé. read more

We rented the Navion for a weekend trip up to Montana de Oro State Park. It was our first time with an RV, so Thomas gave us a thorough walk-through of the unit and all the controls. The vehicle was clean and easy to drive and got good gas mileage (diesel). The campground is 'primitive', meaning there are no hook-ups, which became a bit of a problem, as we had electrical issues with the 'house' battery and camp rules did not permit us to use the generator from the evening through early morning. Todd was very responsive and helpful trying to resolve the issue. Despite that, we had a great trip and were very glad to have rented from RV Sprinter Rental, and we're planning to do so again in the near future, although, perhaps not so primitive next time, or maybe one of the newer RVs. read more

We rented a vehicle from Todd for nearly four months. The personal service we received from Todd was first rate. He picked us up at the airport and made sure we had everything we needed. His vehicle did not let us down over the 12500 miles we travelled. The only issue we had was with the hot water heater which Todd promptly replaced. We just returned from a weekend camping trip to the Eastern High Sierras near Bishop in Todd's 2018 Pleasure Way Luxor. The vehicle very easy to drive and the interior was very well designed and quite comfortable. In particular, the refrigerator was large and kept items cold while the stove heated items quickly. Todd was a delight to work with throughout the rental process; he was clear about the rental rate and deposit, was on time for the pick up and readily available by phone when needed.
